This is a SCAM!

This company has the worst, most fraudulent selling practices I've ever seen. They bait you with a low prices and over time, tell you the prices have gone up. I realized this when my parents started paying $12 for each 5 gallon mountain spring water. They were initially paying $8 per bottle. I started searching for more affordable options when I came back to their website. The same water is still listed for $8 per bottle. I called them and asked about the price discrepancy. One person said the price goes up after 3 months. I called again (because I knew I would get a different answer) and I was told the price changes after 6 months. Both representatives at ready fresh told me there is writing on the website that indicates that $8 is an introductory price and that it changes. There is no such writing on the site. I even went through the whole process of signing up and stopped at the last step. There is no indication that the price is going to change. This is a terrible company. They wait for you to set up and account and then send notices that the price is changing. If you are a current customer, get ready to start paying almost double what you initially agreed to.

Horrible

Very disappointed with customer service. Not happy at all the first time I let it slide but the second problem I wanted to get it resolved but that didn't happen. Hope they can do better next time.

1- I have given instructions over and over again online and to the reps that delivery should be inside the yard and not at my driveway.
2- I referred a friend who became a customer and tried to validate the $100 referral. It never went thru so she called a rep and spent half an hour and they said it is done. Now when I contacted ReadyRefresh as why it has never been applied to my account, first they asked what name and account number, after giving them they said she has to apply online! I think Refer-A-Friend program is a hoax.

Incompetent Company

WOW where do I begin? I joined with Ready Refresh on June 6 2020. The first problem I experienced was the water unit that they delivered starting leaking. They did deliver a better one, however I had to pay more money a month for a better one. Second if you don't remember to leave the empty water gallons outside your door you will have the empty water gallons at your house for almost a week before they pick them up. Third this company does not communicate well with the customers. I was expecting a delivery one time. It did not show up. I had to call the company to find out what happen. One hour later they sent me an email stating my delivery will not come until 3 days later. If I would have not called. I would have not known anything. Now today I just called to make sure they're coming tomorrow to pick up my 4 empty containers. There system is down. With all of this headache this company has caused me. I should have free water service for 6 months. They don't have any problems debting your account for payment.

When making deliveries, Ready Fresh truck drivers should always be mindful and pull over to the side of the road whenever space is available and NOT park directly in the middle of the road. I had to wait for this driver to make his delivery. I asked "how much longer will you be" and he said, "there's two ways to go around on this street". This was Not appropriate at all.

We talked to them 8 months ago to cancel service, but only suspended delivery for 6 months. Now the bottles started to show up at our door 2 months ago and charging our CC. They will give you the run around not to cancel.
After this, I went to the website and suspended delivery for another 6 months, just to find another 3 bottles more at the door. This time, they sold our (inactive) account to another company.

WORST COMPANY EVER

Only giving one start because you have to. If it was up to me I would give them 0 stars... Absolute WORST water company ever! Have been nothing but issues and headaches! Water cooler leaked over brand new hard wood floor causing damage and wanted cooler replaced and still waiting on it. Almost all deliveries are incorrect and some never even show up. Your customer service department pretends to solve the issues by telling you that they will replace something but earliest delivery date is minimum 5 days. And then when the date does arrive, the items never show up! Your company is very unreliable and you make people wait on hold for a MINIMUM of 30 minutes. Don't waste your time with this company!

It is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot cancel your recurring order online and have to phone their miserable customer service line. You should at least expect a 30mins wait on the line, listening to a daunting men's automatic voice. I finally found a customer service worse the the ones in RMV.

Worst company ever

They don't delivery as scheduled. I've been waited for all day but they delivered the next day without any apologize or notifications.
And they change the delivery date just few hours before the date, just send an email without any apology saying "don't worry, you can still change the date".
This company is soooo arrogant and customer help doesn't help at all. They just don't answer the call.

Customer service is AT LEAST A 30 MINUTE WAIT no matter what time you call and you have to call customer service because THE WEBSITE IS SO SLOW AND NON-RESPONSIVE YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING RELATED TO MODIFYING YOU DELIVERY. HORRIBLE COMPANY TOTALLY TONE DEAF TO THEIR CUSTOMERS - I'VE BEEN COMPLAINING TO THEM FOR YEARS AND JUST GET THE SMILING IDIOT CUSTOMER SERVICE MORON REPLYING "THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK"

DO NOT do business with these ignorant people. They deliver too much water too often. We have tried to cancel our orders, over and over. We even had a sign on the door that said we did not need a delivery, and these boneheads left 2 more bottles right beside where the last month's 2 bottles were left. We didn't need either delivery and cancelled them both online and on the phone. I would rather not have water than to work with people that do not listen and possibly cannot read.

Our Cooler broke on July 30, we were told a new one would be there the next day. I never arrived we wer told the next day and then again the next day. It is now August 10th, I have spoken to supervisors, guaranteed it was on the truck every day AND STILL NO COOLER! I cant use the 5 gal water without a COOLER! FRUSTRATED!

It took them more than a month for not deliver my water, and at the end they charge me twice for something that was never deliver. I had to call them more than 10 times ask about the water, and they always said it would be deliver by the end of the day, and for the fact it was never deliver they claim that they deliver, plus charge me twice. I would never return to this company again. The worst experience ever.

They have a program where you refer a friend and get a $50.00 credit. I referred 2 friends both of whom made large purchases so I should have 2 $50.00 credits. I only received one! I have a $50.00 credit that was supposed to be credited to my account for my last delivery and it was not. I have called in twice about this and was assured the 1st time over an hour on hold, that I called that my credit would be forwarded to this latest billing. It was not. I had to call in again on 7/25 and spoke to Kelly on was hold for an hour and she is trying to say she cannot give me credit. I want my credit that I earned through my referral! I referred 2 people both of whom made and paid for deliveries through my referral link that I provided. PLEASE GIVE ME MY CREDIT DUE!

Deliveries missed, guess who still got charged? Several price Increases per year. Cancelled service was told my building key would be returned. They did not return it, said they would come on another date. 3rd phone call - " our policy is to DISPOSE of keys when businesses cancel"... Nice, guess who is left to re-key the building? I wonder if ReadyRefresh will cover the tab. Asked for manager and was put on hold for 20 MINUTES, to get not an email, phone number, or business location. Just the first name. "Steve" smh forever
