They charge you more than what you ordered. Their customer service is horrible. Started out 31.00 a month and each month was more. Now it's up to 63.00 and communication ugh.
This service is a GAME CHANGER! I used to fill up my jugs because I'm VERY picky with my water! Now I have branded water at my door step to keep me hydrated so I don't forget! Something less to worry about ‼

Terrible customer service. Tried making payment multiple times & when it finally went thru, they skipped my delivery. And because of that I have to wait another 3 weeks to get water. Meanwhile I have 10 bottles of empty water on my steps and they won't even come pick them up. They are about to come pick up the damn machine is what they are about to do. Once again terrible service all around.
Can't believe this good deal. I can control everything by myself and it's easy. I don't have any issues at all.

OMG I can't believe we are in the same boat. We cancelled 3/3/2021 then got a delivery of water in 12/10/2021? Now they sent us to collections? HOW? Called and said why would we get water delivered to us after 9 months of cancelling. Lady said well it says it was a successful delivery on our end? Why after 9 months would you out of the blue deliver water to us? She said nothing she could do about it on our end. It is only $69.00 BUT IT'S THE POINT WE DON'T OWE IT! Adjusted, however, ReadyRefresh charged me again for the adjusted amount. I can barely speak someone. The wait times are horrible. I can't close my account online. I have to call and hope someone picks up so I can cancel my account. I will have to go through my bank to get my money back since I can't get a proper refund.
One of the sales rep came to my house saying I was going to get water delivered next for 3$. Its been three months and I haven't received anything but my credit card keeps getting charged. Don't recommend unless you like getting scammed. Smh

Only giving 1 star because I had to give something to leave a review! This company came to my apartment complex advertised $3.50 per month but never stated " this is a promotion deal" after roughly 3 months the bill tripled and I refuse to pay it! I've never signed anything stating " cost would increase after 3 months and I'm been awaiting a manager to call me for going on 5 days how's!
Decided to return ALL there equipment there's no point in the manager calling me now.
Your better off going to the grocery store to purchase water, Ready Fresh is the most UNRELIABLE company I have ever dealtv with, stay away.
Ready Refresh has been promising delivery of my cases of Orange Splash for about 3 weeks now. They didn't bother to tell me it was out of stock. They don't update notifications, so you have to call them to find out the status of the delivery.

They make it impossible for you to cancel the service, and even when you finally managed to cancel it, they keep sending you bills and bills from a nonexistent service and from goods you will never ever receive. If you don't pay this ghost water bottle service, they threaten you with collect letters and calls. Please don't fall for this, stay away, you will regret it as I regret now. Their social media is flooded with complaints of this sort. Beware.
This company is a scam. When you try to cancel your subscription it takes forever they wouldn't answer the phone everytime I tried to cancel it but there office was currently "closed". But one day I got a call and this girl was like hey this is blah blah blah from ready refresh I was calling cuz you wanted to cancel your service I was like yeah I just can't afford it rn it was really convenient but I just can't afford it. She was saying no problem I'll give you 10$ off your next service I kept saying no and she kept being like but I'm giving you 10 dollars off and it came to the point where I just had to like kinda yell at her like dude I don't want it anymore! And she was like oh okay well have a good day bye. Trying to hang up and I was like WAIT when are you gonna pick up the water jugs and dispenser she said on the 25th with attitude and I left my jugs and dispenser outside. They didn't pick it up until the 28th. And they even charged me $7 for nothing?! I didn't even get my deposit fee back for the jugs. Do not get this promotion with anybody that walks up to ur door tell them to quit that job cuz they don't treat there sells reps good either. Brainwashing company and horrible service!

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
