This company is the worst managed company that anyone could do business with. Not only are they a rip off, but their customer service personnel are some of the most arrogant people you could ever talk to. The only thing about this company that is worth it is the delivery drivers, who are always kind and helpful. The management of those deliveries though, are never accurate, and will overcharge you for no reason, for product that you never received. Their customer service on several occasions failed to change my account resulting in service that would be "credited" but I never saw any credit. Through out the 5 years I have had them they have been moving steadily down hill. I think it is time to move on. Would never recommend.
They took over from Eagles Peak and it has been absolutely horrible. There doesn't seem to be any trickle down from Customer Service to the actual service and delivery. Repeated requests over months to receive a call back from a supervisor - ignored. Delivery updates - ignored. Received differing answers to the same questions upon repeated calls. We finally canceled. Even after they notified me that they had received my cancellation, they then delivered anyway, and left them outside, even after we notified them that we are closed during the pandemic. AND we responded to THEIR automated email requested closure information and let them know. Stay away from this horrible company. The drivers were all very friendly each time. I felt badly for them, working for such a crummy company.
They charged me two times in one week, luckily I have my cards monitored! I called them about it and all they could tell me was they would refund me and apologize. Good thing I have my cards monitored! Those who don't... go check your billing!
This company is the worse in customer service besides they charge my credit card for delivers that I didn't receive. Very dishonest company. I spoke with Daniella she said I was going to be refund on my credit card 22.00 dollars. They refund 7 dollars what a joke. People be smart don't do business with this company. I'm so glad I canceled my account.
This company is an example of money comes first. They are using the corona virus as the reason for not having time to deliver to their current customers while at the same time charging over 10.00 a bottle to current customers and giving new customers bottles for less than 5.00. I've created a new account to see if I can get my water sooner since I doubt that I will receive my water anytime soon. They have rescheduled me 5 times within the past 2 weeks. They claim there is not shortage of water or workers but yet they can't deliver. This means they are catering to all of the new customers first. I am going to cancel my service as soon as I can set up another option. Very dishonest company. (My bill is running 85 a month for no more than 4 bottles at the most).
If I can give you guys a lower rate I would. This is a company problem, the delivery person I have 1st talked to is a good guy but the big boss upstairs should do something about your delivery that will eventually ruin your company. You want customers to understand your situation? Why don't you listen to our concerns? It's useless to call customer service by phone. The main thing that they do not do "is to tell you beforehand that their delivery is delayed". That's too much for them... So, the delivery date that you see or hear from their automated phone syustem is NOT REAL ANYTIME THEY CAN POSTPONED IT WITHOUT TELLING YOU IN ADVANCE - the worst part aside from calling customer service about it. If your issue is delivery being postponed don't waste your time calling their support they will just say "THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT".
They are never on time with their delivery let alone an accurate delivery day. Customer service is the worst, not helpful at all! Never use them! No matter what the discount you will never get you delivery when scheduled! Worst company ever!
These people are IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. I've never received such poor customer service in all my life. How they remain in business is a complete mystery to me. Talked to three different people at Nestle' today and none of them seemed to know their job. Stated a supervisor would call me within an hour. Now going on the 3rd hour and no response. They are ridiculous! Had 3 people to refer and a large business but not anymore. Way to drive a reputable company into the ground Nestle'. What a shame. And you idiots have no one to blame but yourselves. No customers = No company... what part of that don't you understand Nestle'? DUHHH!
Have been a Poland Spring customer with home delivery for >30 years.
Company taken over by Ready Refresh- who chooses not to send out invoices. I have requested x2 now to have invoices sent in USPS or e-mail as I will not provide this Company or any other Company my credit card and/or bank account number for billing. Now last month they charged me $20.00 late fee without informing me for paying late. Can't seem to. Get response from anyone on this
Where do I begin? I experienced repeated examples of poor delivery service, misinformed customer service representatives, who are trying to do their jobs with limited information, and frustration throughout the two weeks I was a customer. I signed up over the phone with a representative who was so unorganized that she ordered the incorrect number of bottles, and also mixed up the delivery dates. I finally received the delivery but when tried to schedule a second, the delivery guy never showed up despite three customer service representatives assuring me that my delivery would arrive today. I was so frustrated that i called and cancelled and they assured me there would be no charge, but then told me I would receive a final invoice. If there's a charge on this invoice I will dispute the charge with my bank. I am shocked this company is still in business. My final warning: STAY FAR AWAY FROM READYREFRESH!
I need to complain regarding the customer representative name: George F. He will not give me his last name. He is not customer friendly. He will not give me all the information I needed regarding my account because as he said he doesn't have time discussing it. He made wait for some information but when I asked for detailed information, he doesn't have time. Like am wasting his time.
Constant problem with this Company. Water bottle orders were wrong constantly and now 5 times I called them to get my refund which and customer service is terrible. 5 times I was told my check was in the mail and guess what? After 2 months I still do not have my check. I am now bringing in Commonwealth of Virginia's State Attorneys Office for Consumer Protection.
They represent their reviews and it is a true reflection of their corporate climate. Terrible attitudes... on chat and phone... Terrible
What should be a non-issue, instead, is a constant problem. This company basically doesn't care - they'll show up when they want to with whatever they have on their truck. Calling customer service is a waste of time.

I am looking for a local delivery service.
I cannot express enough how frustrated I am with this company. I didn't even want to leave ONE STAR the customer service and delivery is THAT BAD. If you are looking for a water delivery service you should look elsewhere as this company does not even care when their drivers don't delivery as scheduled. I was rescheduled for a delivery 5 times, told they could not do anything even after I had to take off work to be home for the delivery and no one came. Do yourself a favor by avoiding this company at all costs, unless you enjoy stress, headaches, delivery reschedules without notice and extremely poor customer service.
Been with this company for past 5 years. They messed up water delivery several times, last time, called their customer service and she was rude saying bottle delivered and empty ones picked up last week which they did not do it. She could check or send somebody to check instead of accusing us of not saying the truth! Cancelled my service but company needs more training for their staff.

Deliveries rescheduled without notice, prices increased, service quality decreased and errors in billing, I cancelled my service, which they delayed doing and charged me more fees. I had to call 3 times to get through waiting 15 minutes to talk to someone. The people are nice but they are not working well as a company.
I original had an every other month delivery but about 6 months in I noticed they were charging my credit card every month, not every other month. Hard to get someone on the phone or by email to fix it. When I thought it was finally done, I canceled. Apparently the rep just suspended because 4-6 months later I got another confirmation of an upcoming delivery. The water was delivered and my credit card was charged. Then the next month, no water delivery and my card was charged again. I went online to cancel and remove my credit card number. You can't delete your credit card number or online OR uncheck the "auto pay" box to stop the charges to your account. I sent an email about it Jan 18 and got the auto response that they received, but so far no resolution or further contact from the. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge and suspect I'll need to do this every month.
Just awful service and customer service. Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone to speak to.
Tried to change my invoice online but they kept delivering and charging. We even declined water in November but they charged us anyway and would not remove it.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
