CUSTOMER SERVICE A - 0 ABSOLUTLEY HORRID COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. CANT CALL THEM AND WHEN YOU TRY THEY SAY THEY ARE HAVING SYSTEM DIFFICULTIES AND DISCONNECT YOU AFTER WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES.
We have been a customer for over 16 years. In the last few years, there customer service has become non existent. It is virtually impossible to get a human on the phone to deal with the constant delivery/pricing issues that have been appearing lately. We have had it and are cancelling the serve and now these clowns expect us to pay $50 to refurbish a 16 year old cooler that we have been paying rent on for over 16 years, that has been paid for multiple times!
Ready to be fresh was very delightful very nice and helpful just awesome people and I appreciate the Poland spring water because it's the best I love ready refresh good service awesome people I didn't get their names but they were awesome and this is me and the trailer park thank you guys so much for making it possible for me to afford Poland spring and such great people they made my day they made me smile yes thank you guys God bless okay
Prices have doubled they deliver when they feel like it. They sen 2 different bill every month, your company has become a joke
They keep putting off my water delivery one day at a time. It's impossible to speak to someone, and I ordered a water dispenser that I never received. I'm pretty positive they charged me for the first month financing it and I ended up buying a dispenser from Home Depot. Still awaiting my second water delivery. Plus they make canceling the membership such a hassle, I've wasted money and time!
We have been using them for years and its been great but the past 3 months they have delivered incomplete orders yet they don't refund the money. When I contacted them (by email of course) and told them our deliveries were incomplete, they sent back that my delivery instructions have been noted. They never mentioned compensating for the incomplete orders. They are just taking the money and running. When I told them this, they sent the same email stating that my delivery instructions have been noted. I have been trying to cancel our other deliveries but the computer won't let me. There is no way to get in touch with them except through email. I guess I will have to stop my credit card and refuse deliveries.

Mainly tried to cancel service many times since August of 2021. Our business is closed for the winter. When spring came they dropped off 6 bottles of water when we weren't looking. They want me to pay $80.

Five time is a row the company rescheduled my water delivery. The distribution site seems to do whatever they want and customer service is useless!
The best investment! The rep was very helpful by walking me step by step, and everything got delivered quickly!
If I could I would have given them a 0 stars review, this company is a complete an utter joke, we have been calling and emailing them for the last 2 months because every time they come over they deliver the water in the wrong spot and forget every single time to collect the empty ones, the result is that we now have something like 20 empty 5 gallons containers outside our house. Their response is always the same: " Oh sorry, I can't really help you right now, the system is down, I'll call you back as soon as I can" I see them going downhill pretty fast, save your money!
I had a bad experience with this company they makes delivery without orders I have 11-5galoos waters I tried contact them by email I tried to download the app and says that my email is not legal so for them is easy to take the money out from my account when I don't need water bad experience no recommend it
I normally purchase a box of 6 1-gallon waters from Costco. I thought having 5 gallons delivered at a reasonable price would save me time and hassle of carrying so much water. I placed the order along with a water cooler: Everything was delivered as expected. Everything after that just was a complete disaster. On 1/22 I received confirmation text that my next delivery will be on 1/26. The night before I received an update stating that my 1/26 delivery is being rescheduled to 1/27. On the morning of 1/27 at 8:12am I received a text " ReadyRefresh will deliver your order today between 11:24am and 03:24pm. If you have empty 3 or 5 gallon bottles, please leave them out for us to pick up…. I placed everything outside and headed to work. Then at 4:13pm I received another update " ReadyRefresh: We are unable to deliver your order as scheduled and

Appreciate your patience." Came home late from work and brought all bottles back inside…

It is April when I am typing this. I just received the water that I was supposed to get in February. Not only did they push back 5 times in February, they didn't deliver. They then proceeded up their costs and to charge me 40$ in the start of March and another 40$ at the end of March. FOR WATER I HAVEN'T RECEIVED. Took me over an hour to cancel my account and get issued a refund for one of the 40$. Now that I canceled. They are trying to take the dispenser that they said was mine and they wouldn't take it if I happened to cancel my service. I remember all this because it was said by a guy name Isaiah when he trying to get me to sign up with them at 7am. Honestly terrible experience for a year. Do not recommend. Just make the trip and get the water yourself.
Been a customer for 10 years with good service. My cooler is leaking for months and every time I call the 800 number I am transferred all over and then disconnected. I am 3 months with a broken cooler and can not contact anyone to help. It is truly unbelievable.

At the time i signed up Ready refresh sales rep indicated to me no hidden charges and at that time their is no charge for the cooler as long as i had it.
Every time i call in and spoke to deliver or customer service. No one had a clue of what what going on.
I called yesterday and spoke to one of there manger about $16. Xx fee i had no clue of why this hidden charged was there. I kept all the water and water cooler just as i got it. I figured out that there would be an issue. I continued to use my 10 ounce water that i brought from BJS. And everything there sales rep told me at the time i signed up was a lie. I cancel with the manger for a full refund. They will come next week to pickup everything.
First and far most, Its not a business, Having a building with a few trucks, doesn't make you a business. Caring and implementing the correct people, when hiring is how it starts becoming a business. My friends, who reads this, THERE IS ONE LESSON THAT unReadyRefresh CAN TEACH, EACH AND EVERY LAST ONE OF US, IS HOW NOT TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS. A joke from corporate down, I work for Atlanta Center for Medical Research (AMCR). I'm over the purchasing department, we have a contract with RR, for water. They may give us 40 % on full Jugs, or they may take half the empty, depending on how the drive feels... I could go on for days, but I don't have time, because were a real business Lol.
Their service was bought by some private equity firm, where you now can't actually talk to someone, cancelling service- after a number of order issues over months and months- had to be accomplished through email with 5 day responses. Its unbelievable, really.
Last email I sent is for them to refund my $40 and cancel my subscription with them as they always charging me for goods not delivered
Please, please, do the research on Refresh Ready before purchasing. I had 2 door to door sales people trying to get me to sign me up. I straight up told them I need to check out reviews on the business before signing up with them. So glad I told them no! Always check on any business on the Better Business Bureau website to find out how they score.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
