The overall reputation of the company is significantly marred by persistent customer complaints regarding service reliability, delivery issues, and ineffective customer support. Many customers report missed or incomplete deliveries, billing errors, and difficulties in canceling services. While there are occasional mentions of satisfactory product quality, these are overshadowed by widespread dissatisfaction with the company's responsiveness and communication. The recurring themes highlight a lack of accountability and transparency, leading to a general sentiment of frustration and distrust among customers. This suggests a pressing need for the company to enhance its service protocols and customer engagement strategies.

This is a totally incompetent company. It took 10 tries to get into my account, and when they finally sent me the information, it was wrong. Nestle as the parent company needs to redo their US operation to fix the incompetence.
Honestly, I love the service. It's not perfect, but the customer service has always been very friendly and helpful and willing to help out with different situations. During the ice storm, they kept in contact with me by text to let me know about the status of my delivery. It's super convenient and I love that there are several beverage options besides water. The truck drivers are also super nice and helpful.
Our delivery that was slated for yesterday, was canceled by our driver, according to customer service agent. We now have to wait an additional week to get the delivery. Very poor service. Surprised that this joke of a service is still in business. Whatever you do, don't sign up for this frustration!
This company bought out Palomar Water in San Diego. Not only did they raise my price, but the product is substandard (purified) water. My bill was $34.99 and they charged me a $20 late fee in the middle of a pandemic. Rude service. They lost this customer. Hope their conscious allows them to sleep well at night.
They rescheduled my delivery for a month straight they are a rip off. They dont attempt to come they just bill you for a service they dont provide. I have 8 bottles of empty containers that were supposed to picked up 2 months ago.
Beware Ready Refresh - you will be frustrated.
I am a current customer and my most recent order has been rescheduled 4 times in a row, without explanation or notice until AFTER the fact.
My orders are often rescheduled (~30% - 40% of the time) without notification until after the delivery time.
Ready Refresh touts "reliability". They are anything but.
Save yourself a great deal of frustration - choose another provider.
Started service 12/ 2020. Couldn't reach you by phone. Cancelled order 2/21 charged $50 3/21uniformed
One excuse after another! Text messages at my home at 9pm in the evening notifying me, yet again, my scheduled delivery is delayed. The absolute worse customer service! They had the gall to send customers a request to TIP their drivers - TIP?! Maybe if my water delivery ever arrived on time! (but maybe that's the crux of my problem... I don't tip, so I don't receive my delivery! Hmmmm, makes you wonder?! Makes me wonder WHY DON'T I CANCEL THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE?!)
Poor service. I own a business need to use bottled water the last time I received water from them was in January. I received no water in February it is now March 1 I have called three or four times been on hold for 45 minutes at least each time, have you gotten an email saying it was going to be delivered three or four different times and no one has showed up! I'm changing over to Hill country spring water. Poor customer service. I would suggest never using the service
Ok service some late, some on time. A lot of hidden fees dont try to cancel, more hidden fees you have to call them pretty much for everything If you select cancel service Through there automated system they will give you the impression that they're closed. But if you select new service you'll get right through.
U guys have terrible service! My order was supposed to arrive yesterday, I called "customer service and was told it will be there today mam(02/25/2021). BS! Which that guy don't give a damn about my order or needs and then I check today and the delivery is set up for tomorrow? WHY? And to top it off, if I don't check on here, there is no notification sent to me either. Last month, you guys rescheduled 4 times, HORRIBLE SERVICE, REGRET GETTING SERVICE WITH YOU GUYS! Ur reasonable prices does not make up for the HORRIBLE service you guys provide.
I rarely take the time and effort to write a review about a company. It has to be a pretty bad situation for me to take the time to reflect a situation. My recent experience with Ready Refresh has been sooooooo horrendous that I just have to let everyone know what happened -- and how badly Ready Refresh responded... Two weeks ago, my geographic area had a bad snowstorm. Two weeks ago! But Ready Refresh has told me (for FOUR days straight) that that is the reason my usual delivery is late. And they cannot tell me exactly when I might be receiving my water delivery! So, for the past four days, Ready Refresh has delayed my delivery date... day after day after day. Yesterday I had to actually go to my local grocery store to buy water. But I was assured I would receive my delivery by today (NOT! -- the website now says tomorrow).
Now, the customer service person's response is "... ma'am, there is never a guarantee of a delivery date. It is merely a SCHEDULED date -- not guaranteed". What?!? I immediately cancelled my account (I've been a customer for years!). I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this company.
Before starting to order from ReadyRefresh I read some of this reviews, so I was skeptical about the company. But it proved to be the best and I'm so grateful for they're prompt service and great prices, and their door delivery( and I'm at the 15th floor and usually order 6-8 cases of 24 waters) that no other company did before. That's why I turn to this page, to show my gratitude.
This company NEVER shows up when they are scheduled. We typically go 2 weeks without water without an explanation. We cancelled our service and "Selima" in the cancellation department said we had to pay a $50 refurbishment fee that they never tell you about in the beginning on a refurbished rental that never worked correctly since it was delivered in October)! Terrible customer service, terrible operations department, terrible company. Crystal Rock seems to be much better.
ReadyRefresh needs some serious training when it comes to customer service. We've contacted their team countless times to change our billing address because they set up our account incorrectly. Each time we are assured it's been changed and each time it is not. They put us into collections for approximately $29 and never once sent us a warning or email about our account. After clearing the charge from the collection agency we were informed that a $33 fee would be imposed to re-activate our account... even though it was their fault to begin with! Does anyone have an alternative to ReadyRefresh? Seems they're one of the few services in NYC to deliver outside of Staples.
This service STINKS to High Heaven! They keep postponing their Delivery Dates. Then, to make Matters Even Worse, they Claim they've Delivered when, in fact, they've Done No Such Thing. If you want the convenience of in-house Water Delivery Service, RUN, Don't Walk to another provider. The water is good, you just can't get it!

Nestle Water North America
#216
6661 Dixie Hwy, Suite 4
Louisville, KY *******
Account # *******108
To Whom it may concern:
It is unfortune that I have to write all the way to Louisville KY to asked is it possible to have someone pick up our empty bottles here in New York because it is obvious that the New York Offices are unable to get their delivery men who drop off the water to pick up the empty ones when they leave. Which by the way are sitting right next to where they sit the full ones. I guess the empty ones are too heavy.
I am researching other water companies for my agency as well as the school who also orders from this company because they been waiting for someone to pick up their bottles since September 2020.
I would like for someone to pick up all these bottles before I close my account. I don't want us to be responsible for them after that.
Thank you.
WOW, you just lost a 15 year+ loyal customer over $70. The cooler rental I had for many years broke and fell apart. I made the mistake of throwing it out to the trash as it was unusable and could not be fixed. When I asked customer service to remove it from my bill they said I would be charged $70. I have paid over $500 in rental costs for this one cooler paying for it multiple times over. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years spending close to $20,000 with Nestle/readyrefresh/polandspring. When I asked to waive the $70 charge for a cooler that you would only pick up and throw in the trash just as I did I was told no, I have to pay $70. I then asked to cancel my service and you STILL said I would get a bill for the $70. Unreal, you just lost a loyal customer over an unnecessary $70 charge.
We dealt with a local water distributor in CA. Apparently, they sold out to Ready Fresh, without notifying customers of the change. One day Vista Springs is delivering water, and the next delivery is coming from Ready Fresh. We received notice from Ready Fresh about the change, and we endured for about a month. However, the local company that had provided excellent customer service was gone, and dealing with Ready Fresh in Kentucky was not nearly as convenient. So we cancelled service, and paid our final bill and had our dispenser picked up. Now Ready Fresh continues to bill us for dispenser rental. Cannot talk to a human about resolving this. That's what happens when a local company sells national. Anyway, avoid this company. They cannot serve you adequately. Sounds like they are running a national distribution of water out of a strip mall on a highway in Kentucky. Not a company, a big bad joke.
Their site is horrible! You keep getting knocked off... you try to change your delivery dates and it kicks you out. You think you made a revision and guess what... it didn't happen. If you can find a way to email them with your concern and a result you would like, they reply back with 'please call us'. NO! I just emailed you to change a date or whatever... just friggin do it... why do I need to call you? Bottom line... go with another company for your water needs... forgot to mention they increase their prices about every five months. I would rate Ready Fresh at the bottom of the barrel with Xfinity.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.
Answer: Beatriz S. Please tell us as an insider what kinds of policies ready refresh has and why customers are treated so poorly. You can help make the world a better place starting with getting these types of companies to change their awful practices and deceptions.
Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
Answer: Call them and ask to speak to a supervisor right away.
