The overall reputation of the company is significantly marred by persistent customer complaints regarding service reliability, delivery issues, and ineffective customer support. Many customers report missed or incomplete deliveries, billing errors, and difficulties in canceling services. While there are occasional mentions of satisfactory product quality, these are overshadowed by widespread dissatisfaction with the company's responsiveness and communication. The recurring themes highlight a lack of accountability and transparency, leading to a general sentiment of frustration and distrust among customers. This suggests a pressing need for the company to enhance its service protocols and customer engagement strategies.

We've had this delivery service for Ice Mountain Water (office delivery) for 9 months. I have called at least 6 times for them coming 2x month instead of 1x as ordered, delivery charges every time. They had 2 accounts for me, took 5 times for them to actually close it out. On hold forever when I call. Now cancelling and there is a $50 dollar charge for restocking/cleaning fee of the dispenser. DO NOT SIGN UP!
I used their service even I knew I was being ripped off. They charge $7.90, or something like this for delivery, but I want to support everyone who is working if I can. When this pandemic kicked in, I maintained their service but I have got to the point where I could not afford it anymore. Called them and asked to pick up the cooler and close my account. They did and few days after, I received the bill to $50.00, for cooler reconditioning!? The cooler was in perfect shape, but I am sure they are not going to rent it to anyone. You always get the new one. Still, they charge for reconditioning. Delivery, $7.00?!
If they pay their driver $5.00 per stop, I would not complain, but if they get $0.50 they can be happy. If you consider water cooler in your home, it pays more to buy one your self and buy the water you chose. Nestle will not get out of the business because of me or even hundreds of people who think like me, but if we start using our brains, we can push them to be more competitive and offer more. We can slow down or even stop big companies from taking monopoly in many cases. Use your brains, and spend your money where you receive the most in return. I bet you don't earn it easy.
These salesman are very aggressive and DO NOT TAKE NO for an answer. I advised I was not signing up for anything right now but after doing my own research I would give it some thought. The salesman turned around to his college and stated "Well, unfortunately your son will not eat and my lights won't get paid". That is so disrespectful to try and guilt trip a client, after stating no several times I just closed the door as the man was was aggressive with his sale.
SALES REP IN VA, MAD COOL. Stylish and very fun with a little bit of swag, definitely a good deal and amazing product!
I purchased water from ready refresh three times and I have prove that I paid them each time. Ready refresh send $95.60 bill to the collection agency. Ready refresh is claiming that they delivered water to my address and I was out of town during that time. Please, don't order from ready refresh.
Horrible customer service. Phone Service is aweful. Billing is shady. RUN from signing with them.
Avoid the aggrevation.
Might as well buy the dispenser from Costco and install it yourself. I was not made aware that they would not install the unit. They were to give me a text/call one hour prior to arriving. I installed the unit and called to see how to install the door and they said it's broken - cheap plastic - and need to send another one. They are very polite on the phone but lousy dispenser and service.
They keep sending bills that i "owe" to a collection agency but in reality i dont owe anything. The last bill was MINUS $9 meaning they actually owed ME money, but the call from collection agency doesn't stop, LONG AFTER WE CANCELED, claiming we owe HUNDREDS of dollars. And when we call this $#*! of a company, they say they dont have any RECORD on file because we canceled our membership. Idk how they are legally operating. SCAMMERS. Please dont waste your time or money with this company, absolute scammers, once you sign up to any of their services, they have CAUGHT you in their net and will try to STEAL money from you. I wish i checked the reviews before signing up.
Never had a problem since I have had water service for over 20yrs till nestle took over. I am being charged late fees of $20 each time and no help from customer service. They don't care if you want to cancel your service. I just bought download dispenser so am screwed.
Dishonest, fraud and bad customer service. Highly recommend not to use ready refresh services. Scammers running this corporate company.
I called to cancel my service because I am moving. I was informed that I will be billed $50 for returning their water cooler to them. They claim that the cooler, their property, has to be reconditioned an I have to pay to recondition the property that they will then rent to another customer. Wash, rinse and repeat. I have, over the past two and one-half years tolerated multiple price increases for cases, bottles, delivery and cooler rental because it was convenient. Everyone should be aware what you're getting into here. Terrible company, terrible customer service and charging to return their property is just the cherry on top of that crap cake. Do yourself a favor and get your water elsewhere.
Very very very fraudulent and dishonest. Highly recommend to avoid using and buy anything needed at local cvs/fairway or whatever you have in the area
Does any one keep getting different charges each month so they put they only charge me the 60$ each month and then they randomly charge me along with those 60$ the next day 76 this month in aug they charged me 113 $ and then 20$ the next day idgi. Have they done this to anyone else? I do wanna say that I get 5 24 packs of the 12 ounce water bottles and it totals to 56 but then they do this where they charge these other excessive amounts and I have no idea why
I have been with Ready Refresh for about 7-8 months and I get a letter from them telling me the price per case of 6 gallon jugs of water is going up from $9.50 to $11.00. I called customer service and told them this was too large an increase since the Cost of Living only went up 1.3%. I asked if they had a military discount. They said no. I also asked if they had a discounted rate for Costco or Sams members. Again they stated no. Let me also state that water I was having delivered was Zhills. In the state of Florida where they pump Zhills spring water the state does not charge the company one cent to pump the water out of the aquifer. What is wrong with this picture? Guess what they offered me? A $5.00 discount off of my monthly bill for 2 months. Then back to the higher rate. They told me this was the best they could do. So I told them to cancel my account.
For a while they were OK. They used to pick up empties from my business and replace with full bottles. Then they just started leaving full bottles outside my door never checking if I needed any, and never picked up. So I had more and more bottles than I needed. Especially during the height of Covid when I was partially closed down and used much less water. I told them to stop delivering. Then they sent new terms of service which were to go into effect shortly which included a fee if I ever chose to stop their service. Ridiculous to charge me to stop my service! So I told them to cancel my service and pick up my dispenser and any empties by the effective date of the new policy. They did give me a refund for those empties they picked up with the dispenser. I still had many full bottles which I had paid for so I bought an inexpensive dispenser pump and used up the bottles. I then asked them to pick up the empties which they did in mid September and expected a refund for the deposits I had paid. I was told at the end of September I would be paid in October. I never received a refund. Today I was told that I was not entitled to one as they had already given my refund prior to picking up. HOw is that possible? How would they know how many I had to pick up vs how many were still full? They said they had paid which means if true they refunded my deposit fee before they ever picked up my bottles. Why would they do that? They are liars and dishonest. Do NOT use this company.
We have cancelled our services online May 2020, June 2020, July 2020, August 2020, Sept 2020 and Oct. 2020. We continue to be billed and charged late fees. Additionally we wrote Ready Refresh a letter July 2020 stating our difficulties in canceling services and for them to please cancel. They will not answer our calls. We call to speak to a manager and they will not put us through.
DO NOT GET SERVICES FROM READY REFRESH
Prices will skyrocket immediately. There are hidden fees in terms & conditions. A perfect example is the $50 reconditioning fee in the terms & conditions. This is not anywhere on the main web site when ordering equipment
Deliveries are always prompt and exactly where we requested they be left. Could use more selection but we're pleased overall.
I've had their service for a number of years & it just keeps getting worse. They do random increases and it's not a universal thing. Every time I get a letter about an increase I check with other friends to see if the received one and they don't. When I return empties I don't receive any credits. They increased the price of the water and the lease of the cooler/machine late last year & they're increasing everything again due to "COVID-19". Really! I have cancelled my service. I'm done!
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.
Answer: Beatriz S. Please tell us as an insider what kinds of policies ready refresh has and why customers are treated so poorly. You can help make the world a better place starting with getting these types of companies to change their awful practices and deceptions.
Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
Answer: Call them and ask to speak to a supervisor right away.
