TERRIBLE! DO NOT PURCHASE

Drivers come off business hours. Empties never picked up. Delivery times are changed every month. Customer service is outsourced. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, you are told that the entire management staff is "in a meeting" This company does not care about your business. Truly a terrible company.

I got my first shipment, and I tested the water. I came out at a 100, which is hard water. If not filter properly. My faucet water came out around 60, which is a better drinking water. So I tried to cancel, my contract. And I kept getting the run around. And still get the run around for months. You be better buying from a store, more hassle but better overall. Unless you don't mind drinking ok water, The scales goes up to 1 to 400 which means there are alot of metals n more. A 100 is drink able, but no better than descent faucet water. Test them both and see what numbers you get. A water tester cost around $20

Zero Customer Service!

Ready Refresh has ZERO customer service. It's non-existent. I have been trying for months now to get anyone within Ready Refresh to update my credit card. No longer needed though as I will NEVER use their service again. Trying to adjust orders or update simple credit card information is impossible. I tried escalating within Ready Refresh and they confirmed themselves it was escalated and said someone would call which never happened. I emailed again and still no one has called. Honestly, never seen such terrible customer service!

I've been a customer for over 10 years. I'm currently looking for another water company because Ready Refesh have become substandard. They did not deliver my water for such a long time I ran out of water. I called and told them I was out of water and there have been no deliveries. They said all deliveries were canceled and they didn't know why. Then they said I'd have to wait 9 days for a delivery. I waited for 9 days and they never showed up. I called again and they said there wasn't a delivery scheduled and they would come in 2 weeks. So basically you may have to wait 4 weeks for water if you run out of water or they miss your delivery. That's if they show up at all!

Awful service. Wrong delivery information provided and when you call, you will only get a call center in which are unhelpful and will hang up if you have a compliant. You will also likely not be transferred to a manager. They will just say "let me try to locate one" and then leave you on hold until you hang up. This has been my experience along with 2 of my neighbors. We all cancelled. Too many other places to buy WATER than to deal with the frustration of this unreliable and unhelpful call center.

I rarely write reviews...something has to be either exceptionally great or appallingly awful. In the case of Ready Refresh, it is the latter. Do yourself a favor and sign up with any other company for water delivery. Not to go into small details, the overall situation is that they are inconsistent, they never do what they say they're going to do, they seem to not communicate internally so information either never gets passed along or it gets totally convoluted. Although the customer service reps are nice on the phone, the screw-ups are not their fault and they also can't really help you. My advice is to stay away or plan to waste much time on hold waiting for a resolution...which may never come.

Very VERY difficult to deal with.

And have wasted at least an hour of my life trying to remedy their mistake!
Very difficult to get in touch with.
They reupped a membership program without letting me know.

I chatted. I called. Was told they would remove the charge.
Now I've emailed again!
Now they want me to pay and "next month" they will refund me. WHAT?
How can I give them ZERO?

Horrible. I'd love to find another water delivery company.

No Call No Show

No water sense Aug 22. Called to cancel & return RENTED dispenser with 5 bottles set up 3 different deliveries with no call no show. Yet got notification these were completed... over it!

Horrible Service

I tried to pause all deliveries months ago and still have 5 gallon jugs dropped off at 8am before anyone was even in the office with no warning. Now you're trying to charge me $20 to come get empties or I have to place another order for water I don't need.

Crooks and Frauds

I can't stand Ready Fresh at all. The billing is crooked. They are going to end up court. They like bill for services not being render and charge late fees. They deliver water when they feel like. Customer service representative are foreigners. Who don't speak English very well.

This company has provided the worst customer service ever. The original water cooler that I purchased was supposed to be a black water cooler and 5 Large bottles of water. They delivered me the 5 Bottles of water without sending me a cooler to use it with even though it was supposed to be delivered on the same date. Then when they delivered the cooler it was gray instead of black. The cooler's hot water function did not work so it had to be replaced. Since it was replaced, I had the cooler for 10 months until it started leaking all over my hardwood floors and water damaged my basement ceiling, I called customer service to notify them of my ceiling damage and the defective water cooler. They sent me a replacement cooler but the hot water function did not work. I informed them of the issue and they delivered a black water cooler. The water cooler was supposed to be gray as I repainted my house and matched the water cooler color since we were stuck with the incorrect gray color from the very time of ordering it, but they sent us a black water color to replace the second defective water color from their company. We sent the equipment back to the company on the day of the delivery because they did not send us the gray cooler. Its been over a week and a half and I still have a non-operational water cooler. The company refuses to replace the cooler with a gray cooler as they said that the original cooler that we purchased was supposed to be black even though we've had the gray color for the past 10 months. I will be sending this company an invoice for the damage to my home and will be informing Costco that they should not be referring this company to any of its customers since Costco offers superior service and should really know how bad this company treats its customers. Never do business with this company unless you like high blood pressure and aggravation!

Do Not Use this Company

The representatives lied about the cost and services this business provides. I was overcharged and paid the balance to cancel after the first month. Continued receiving charges but no services and continued to request cancellation. Then the company tried to say that I never returned my equipment yet I have an email stating all equipment was picked up and returned. I continue to get harassing emails stating I have never requested to cancel and get no response when I forward all email correspondences. Save yourself the headache!

STAY AWAY

This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am finally pulling the plug and canceling my service after about a year. Inconsistent communication, delivery on DIFFERENT days as scheduled so no chance to put out the giant jugs for collection. At one point I had about 12 5-gallon jugs stacked around my apartment. TERRIBLE. I love Poland Springs but nothing is worth this headache.

I wish I could give them negative stars.

This company is horrible I have been cancelled for my dispense cleaning 3 times They said they came but that's a lie I called and he said the truck was having issues but yet I didn't get a text email or nothing I took off work twice and still no show if your thinking about getting ready refresh don't do it

Worst customer service ever. I loved this service when I first began using it but they have gone downhill in the past six months. They could care less about their customers. I paid $89 for their annual membership to take advantage of the discounted price & free delivery. One month after it renewed they were out of stock of aqua Panna in the glass bottles. They never bothered to notify me that my scheduled delivery would not be coming since they didn't have any. No inquiry as to if I wanted a different product. I called cust sevice after 2 emails went unresponsive to find out what happened to my delivery that's when I learned it was out of stock & they had no answer as to whether they would be restocking it or if they were discontinuing it. I then placed an order for plastic bottles. Never showed. Another call revealed that the size I ordered, which listed as in stock when I placed the order, was suddenly out of stock hence no delivery. At this point there is only one size available so I order that & questioned if that would place the cases as unavailable so as if it sold out prior to my delivery I would be guaranteed my order & they confirmed it would. Today the truck showed up but left without leaving any water? I can only assume the driver realized it wasn't on the truck. I say assume because despite a text alerting me to the delivery this morning, I received zero communication about not receiving my delivery yet again. I would NEVER Recomend this service to anyone. I want a refund of my membership cost since I haven't been able to take advantage of a single benefit since it renewed in august. So unreliable. No communication. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time.

The option of zero stars isn't given which is a shame because this company's customer service, response time and everything in between is abhorrent. Canceled deliveries, incorrect billing statements, sending the wrong products, abominable customer service... It's all just bad. Don't do it!

NEVER AGAIN! 0 STARS!

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NOONE! They charged me for water i DID NOT ORDER! I called to tell them to stop sending me water because I had alot already and they kept sending more and charging me for it! I asked them to pick up the empty waters I had and We set a day for them to pick it up and they NEVER picked it up. Now I have Empty water around the house because this company doesn't want to pick it up! I'm so disappointed in this company. This company is seriously trash and to save anyone trouble DOOO NOT GET YOUR WATER THROUGH THIS COMPANY! They making me pay $90 for water I never received! They are supposed to pick it up this "friday" again so they better come this time. Been waiting since JUNE FOR THEM TO GET IT!
