Ready refresh is very convenient and the water is good quality. However, the prices have increased often and for each of the items within your order. You don't just get charged for an increase in the bottle price, but also the dispenser and the delivery fee. The price increase has been consistent for the past three years and we've found it's not cost efficient compared to other water options. When you try to cancel your service, you'll be on hold for upwards of 45 minutes. Customer service is horrendous. I'm hoping that once we cancel there are no further issues. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
ReadyRefresh has not made deliveries as scheduled from 7/20/22. They keep apologizing and rescheduling but not delivering as promised. I have 7 empty bottles outside my home that has not been picked up. No representative can direct me to where I can drop off the empty bottles. I was told today the delay is due to the availability of products such as the 5-gallon bottle of water. This is the worst service I have ever received and will not recommend their service, it has inconvenienced my family and me. Please see a photo of their email response.
This company needs to be investigated. It has by far the worst customer service ever. Not to mention delivery service. It's awful. I'm currently seeking another service.
Ready Refresh is supposed to deliver water to our office each month. Since May we have not received a delivery. I have called multiple times questioning the constant "reschedule" that never happens. Finally, today after countless calls I was informed that our delivery of 2 bottles each month doesn't meet their new minimum requirement for delivery. What? I searched through all of my emails from them trying to locate a new policy or comment indicating this was an issue. Nothing. Will now be looking for a new water service company. I can handle delays and supply chain issues, but the lack of communication is astonishing!
The company increased my mandatory order from 2 to 3 bottles and ignore my delivery schedule to deliver once per month. When I skip a month they come twice the next month effectively making it impossible to manage the water delivery. That's 12 bottles in 63 days! They are doubling my amount.

If I could leave a negative star rating, they are -100 stars! They don't deliver on schedule, they keep pushing the delivery date out asking for patients every month. I have to buy water from some where else to cover their poor delivery on a regular basis. Their web site stinks. I Moved the delivery date up this month on the web site, saved the change and it sent me an email saying my delivery was changed… wait for it… to the same day I was changing it from! Call customer service and you wait 45 minutes on the phone to be transferred to wait another 45 minutes again for the next "department", the whole time having to listen to them telling you to use their web site that doesn't work. This happens every month! The last time, this month, while they had me waiting on the phone for an hour and a half, I contacted Crystal Rock water services, ordered from them, and when Ready Refresh finally connected, I cancelled my account with them. I did get a confirmation number so we will see if it is really cancelled. Oh, and by the way, they charge you $50.00 to cancel. Said it was on some small writing on some contract I NEVER RECEIVED from them because I was a Poland Springs customer not Nestles Ready Refresh. Since Nestles bought out Poland Springs water, it has become the worst company in all aspects. Delivery, customer service, web site, and cost. And for another note, they added a location for a tip on the web site for their drivers! I am rolling on the ground laughing now!
ONE OF THE WORST SERVICES I HAVE EVER EXPEREINCED. MY DELIVERY IS SUPPOSED TO BE INSIDE THE GARAGE AND IT NEVER HAPPENED IN THE PAST COUPLE OF MONTHS. I CALLED THEM UP AND ASKED THEM TO TAKE CARE OF IT FROM NEXT TIME AND THEY IGNORED MY REQUEST. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO PICK UP THE EMPTY BOTTLES AND THEY MISSED TO PICK THEM UP. I CALLED THEM TO SCHEDULE A PICKUP AND THEY SKIPPED THE PICK UP FOR 5 TIMES AND TODAY THEY DELIVERED MY ORDER AND AGAIN DELIVERED THEM IN THE DRIVE WAY AND DIDNT PICK UP THE EMPTY BOTTLES. I CLEARY MENTIONED THAT, ITS NOT SAFE FOR ME TO KEEP THE BOTTLES IN THE DIRVE WAY, AS THE BOTTLES ARE FLYING ONTO THE ROAD AND WHICH IS NOT SAFE TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE DRIVING. I BEEN CALLING THEM AND EVERYTIME I CALL, I WASTE MINIMUM AN HOUR AND THE REPRESENTATIVES ARE VERY UNPROMISING, THEY PROMISE THE PICK UP IS GOING TO BE ON SO AND SO DATE AND THAT NEVER HAPPENS. AND THEY DONT TRANSFER TO THE SUPERVISORS TO RESOVLE THE ISSUE. THEY JUST KEEP GIVING FALSE PROMISES. I HAVE ALMOST 30 BOTTLES LYING IN MY YARD NOW AND WHICH IS DAMAGING MY GRASS. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY ONE. SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I am a business owner and I travel a lot. My delivery was scheduled on Tuesday. I planned all my week accordingly. Then, they rescheduled it for Wednesday. I re-planned everything. Then, they rescheduled it for Thursday. I am very frustrated. I am losing money by waiting in the office for the delivery. And their customer service are super robotic! You would rather use robots who cannot do anything but repeating the same sentences over and over. I regret spending a dime there. I wish there are words that can express my anger and frustration. If there is minus one thousand stars, I would click it.
I do not think there has been one month I have gotten my delivery on time, and I have had Ready Refresh for three plus years. Sadly there is no one else that delivers to my area, so I'm stuck until I move. Yesterday I had been notified that there would be a 4th rescheduled date. During a heatwave. I wrote to customer service today, and they did the whole song and dance, I'm so sorry but your delivery is schedule for tomorrow. Thanks! I just received an email that they have rescheduled my delivery to Monday July 25th. At this rate, I might be my water delivery a few days before my August delivery is due... Customer service doesn't care. NEVER purchase a promotional item, because the drivers don't care. If you order some flavored water, you get a case of Poland spring. EACH AND EVERY single time, and trying to get your bill fixed? And then of course I have to pay for the inflated prices of the Poland spring SINCE I now have them and they won't accept a return. Also, I never receive the actual promotional sale item. Never get a credit on my bill, nothing. They don't care. Go anywhere else if you have an option. I have a feeling when I move it will be a hassle to get them to stop billing too.

My first order went fine. My second order has been moved several times. Driver never show up!
Worse than bad. Delivery has gone several times to other people over half a mile away. Last two deliveries never came even though they sent messages they were on the way. No telephone number given to call, just email w response they'll answer in 1 to 2 days, then insufficient response. HORRIBLE. Find an alternate method for yourself.
They over charge and just got my statement from my back that I was charged 2 times that same month every time I call it's a robot answering. Tried the chat something. Had to cancel my card to avoid more charges shame on them
I have been doing business with Ready refresh for around 3 years lately they announced increase of price every 2 months but never tell you how much; it get to a point that is better for me to buy water in bottles from another place for my business' they are charging me $13.49 per jug +other fees and delivery when they one not when schedule, I called 2 times spoke with 4 people to cancel for the last 2 month ago and they do not cancel and keep bothering me with calls and emails for deliveries that they do not do, they driver stop by and we told him that we cancel so pick up the empty bottles and he refuse to do it when the order from the company was there as they told me over the phone, but drivers do not make money for pick ups only. Very Unprofessional company no matter the size. We are in 8501 SW 124 Ave

The company seems to have made some positive changes. I was happy to get more reasonable pricing. Getting gouged for lousy service and unreliable delivery was what prompted me to write a negative review.
Can't rely on these idiots! They message you to tell you they're coming and to leave you're empty bottles out. They don't come... then they message you they're coming the following day... same thing happens... then again. The drivers themselves are nice guys but the company sucks! When you call they say, "we're short on drivers". And they wont guarantee it's coming at the amended date either!... same shit month after month... If you're looking for convenience, and rely on your water, look elsewhere!
I'm just adding another horrendous review to this company! I have experienced just about all the negatives from other reviews, but this issue takes the trophy. I made an ACH payment of 104.89 on 6/22/22. I received a past due notice of on 7/12/22 of with a $20 late fee totaling $124.89. After checking with my bank payment was processed. I called ReadyRefresh 7/13/22. After speaking to a service rep for almost 1hr it seems they made an error posting the payment and they said it will be taken care of. Well, I just noticed from my bank that they took the payment again without my authorization! Now I had to spend more time with my bank to reverse this charge. Also, how about them raising the cost of a 5-gallon bottle to $10.99 talk about taking advantage 10% increase per bottle plus them raising the delivery charge several months ago. I rather drink tap water before I buy another bottle of water from this horrendous company!
Something is going on with ready refresh. I had an initial delivery date for June 30th. That date moved seven times with the latest being a delivery supposedly on July 15th. 15 days delay. What is going on. I am ready to seek a new provider. I have bought 5 cases of water with all of these delays and the high price of water today and still received an invoice. What a joke
Don't use Ready Refresh! I have had the delivery service for several months now and it's Never On Time. This month it was first scheduled for the 29 of June and has been rescheduled everyday it is now July 12 and is now rescheduled again. I ran out of water 2 days ago.
Every month they reschedule my delivery date at least three times. For July 2022, they rescheduled three times and never delivered in the end. There was no warning, no text confirmation — nothing. And you can't get anyone on the phone. ReadyRefresh is the worst in customer service that I ever dealt with in years!
20 Year Customer, my original company Deer Park was bought by them. Every month the bill is higher than the last. They just add "delivery fees" surcharges, rent and raise the prices of the water bottles, now at $15.99 from $6.00 when we first started. Calls are not answered, Emails take 5 business days to be responded to, foreign agents that barely speak English. Then when you try to cancel they tell you after multiple emails, you have to call to cancel, try that and you will waste 1-2 hours of your time. We arrange to have them come on our regularly scheduled date to pick up all the empty bottles you have paid a $10 security deposit for each and a few days before you get 2 automated calls... once says "your delivery is being cancelled because you do not have a minimum order of $15, the next says cancelled because you do not a minimum order of $30. It is an ENDLESS LOOP of frustration. Let it be a warning to find another company, any company other than Ready Refresh or Nestle, THE WORST OF THE WORST. Next I will complain to the Attorney Generals Office in my State as they have defrauded us. Stay far away!

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
