I PLACED AN ORDER AS A GUEST CHECK OUT BECAUSE MY ORDERS DO NOT GO THROUGH ANY OTHER WAY. THEY TOOKJ MY MONEY RECEVIED A TEXT ABOUT MY DELIVERY NOTHING SHOWED UP CALLED THEM HE HAS ME ON HOLD FOR 27 MINUTES SAID HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE HE SEES NOTHING WITH MY PHONE NUMBER BUT YET I HAVE A DELIVERY NOTIFICATION AND MY CARD IS CHARGED
So I had a bill I had to pay for $60 lost my job couldn't do it cus rent its first so I come and try and see a letter they send me 2 bills that =$303 funny idiots wanna run me up for water or service I haven't got plus they never show up when they say they are goin to water not even good please don't go for this service if I could rate this a negative 0 I would
Once upon a time this company was good. I don't know if they got taken over by new management, but they are beyond horrible now. They do not make deliveries when they claim they did. Charge your credit/debit card for goods they never provide. And then when you complain, their records magically indicate you have no account.
My advice after dealing with this company and giving them three second chances, find another water delivery service. If you enjoy banging your head against a wall dealing with idiocy, get your water from ReadyRefresh.
Do you like headaches? Nightmares? PTSD and other crippling mental strains? Ready Refresh is the company for you! They will definitively:
-overcharge you with confusing invoices
-waste your time with terrible customer service
-lie to you about canceling your account and
-continue to charge you after your account is "canceled" for months.
Had to get my bank involved to block payments from going through. Stay away.
The price is too expensive and on top of it we have bought refresh+ Hydration Superhero. Here is the concern. I have delivery scheduled today and till this time did not happen. I called twice to customer service they hung up on me. If you are not willing to provide answer please quit and go out of the business. If you are taking money better do the work and do quality service. Customer service team keep seeing they do not see any delivery schedule. Then how has sent this email.
Don't use them, they don't deliver on time, they reschedule deliveries without notifying you,

THE worst service I have ever seen! I come from some heavy customer service sales organizations, and ReadyRefresh(BlueTritonBrands) is by far the worst I've seen. As a purchasing professional and manager their lack of customer focus is a horror show! We cant speak to any individual to help us, we are told we MUST go through the site portal, if you can even log on its a miracle! The days of personal service and care are over!
THE WORST delivery service I have ever had experience with. Constantly late, impossible to communicate with, and always delivers to the wrong address. DO NOT use them for water delivery if you can help it.
Every time you turn around their prices go up. The rental fee, price per bottle. Just keep going up. Then they charge for everything. Their drivers don't take the empty bottles then they want to charge you $20 to come pick them up. They don't care that the drivers didn't take the empty ones that you put out. They disregard the notes in your account which don't help. Then when you have too many bottles they cancle your reoccurring delivery. They have NO customer service team. There is no one answering phones and they take 2 months to answer email. They have the monopoly on water deliver and so they don't care at all.
I was a customer for a few years. They would change scheduled deliveries without a chance to modify items to be delivered. When I called and cancelled in the beginning of May, I advised that I did not have a dispenser not any bottles requiring pick up. Found a charge on my account of $19.99 for bottle pick up. When I called to fix it, the representative said that he cannot fix it since my account is closed. I now have to contest it with my bank.
This company should be ashamed of themselves. I live on the second floor and they are supposed to deliver water to my door and they don't. They leave the empty bottles for me to take care of and I am DONE WITH THEM. Do not get water from this company. I have called and complained numerous times and they say they will take care of it but they don't. I am so OVER ITTTTTTT. WHY DO I HAVE TO BE SO STEESSED OUT
My whole experience was a complete disaster. First Ready Refresh kept postponing my deliveries for months. Then I received a call stating they stopped servicing my area. I asked for the pickup of empty bottles, which turned into a long chain of miscommunication. Nobody seems to be aware of each other at ReadyRefresh. I called them more than 10 times to make sure my service is cancelled and after each call, I received new 'false' delivery notifications. ReadyRefresh ended up cancelling my bottle pickup appointments for months and eventually charged me a fee even though they did not pick up my bottles. I ended up taking them to ShopRite to get rid of them. I would not recommend ReadyRefresh to anybody who wants to stay sane while drinking bottle water. It's really not worth it.
A door-to-door salesmen introduced me to Ready Fresh. He was awesome so I signed up and the first few months were great. The first sign of trouble were the rescheduled delivers. Not a big deal because I was starting to accumulate water. Then I noticed I got charged for a delivery that was never made plus someone edited the order and added a $5 tip. When I called customer service it was in the Philippines. I absolutely hate when companies outsource certain jobs to other countries. As soon as my refund clears I'm cancelling this company. ZERO stars
I closed my account due to leave the. USA, and they deducted $75.00 from my credit card, while I never ever signed any contract with them. Very poor services & big money laundering company fraud company in US.
ZERO STARS! I have used Ready Refresh service for a while now and have been very satisfied till recently. I'm on a recurring delivery plan. Our water was suppose to be delivered on 5/17/22. It was never delivered. I spoke to Claude on 5/19/22, he assure me it would be delivered before 5:00 on 5/19/22. Still no water. I spoke to Marie on 5/19/22 and once again I was guaranteed the water would be there, NOW by 5/20/22. It's 5/23/22 and still NO WATER. TERRIBLE SERVICE! GO THOUGH BJ'S, COSCO'S, STAPLES, WB MASON, MUCH BETTER SERVICE!
Two solicitors that hid their ID badges had my wife scan their QR code then grabbed her phone out of her hand and started an order. My wife was so take by surprise that she didn't catch on until the girl clicked on the Check Out Button, at which time she snatched her phone back and told the solicitors that she would have to speak to her husband before purchasing. One was a chubby white girl with curly blonde hair about 5' 5" and the other was thinner with long black hair, about 5' 3".
Water delivery is very undependable. Had the service for about three months and from the three months with the company for water, two out of three deliveries were late. Hard to depend on when they will deliver each month and had to buy water from another source. Company stating that there are no drivers, but hard to believe that is an issue for three months. All they say is sorry without any resolution to the problem. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! UNDEPENDABLE SERVICE!
The company's customer service is intimidating, and of the poorest in the States. Wasted an hour of my life trying to ask for empties pickup
This is the WORST water company out there. $20 for 4 water bottles that are empty? Insane. They don't even deliver half the time either. On Tuesday May 3rd a representative told me the fee was waved and I had an empties pickup scheduled for 2 days later, IT WAS NEVER SCHEDULED. So I filed a complaint against that representative. If my husband wasn't the one that wanted the waters delivered they would've been canned already. Pathetic, they shouldn't even be in business and judging by their rating I see I'm not the only one who thinks so.
ReadyRefresh provides awful service. They routinely rescheduled deliveries without explanation. After complaining to customer support they said they would credit my account twenty dollars, instead they charged my account twenty dollars. The process for canceling my service was drawn out and they still owe me two months of payment where I did not receive water delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
