Multiple missed or messed up deliveries. I had an auto-delivery set up for every 2 months. They came monthly for a little while, then stopped showing up altogether. I tried one more time for a delivery today. I received notification that the order had been delivered, but no one ever showed up. Good luck trying to cancel anything with them. They also refuse to take empties. I have a warehouse full of them. These guys suck
I wish you could give a negative star rating. I don't quite understand how they are still in business. In the last 10 months I received maybe 2 deliveries on time. Just today I received a text saying the delivery has been delivered - yet the empties are still sitting in my carport and no full bottles anywhere. The chat person offers to remove the charge but that does not get my delivery to me. I will look for any other review sites to post also as I want to warn as many people as possible. DO NOT SIGN UP!
I was signed before a week as a new customer but they sent me a broken dispenser and I will tried to solve the problem but it took another 12 days or more, they are very fast to make a customer but to let for help.
Today is the third attempt at getting water delivered. First time, they were hours late and at 6:30pm (we close at 4:30 and scheduled accordingly) they were still not here. I was told by a rep that they have no way of contacting the drivers. WTH?! Last week they were hours late again and I told them we were not waiting after hours for a delivery that may not happen. They wanted to deliver today, told them between 9:30-2:30 and took a screen shot of our convo where they would "be sure to deliver the order by 2:30". This am, get a message that they will be here between 12:13-5:13. Not a typo 12:13? Really. I have called only to be told they are too busy and no rep can speak with me. Online chat, same thing. We will cancel and start picking up water at the store. Really don't know how they stay in business.
This is the most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with. They can't get the water to me on time. Constantly rescheduling and then not showing up on the scheduled date even. Support hahahahahahaha! What support?!?! If you contact them via the website they take days to respond and they don't answer the phone when you call.
Further, I have been trying to CANCEL MY DAMN "SERVICE" for about 3 months. The website says to fill out the form. I fill out the form and they tell me to call customer service. I try to call customer service - NO ANSWER! This has been the cycle. I wonder how many customers they would have if they didn't make it impossible to cancel your "service"?

I now have Sparklett's and they delivered ON TIME the very first time. We'll see how this goes but I don't think it can be as bad as these idiots at ReadyRefresh.
This is the second time in three months that the delivery person did not follow the instructions and left empty bottles and charge me a deposit. Water delivery was due on August 18 from 12.45 pm to 4.54.pm but at 5 pm the delivery date was changed to Monday, August 22. And then at 6.45 pm, I received a text that your order has been delivered. I mean who was in charge of sending text messages? The office person or a delivery person? It is very unprofessional. No one is following the delivery instructions yet charged me through my auto payment. I need only three 5-gallon bottles and due to their unprofessionalism, I have now 9 bottles in my house and $90 with ready refresh as a deposit. Insane

I've been rescheduled 6 times since August 12,2022 and it's always the day prior to deliver and the text comes at 4:30 each time. Getting in touch with customer service is next to impossible, and the number is not located on the app. So you must do a search, I do not recommend this company, I'll buy my own dispenser and pick up water jugs at local store. It's cheaper and reliable
I want to give 0 star if I could. They marked my order as delivered and said they picked up empty bottles which they didn't. When I called them they said they don't have delivery date available until after 1 month even though it was their mistake.
They keep changing the 'confirmed' delivery date. Not once, but 11 times.
Reason: "Operational challenges"
And customer service has NO answers. 800# has 40 minute wait

NEVER PICKED UP THE EMPTY BOTTLES & KEPT SWITCHING DELIVERY FROM FRONT DOOR ONE DAY TO BACK DOOR THE NEXT! I EVEN SCHEDULED DELIVERY FOR THE EMPTY ONES AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP?! I GOT AN AUTOMATED EMAIL THAT ITS A $20 SERVICE NOW?
This is the worst service. They cancel the order date that you have chosen and then give you a new order date and do not deliver on that date either. They never deliver the correct order so you never know what you will get. Terrible service. If I did not need the water, then I would not deal with them. They fill your order when they want with whatever products they feel like delivering. Totally frustrating.
Website offers no phone #. Chat broken. Googled, got on in 7 minutes - not bad. They acknowledged I haven't been delivered since May and kept charging me. Said earliest they can deliver is 12 days away. Customer for 25 years. Sounds like they can't get drivers and workers in general. Rotting from the inside out. Too bad.
I've had Ready refresh for over 25 years
( when it was Arrowhead). I never had a problem. Cooler replaced twice, one leaking bottle replaced within 2 days no charge. Add to my order on line anytime within 2 days of next delivery.

After horrible service I cancelled my account months ago, and here we are with two new bottles of water and an invoice for which they already processed a payment (they emailed the invoice AFTER they took the payment, (really slimy!) This isn't a one off and the rest of the 1 star reviews sums up ReadyRefresh service. This company has complete fallen apart and I would never use their service again.
They promise you a delivery date and never show up then they tell you they will reschedule another delivery and you dosen't receive it I'm canceling this
Some would, carry it in for me- Hats off to those who helped me, other's? Not so much-I think that COVID had a lot to do with people running scared but come on... No help to carry in my 5 or 6,5 gallon containers, kind of hard for me but the ones that went out of their way, happy to you- And thank yall for all that you do-
Ready Refresh tricks it's customer's into signing up for water deliveries at a discounted price without full disclosure of price increases. They don't acknowledge when you skip a delivery instead they make a delivery and overcharge you for the products. The call center has unprofessional service reps who hang up on you rather than resolve/cancel the customers concerns. Do not sign up for this service. Totally not worth the hassle!
I called to order water only to be told I have an outstanding balance which is not true. I have been traveling and didn't need to order water. It seems they charged me for months even though I skipped several months. I am not sure what the customer service and billing department is trying to pull. I asked for an itemize bill and still have not received and it has been 3 months. They referred my account to a collections agency and still have not received an itemized statement. I have NEVER seen a company billed me for services or products I have not received without trying to resolve. I am not happy and very disappointed.
After months of false promises, increases, headaches, pushed back deliveries, missed deliveries but charged anyways, I finally canceled these crooks. So I thought I did. Ready refresh wouldn't let me cancel via email even though they acknowledged "my intent to cancel" and conveniently no one picks up on their phones. When I finally got a hold of a human on the phone I was told I needed to pay the cooler rental fee another month as well as a 50 dollar reconditioning fee. I eventually had to call my bank and have them put a stop to them withdrawing money from my debit account due to serious lack of trust in these people. Only positive thing I can say is the drivers were good guys. I feel bad they work for such a crap company though.
Answer: I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
