Very unreliable. Frequently does not show up when promised and reschedules deliveries, pushing out for weeks despite weekly delivery signed up for. Now says they can't provide a packing list for our office's delivery. What business delivers product and "doesn't have packing lists" for those deliveries?
I cant go into detail but worst customer service, follow through etc, each time I call and ask for a manager on duty I get told they are in a meeting and will call me back, guess what, I have never received a call back. I have emailed and asked for a manager, response comes back with we will contact you within 2 days, guess what? Never emailed. I hope this finds the right people, shame on them
Upon closing my account I was charged 160$. I have been calling 3 months to get refund. Every time I call they have no idea about my previous calls, sent refund couple times, issued a check couple time which I never received. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend this service to anyone.
I was very pleased with sedrick w. He delivers my water he help me bring my water into my kitchen. I love the water best thing I bought in a long time. Sedrick was a very nice guy give him a raise!
I can't believe how hard it's to cancel this poor service. It's a total nightmare and they keep charging you even when your account is fully closed and now they are threatening with collect letters from a service a didn't even receive since the account was canceled more than 8 months ago. I honestly don't know what to do, this people are charging me for a service they even didn't provide and they are calling me everyday!
I have been sent to collections for water never received and tried numerous times to get i touch with company through calls and emails. They rarely stuck to delivery schedule and prices went up so fast it was no longer feasible to use this company. Now im stuck making a complaint with the better business bureu to try to resolve this matter. Stay away, dont say I didnt warn you!
You hire them make sure you never wanna have water because you won't. They reschedule every single time this supposed to be there every four weeks turns into six weeks but they make sure they bill you on time! After I canceled they tried to deliver to me for three months so seems their office is just as good as their delivery! Awful. 1 star is too high a rating
I had a delivery of 4 cases of Poland Spring water schedule for delivery on Friday. Out of nowhere; delivery changed to Saturday with no reason why. I waited all Saturday morning for them but nothing til I got a text saying it was "delivered". Delivery guy did not ring the bell or call my cell per instructions. He just left 5 cases of Poland Spring water blocking my front door(definitely a fire hazard). I had to use the basement side door to move them out the way. At 5PM, I received a random bill for $19.05 realizing it was for the extra case they left there for no reason. Talking to a support agent has been completely useless(on Monday since they have no support on the weekend). Driver probably did it on purpose to get more money out of me but now this will be the last time I am using or paying for ReadyRefresh.
Miami Location. The company is keep rescheduling my delivery without letting me know. They say "we are on the way" but no water show up. I can't get my water for a month already. When I call they say today you will get a water today but nothing is delivered.
They stink, waiting for delivery for 2 weeks 1 excuses after another but they want my money, I'd rather drink from the hose the depend on them pulling me account,
I'm so mad they left it at the wrong door downstairs i had to carry everything upstairs my self learn how to read the address then the Box is open from top and bottom that was holding the container! Really. That's what I'm paying for! Wrong apartment
I have been using this service for over a year and recently had another issue with the company not delivering what I ordered and not resolving the issue in a timely manner and many communications.
Never get my delivery on time, always rescheduling my deliverys & i got charged for something i didnt even know about after having to cancel my membership.
Never coming back to ready refresh again!
Not a word of truth. Empty bottles are not picked up. Deliveries are constantly postponed. Occasionally when a delivery is made, bottles are left out in the street! Representatives are not helpful! Refuse to transfer to supervisors!
These folks are the worst, I purchase the same item EVERY SINGLE MONTH, then when it's time to deliver NO STOCK.
I called customer servixe to reschedule my delivery date to fet extra water before the holiday. I recieved a confirmation email.for the changed delivery date and I checked my account to verify that the date had been changed. I placed my empites outside the as instructed and waited all day for a delivery. When the delivery didn't happened after 5 pm I called customer service. I was left on hold twice until the calls disconnected. When I called back the third time and asked to speak to a supervisor, after being on hold, I was told there was no supervisor available becasue they were busy with other customers.Not surprised. SonI spoke to the third customer service rep who nmade several excuses to why I am not getting my delivery. Under staffed being the main issue. When I asked why I didn't get a notification the rep sounded surprised and ince again apologized for the fact that I wasn't going to get my water before Christmas! He took off the delivery fee. From what I am reading in the other comments I shouldn't be surprised if this happens again!
Since I had readyfresh the price increased not once but twice in 6 months. Time to cancel and just buy my bottles elsewhere
"Cancelled" orders twice without explanation. Third order was for double the amount that I had ordered. Customer service totally unacceptable. And on top of all the problems they request a tip for the driver be added to the total! Ridiculous. Dont order from this company, it will be nothing but a headache.
No matter how many times you call their 800 number no one will answer.
Their website is even worse. It won't allow you to change delivery address when you move. You try contacting them and they never reply.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
