The overall reputation of the company is significantly marred by persistent customer complaints regarding service reliability, delivery issues, and ineffective customer support. Many customers report missed or incomplete deliveries, billing errors, and difficulties in canceling services. While there are occasional mentions of satisfactory product quality, these are overshadowed by widespread dissatisfaction with the company's responsiveness and communication. The recurring themes highlight a lack of accountability and transparency, leading to a general sentiment of frustration and distrust among customers. This suggests a pressing need for the company to enhance its service protocols and customer engagement strategies.

I've been a customer for a couple of months now & have had no problems whatsoever. I went to delivery because I have RA & it was getting too difficult to pick up & get them home. Too heavy for my back. It's nice to open the front door & it's sitting there.
Find another company to order from. My first two orders were great, after that they were 3-5 days late with water delivery. No notification letting you know it's delayed. When you call you're on hold forever and when you finally get a rep they are useless. A rep actually hung up on me when I said I wanted to cancel my account. Just too much trouble for nothing. Buyer beware!
I referred to friends but never received a bonus. Many excuses were given. Lots of false information provided and I would not trust this company ever
I stopped ordering water over a year ago. I paid for 5 galleon water jugs and they stated there was a problem with my payment. The only issue with that is, they did not get in contact with me until this past month. I have about $200 in late charges so far and when i found out this past month due to them sending multiple invoices to my parents house, i called them to clear this up. Little did i know, this was escalated to a debt collector. I was not reached out to via email, address, or phone. Not sure how, but they managed to charge me monthly for over a year without even getting in touch with my name or email on file. I am currently bouncing between the debt collector and Nestle, who keep saying to deal with each other. Terrible customer support structure has been frustrating me over the last month, with no end in sight! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. Buy from a competitor or the grocery store.
This after more than three months of repeated attempts to cancel account including two written confirmations of cancellation from ReadyRefresh! Now they're showing up on a national holiday and literally blocking the entrance to my childcare center. GO AWAY!
We used 5 years nestle on our office, and they didn't pick rental water dispenser and bottles when we closed account. They scheduled pick up date, we're waiting 3~4 hours, but nobody shown, they charged late fee.
Previously this was a good service company. Their fees increase regularly. I always received paper invoices. Several months ago I was informed I would be charged $3.00 for paper copies and I should accept email copies. With their most recent increase letter they stated "if you require assistance with paying for your service please contact us and inquire about our 'Ready Refresh Always their Program. This program was designed to help those who have been impacted by COVID 19.'" I called and waited 18 minutes to be disconnected by one of their customer service representative. I replaced my call and waited another 9 minutes. Unfortunately, the "help" they offered was 1) get email invoices and save $3.00/month; 2) schedule deliveries less often, instead of every month, schedule every 2 months; and, some other frivolous suggestions!
I received a letter from them today. So now the customer has to pay for you giving away free water to every tom $#*! and Harry. No way. My service has been cancelled. I had you for 7 yrs. But you don't care you'll get a new customer to replace me. Your company could care less about the customer. Don't bother getting this service you can get it cheaper at the store.
Water shouldn't be so complicated. The website is not easy to navigate and gets stuck on Android, calling customer support puts you on hold so long you grow a Covid beard, and they just notified me they now charge $50 when you terminate your service to recondition the plug-in water unit. Are you kidding me? It is water, not gold. Clean up your act, please.
I ordered the water dispenser and the brought me the wrong one came and got it brought me the right one and still charged me for both. I have called 5 time and was told 5 time they will put the money back in my bank which they caused some bounce fees mine you i calculate down the the very last day before I get paid by the va what I can spend the say we will take care of it and pay the bounced fees but I have to give the a copy of my bank statement and hope they will take care of it. I think I'm going to stop them and let everyone know and see what legal action can take before it happens to someone else.
I can't put 0 stars... what a pity!
The first delivery was fine, even sooner than promised.
But the second one... oh my gosh...
They cancelled 4 times without telling us. I rescheduled each time by phone, and they assured me that the next one will be ok... I just received my water today (5th scheduled day), and it has been 9 days from the first scheduled delivery day.
A manager should have called me this morning... but of course he didn't!
It's the last time I trust them.
They sucker you in the first time to get your credit card number in the system, then they proceed to screw everything up in the worst way possible. They randomly change delivery dates on you with no notice, they leave your water in the street and the kicker is the customer service claims they cant do anything because they outsource deliveries. This is a complete scam and Nestle is the most evil company on the planet.
Totally agree with Michael, water with a price in anguish. They should call themselves Crooks, Inc. They charge for everything, every cycle you get another extra charge. Now, when companies struggle they mercilessly add on anything they can think of charges. There are no other options in the LA area so we are stuck...
I have been with readyfresh for a few months after it became impossible to get water bottles after the Coronavirus started. Customer service has been fantastic! Drivers always very nice and very apologetic about not being able to bring the water into my hone due to Coronavirus. Which is totally understandable. Last time they didn't have my water bottles but gave me what they did have on hand. I like that I can change my order up until the day before. And if I needed to get a delivery in between! Very happy and satisfied with ready fresh! Has been a life saver! All my kids drink is water, they love water. They're very happy with our new water dispenser
Please do not use their service or should I say lack of service. This is the worst company I have dealt with in years. They had a referral program where you get $50 for referring a friend. I made the mistake of not only signing up with them but referring my elderly parents. I have spent 2 months trying to get my credit with no luck. Emails, several hour long phone calls and nothing. Plus they messed up my parents order. Didn't bother to knock on door when leaving water or asking if they needed help. One of my orders was somehow doubled. At least my driver had the good sense to know it was a mistake. I cannot express how disappointed I am with their lack of service and customer service call center is the biggest joke. Supervisors are just as bad and could really care less. I can't believe Arrowhead/Starbucks etc. would want a company like this delivering their product. Please do not sign up with them you will be disappointed.
Delivery scheduled for a given day. Never shows up. Happened day after day for the better part of a month where website says that they are scheduled to deliver but late in each day delivery disappears. When you call they tell you they are behind. No exact idea how far behind. Or another time they tell you that they delivered it even though you never received it. Another time they send you notices for days that they are on their way. Delivery day you get a text saying "we are on our way". Later on delivery day you check the website and the delivery has disappeared. Next delivery in one month. When you call the representative tells you that they have your location (It's a Hospital!) recorded as being closed due to coronavirus. They had previously sent an email confirmation that since you are still open they would continue delivering. They have obviously worked and continue to work very hard to earn their one star rating and multiple BBB/Better Business Bureau complaints. And impressively badly run company. If you use them get ready for thirst!
The only way to cancel is to call their customer service line and no one ever answers. I've left messages to no avail. What a scam.
I have been a Poland springs customer for 20 years. Ever since they changed to ready refresh it's been a CONSTANT NIGHTMARE They charge you for products never received or ordered. Say products were delivered and never were. They keep adding new fees and stop sending paper bills. I called to check on my bill and they said it was emailed to me I had no idea that was the way they were going to do their billing for now on they gave me no notice at all. Well they charged me a $20.00 late fee. I checked all my emails and never got one from them. They REFUSED to take off the late charge. I cancelled my service that day it took 40 minutes on the phone and conversations with 3 different people where not interested in helping me out or saving a customer that they had for 20 years. You can call customer service many many times and they will just "yes you to death" and you will have a VERY HARD TIME GETTING YOUR PROBLEM RESOLVED! Don't go here unless you like to get ripped off and stressed out!
They overcharged me over $1800 on a $90 order and now refuse to give my money back. They told me that can't credit my card since the amount is too much, disputed the credit when my bank asked for the credit and now tell me the "check is in the mail" They've told me that for 2 weeks now
Not happy with the driver just dropping water snd leaving. Normally the driver knocks to let us know he has arrived. Nothing today. I am handicapped and I could have used some assistance in putting the water in the garage. We spend a lot of money per month with your company. A little assisistance would have been appreciated.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.
Answer: Beatriz S. Please tell us as an insider what kinds of policies ready refresh has and why customers are treated so poorly. You can help make the world a better place starting with getting these types of companies to change their awful practices and deceptions.
Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
Answer: Call them and ask to speak to a supervisor right away.
