I called two different phone numbers to get answers about why half of my order is missing. Unfortunately, the two different reps that answered after calling the two different numbers, did not understand English very well at all. It's frustrating when you call a business in the U.S. and they don't understand English. This is disturbing. Especially since I still don't have answers to my missing order.
After realizing I couldn't lift a 5-gallon or even a 3-gallon jug of air, never mind water, I called to cancel my order. I was so relieved and impressed by the kind, prompt, and professional service I received. I will be recommending ReadyRefresh to colleagues, friends, and clients!
I have used their services for more than 3 years. Their sales rep sold me at a BJ's location. As I am finding out now when I am trying to cancel that at the time the rep sold their services, he had conveniently omitted many important information - one of which is that they would charge me $50 to take back the water dispenser when I cancel. I canceled my services today because they kept on increasing their charges for each delivery. I asked the rep on the phone to direct me to my signed contract where I had agreed to pay this. She repeatedly said "it's under terms & conditions", which may have been changed since I had signed up. If this doesn't get resolved and waived, I will make a complaint against this fraudulent company to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Very nice and hard working man. Always smiling and makes sure my mom does not grab any of the waters. He always makes sure we have the right order.
Sometimes i don't get to get what i want because they are out of water.
But other then that Brian is a joy to see!

I'd like to give it 0 stars. Delivery outside of timeline. Delivery is early, delivery is late. It is never when it is supposed to be. 2 Month auto delivery and things come early by 2 weeks. Obviously I'm not expecting the delivery then so all of my empties (+ the remaining jugs I have that I haven't finished because I signed up for 2 months of supply and didn't finish yet!) are sitting in my garage. The delivery comes. I HAVE 30 JUGS. I ask them to come get the empties because they made a mistake. They say they can't come FOR A MONTH. Even though they messed up! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE. Pathetic.
I live in an apartment complex and they come up and try to sell it to you by telling you its a service that the apartment complex is REQUIRING but they were not so they lie in order to get the sale. Then when I sign up they delivered the wrong water dispenser 2 times before I finally wrote to them that I want to cancel everything since they got the order wrong 2 times and then I was ignored and was delivered a new dispenser when I just wanted my money back. They would not give me my money back so finally just asked them to come pick everything up and cancel my account which was super challenging but finally, they did so but with no reimbursement. 4 months after canceling they charged me for a water delivery when I canceled everything 4 months ago so wrote back again asking them to cancel everything and refund me and they wrote back saying they canceled the shipment and with credit me on my account for the next order when I already canceled everything. I finally was able to get a refund for the canceled shipment. Then I get spam called from them and I finally answered and they kept pressing me to re open my account when I said I no longer needed it but kept pressing and pressing on why I need it and why I am wrong when I finally just hung up.
We purchased a new bottom loading water dispenser for several reasons. Most importantly, the controls are on the top of the unit and therefore out of reach of toddler grandson. An equally important reason, however, is that the unit is advertised to be able to accommodate both 3 and 5 gallon jugs of water. This is NOT true and after countless calls to ReadyRefresh they also admitted that it cannot accommodate both sizes of refills. It's either or, NOT both. We finally had to cut the tubing to enable it to fit into a 3 gallon jug rendering it unable to ever now go back to 5-gallon jugs. One month after weeks of nonsense with ReadyRefresh service personnel, I went back to see if they had changed the specifications for the machine. They have not. Purchase at your own risk and good luck dealing with their employees. There is no truth in advertising with this company. Buyer Beware!
Whatever you do do not order any water coolers from this company, they will continue to charge you and never come by for a service delivery.
This is a bull$#*! as company. When they was advertising I told them to charge my card only ONE time and they agreed. Come to find out they was charging my card $37 $74 $57 for $#*!ing water. This company is a $#*!ing FRAUD. $#*! Ya
If I could give ZERO STARS I would! A couple of months ago when they had their 1st increase we called to cancel and they said they would give us a deal for one year to keep us. So we went with it. Today I get an email telling me that we are going to be increased in January! They bait and switch you! Bad service and very expensive! It's freaking water!

I had been having a horrible time with my closed account. Being unable to speak to anyone, just communicating through chat - HORRIBLY FRUSTRATING! I won't go into sad details, but ReadyFresh, your agent Charm is AWESOME & I Thank Her! I dealt with 3 to 4 people on chat & finally speaking live to Charm, who gave me the help I needed, and restored my stolen happiness. Way to go Charm! ReadyFresh, she deserves to be Greatly RECOGNIZED; she'll be a great trainer; your Teams communication is HORRIBLE. Treat her GOOD ReadyFresh, it's agents like her, that keep you in business when other team members FAIL HORRIBLY. Keep up the GREAT Work Charm - We APPRECIATE You!
We are a legacy customer; they bought out our old supplier. For awhile, we still had the same account rep, who we could call directly. But she retired, and now the only way to order stuff is through the website. Then the delays began: sometimes our order would come as scheduled, usually not. We were an "on demand" client, because the needs change depending who is booked in our facility: they can't accommodate that at all. And there's no one to call. Nestle must really hate people, is all I can say. Worst company ever.
Had a several failed delivery attempts back in March and decided to cancel my account indefinitely in April of 2022. A couple of weeks passed, and the dispenser, as well as three bottles, were picked up. Account had been canceled and was given confirmation from phone rep. Months passed, and a ReadyFresh driver showed up to my door dropping off water bottles. Good thing I was home and was able to let him know my account was canceled permanently. He then took the bottles back with him. We're now in late November, and ReadyFresh is calling me that I have an outstanding balance and need to take care of or else. I told the rep that I've had nothing but bad service with them, and had my account canceled for months, and that I was not going to pay them whatsoever. Their whole team is unorganized and unprofessional. Will never deal with them again! As you can see, there's a reason folks have regretted using them for services. Stay away far away from these crooks!
Countless issues with Ready Refresh. Dispenser leaked all over our floor soon after warranty expired, all I got was sorry to hear that. Water delivery is not dependable and communication is non existent unless your Payment card expires then they know how to reach you. After our delivery didn't show up yesterday I tried the chat which is a BOT that isn't helpful. The human I got this morning thought nice only told me my delivery changed due to lack of delivery staff. When I asked for a manager I was on hold 35 minutes and the manager Lisa was nice but did not resolve anything other than to explain that the deliveries I set up online failed as I picked a day other than Tuesday which is the only day they deliver to my area. Would have been nice to know this months ago. I asked why the system allows me to schedule then, she had no answer there as they have a schedule system that doesn't coordinate what you request. I was told do not schedule recurring orders any farther out than 2 weeks because they will not see it changed on THEIR schedule. By the time I got off the call I wasted an hour of my day and was told my water now is coming Dec 6th next Tuesday. I'm paying $90 for this water that ran out last week. I give 2 stars because I like the water and delivery people are pleasant.
After 19 months of service and trying to cancel I have to pay $50 to them to cancel my service so they can recondition the dispenser that they don't even rent anymore which that was $5 a month would not let you buy, took 3 months to fix a billing error on water I never received. They raised prices 3x since i started trying to bribe you not to cancel with a discount plus customer service is really horrible. Asking to talk to someone else and they refuse and telling you there is no one at all available so call back another time. I would never ever recommend this company to no one how are they even in business.
I have to check at least one star. Otherwise, I would give ReadyRefresh zero stars. They have the worse customer service I've ever experienced. We canceled the water delivery at the beginning of January 22 because we were closing the office at that location. We scheduled ReadyRefresh to pick up the empty bottles and the cooler, and they were supposed to pick up both. Now, in almost December, they are saying they didn't pick up the cooler. They continue to charge for the rental every month. When we call them, they hang up, saying there is nothing they can do to resolve the issue. Please do not use these guys; they are unprofessional and lack the ethical and moral character to be in business.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
