They have a horrible customer service, to call is to waste an hour of your time. Who has that for water?
One time they just dumped the water on the road, I had to lift all 8 5gallon water bottles and carry them to the door. The only reason I signed up is because I cannot carry things. They charge $20.00 like crazy, don't get this service.
I have been a loyal customer in two different states for many years. Since I moved to this new state, it's been 3 years of missed deliveries, incorrect deliveries, coolers breaking down, and constant rate hikes. You can't easily reach them to correct the problems, their app offers chat, but when you click on the icon that says chat available, it then says no one is available. If you call be prepared to wait a long time to reach someone. When you do, they are often unwilling or unable to fix the problem. I've stayed with them because I like the taste of the water, but I'm looking forward to ending service with them when I move out of state.
I have attempted to cancel my account ReadyRefresh for over 2 months. I been notified that the only way to cancel my service is to call this number *******282... I have called this number numerous times and get a recording not allowing me to speak to anyone in customer service in order to cancel my service.
ReadyRefresh negligence to provide and refuse a method to cancel my service is fraudulent and underhanded by continuing to provide a service not desired by the account holder.
Here is my timeline with this company, 6/21/22 I decided to try the service because it seemed to be a good deal, 6/23/22 my unit was delivered. About 20 minutes after the driver left I realized the machine was defective, so I called c/s to see if the driver could return, I was advised they would send someone on 6/24, I was sent a text on 6/24 stating they rescheduled for 6/27 and everyday they text me to reschedule. I called and cancelled on 6/28 and made sure I receive a letter stating this. They were supposed to pick up the unit on 6/29, but now the rescheduled for 7/1. This company is a joke and now I understand previous reviews about deliveries being all over the place. Their c/s is horrible, I got hung up on twice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and save yourself the headache. I wish I could give this company a zero rating
I'm not satisfied with my service at all. If I could find another company to deliver Nestle water I would cancel immediately. For at least the last 8 deliveries my water delivery has been rescheduled. I don't feel like a valued customer at all. I even paid extra for the ready refresh + hydration plus thinking that would make a difference, but it has not, my deliveries are consistantly late. They also deliver many of the jugs in beat up containers. This may not be an issue for most and that's ok. But for me, I don't enjoy having a beat up container sitting with all my other kitchen stuff that is in great condition. It's an eye sore.
I would never recommend Ready Refresh to anybody. Worst customer service, all they can say is, sorry this occurred, but we cannot do anything to fix the issue. I have been trying to get them to come to pick up the Water dispenser for over two months since we are moving locations, and the appointment keeps getting rescheduled over and over.
The service is bad, they don't deliver the water on time, they change the delivery every day depending on your need, 1 week goes by without receiving the water, the customer service is bad, you don't have a supervisor to talk to... and yes you need it the supervisor can only connect you 24 hours later… really?
BJ'S should not let these companies that provide such poor service enter to contact customers.
I ordered Ready Fresh only to stop them from coming to my door waking me up multiple times during the week as I'm a 3rd shifter. I've called to cancel and sent multiple contact forms to cancel. Nothing! A case of water and 10 jugs later I continue to be charged for water that I'm not using. They just drop it off at the door and keep going. Please don't order from this company. If I could give negative stars I would.
I would start with this company has the worst customer service ever, they offer you discounts and good deals just to cancel your first order, so they can charge you next time if you don't cancel your account, their website said that you can cancel by submitting a request but when you do, they keep sending you emails trying you to contact them via phone, I keep replying to the emails trying to cancel my account and keep getting the same email, clearly they are not ready to let go without trying to get some of your money first, remember that this is a subscription and if you forget about it, they will ship and you will get charge for the shipment, I invite everyone to email their customer service and spam their server until they actually cancel accounts.
4 month in a row that my delivery from the every 6 of the month get delay.
This month they deley since june 6 to june 17 when they put CANCELLED no reason and when i talk to them by chat, since telefone its impossible, they say the only new delivery its on the june 28 thats 22 days later from the regular delivery date.
RUN AWAY fom this company when you can.

In this day and age where we are using online service to buy or use services Ready Refresh has got to be one of the worse venders out there. I would take the time to tell anyone who reads this just how bad this outfit is, but I just don't have the time. I say this the web site doesn't work, the delivery's are never on time the number of bottles I ordered are always right or they are left in the alley where anyone can take them( which has happened) or the billing is completely F**ked up. This outfit is just plain bad.
I have never experienced such bad service from a water delivery company like this one ready refresh doesn't not deliver on time alway rescheduling your orders. It's so bad I call them so many times in one week the had a delivery two homes away from mines I called and they still couldn't get it together. Bad dispatcher the customer service reps tells me not the whole service system is bad no reliable at all
This company is horrible its always late on delivery. When the delivery is Scheduled they email me the day before or same day to reschedule the delivery. They suck I give them a double zero.
These people went in to my account and took out money after I cancel the service and didn't even use them after nearly six months. I don't know what the hell is going on but they went in to my account and took out money for God knows what.
If I could not put a star, that is what I would choose. ReadyRefresh started out really good. Arrived on schedule days, then they updated their website. Website, which had been user friendly, all of a sudden became difficult to navigate, and for me always signing me out when I was trying to arrange my schedule as the schedule they set was all over the board, even skipping two to three weeks, when I was on a weekly delivery schedule.
I have not had a delivery for over three months. They claim some of my payments bounced, when in fact per my bank, the payment went through. Now fighting with them regarding that.
I have requested account to be closed for over a month. Spoke to customer service via phone and chat multiple times. Each time, I have requested bottle pickup. They claim they schedule it for two to three days out.
Spoke to Jessie on the phone this morning. She claimed my account was not closed, and the first availability to pick up bottles was 6/23/22. When I requested to speak to a manager, she placed me on hold for 40 minutes and then hung up on me. I called back, got Jessie again, after placing me on hold for 16 minutes, she hung up on me. I called back, got Jessie again and after placing me on hold for 31 minutes, she hung up.
If you are considering ReadyRefresh, do not do it if you would like water delivered in a timely manner.
Worst customer service. It takes five to six phone calls attempts to be able to speak to a representative from ready refresh each time 20 to 30 min. Once you speak to them they are not helpful. Also they don't do the delivery when it is scheduled.
Awful website and poor customer service. Too bad Poland Springs cant find another company to deliver their products. I want the Poland Springs but not the hassle of this company for deliveries.
Ready Refresh procured the business of a local service provider and to say the quality of their service dropped precipitously would be much to kind. You cannot depend on them for anything, including responding to customer issues, keeping their promises about pricing, maintaining a reliable delivery schedule and to top it off making it all but impossible to cancel their crappy service. Unless you relish frustration and not being appreciated as a client is you jam, stay away from this sorry sack of a business.
Almighty GOD! PAYING FOR MEMBERSHIP IS NOT Recommended! Pay them nothing! They will not deliver your orders and will not give you a refund! AVOID! I called my bank and attorney. I PAID $99 FOR MEMBERSHIP! DON'T DO MY MISTAKE! A-V-O-I-D

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
