I never post bad reviews, but, in this case, stay far away. I was a customer for 20 years. Their service has gone down hill and is unacceptable. Deliveries are late and/or wrong. They charged a late fee for an invoice I never received. After being left on hold for 57 minutes I was advised that a supervisor would contact me. It's been 3 months, and I've sent 6 emails to customer service, still no response, despite their assurance that I would receive a call back within an hour. Instead they continue to charge late fees on the late fee. They demonstrate unethical business practices-it's unfortunate.
After more than 50 years as an Arrowhead water delivery customer, I have oi discontinue service. Each month I get letters informing me of price increases on product and services. I am punished by a separate billing for paper at a cost of $3.00 every month. They want email billing. My emails number in the low hundreds everyday. I can't search for ReadyRefresh statements. Don't bother trying customer service unless you have plenty of time to spend on hold.
UPDATE-From July into today October 5 never received any water… Very unhappy customer…they bring water just for the first time and never came back I been buying water from Home Depot…terrible customer service…postponed the delivery like seven times already. Why this company plays with families like this with so important thing come on don't do that.
I wish I could give this company negative infinity score. I was supposed to receive water on September 16,2022 and it never came. I called and found out they changed it to September 26,2022. I get an email saying I owe them $36.00 for them to deliver my next round. I called them on September 25,2022 and they assured me I will get my water on September 26…Like an idiot I paid. I waited all day yesterday no water. I get an email saying my water is on the way and will be here between 6:45 am and 12 pm…No water. I called at 3pm they said it was a delay due to the storm but it will be here. 6:52 pm still no water. I called and was finally told my water comes from Fort Myers, FL and as we all know Fort Myers is closed due to Hurricane Ian…I didn't go to Walmart or Sam's' club thinking I would get my water…So my family has no spring water only tap…Of course I canceled my subscription and pray they give me a full refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone…. Shame on you ReadyRefresh for being scam artist
I just wanted to update my review. Normally I don't have any problems with my deliveries. I have been on a 5-month vacation and canceled my deliveries and rather than having them pile up while I was gone. How can this company remain in business when it has a 1.7 rating review? Poland Distribution 1,800,950,9396 this is the number that called me, of which I declined because I had never heard of Poland distribution. So I called the number back and found out that it is Ready Refresh by Nestle. Normally I received my water on the day that I'm told it will be here, the empties are picked up and I've never had a problem until now when I needed the water prior to the hurricane. I'm told that reviews are not responded to on this site. How very sad I thought ready refresh by Nestle was a good company because I never had any problems before now.
This company claims they are carbon neutral-how responsible of them!-yet they have offshore slave labor taking phone calls for all billing and customer service. These poor unfortunate people are making below minimum wage and are taking midnight (their time) phone calls from angry Americans because of the companies improper deliveries, billings, and shabby product. These offshore employees are unable to transfer irate customers to America. They have to take the abuse. Plus nothing is resolved! Redirefresh should be ashamed of themselves…..
They are very irresponsable, they reschudule the delivery every day. They change their policy and charge me $108 one month. I cancelled my account. Don't want do business with this company. Don't recomended
I should have checked the reviews first. A rating of 1 is too high for this company. This company deserves a -10 rating. They delivered the wrong product to start with and after attempting to contact them through the app with no response, we called customer service and got the runaround from them. Tried to schedule for a delivery twice and after getting text messages that they would be there to correct the issue; they were a no show and failed to contact us. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY!

I am trying to call them, txt or e-mail good luck like they do not exist. I have to change my dispenser because it start leaking. I am been calling the office since this morning and there phone listed is keep answering buzzy.

After the initial delivery I got nothing. No delivery no bill no contacts Nothing. Until today when I got a letter from a collection agency. Tried to contact customer service and all I got was bad attitude and ultimately hung up on.
I've had this service for over 3 years, and over the last 3 months I''m ready to pull hair out! Deliveries NEVER on schedule, then why give me a delivery date? The site should state "when it gets there, it gets there". Not only are they not sticking to the dates, the "new" delivery date is 19 days later then the original delivery date? Seriously? Try to get in touch with their customer service? What customer service! No phone, no email, just an online computer assistant to answer your questions... what a joke! Soooo, disappointed with this company.
Our scheduled deliveries didn't show up and were automatically re-scheduled by Ready Refresh to a later date varies from 3 days to 10 days, without notifications.
I called the customer service but they didn't offer any help, the rep is worse than the app.
If you get this company you better hope that you never need any customer service!

There are NUMEROUS hidden fees and numerous cancelation fees! Read the terms and conditions thoroughly... I canceled a month ago and they have tried tacking on two late fees because I can't pay... And they're gonna keep adding late fees til I can. Over f***n WATER. Don't do business with them, it is NOT worth it! I regret this soooo much!
My account clearly indicates where to deliver. The driver only delivered to my apartment once! Each time they deliver to another apartment on the other side of the building & leave my empty bottles OR even worse, they take the empties and still deliver to another apartment on the other side of the building. But, they always send a text asking me for a driver tip. Delivery fees increased. Customer service NEVER returns a phone call. Management NEVER returns a phone call! -
Each month I get a text stating my water has been delivered and I'm excited to get home to check and again I find, I have been Catfished! Perhaps my delivery driver is a gym rat and needs extra water or maybe Ready Refresh just sucks and I need to continue my trips to WallyWorld for water. Help, I need Smartwater to deal with this craziness. Where's my credit?
Great water, and even my deliveries were on time and my driver was very friendly and professional I would always give a tip, now I wonder if the drivers really receive them. I accidentally made a double online payment. Called them immediately, finally after more than twenty minuets on the phone, I was assured it would be taken care of. To make this complaint short, it was never handled. When I tried to discontinue my service, it took another 2 Hrs. On the phone. Not able to do it online, and no-one answers your chat. I finally got to someone only to pay hidden fees to take the money refund they owed me.
Can only speak to service people in India, never come when scheduled and then they send you to collections! Worst ever, am calling the Better Business Bureau. If you want to cancel they make it near impossible for you.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
