I paid my balance a few days late and got a late fee. Called them in to take it in consideration and credit it. First of all, till I got through to them... They didn't want to credit it which most companies do. Every Month they added late fees on my late fee. Called them again they claimed that their system calculates a late fee cause the other late fees are late (even if. Kept on getting late fees on late fees till they locked my account. Tried calling them a few times but cant get through to them due to high call volume!
They deliver items you don't order then charge you. If something is out of stock they don't tell you. They decide what item they want to deliver you. Sometimes they just don't show up and they don't inform you. These issues are repetitive issues I have with ReadyRefresh. I need to find another company cause it shouldn't be hard to deliver the correct item that the customer ordered. They are quick to charge your credit card. Too bad their response to customer complaints is not as quick.
Setup and account and got my first delivery, this is where the issue started. The delivery was for three 5 gallon jugs and a water dispenser machine. 5.5 gallon jugs showed up with no water machine. It took over a week to get a hold of someone in customer service and they could not get me any solutions. They said they could deliver a water machine almost a month later than my original date. Meanwhile, I was charged for my account and order instantly. This is the worst company that has no customer support and does not care about their clients. Will never do business with this company again.
This company overcharges for everything! I would be fine to overpay for a service/ product but problem is the delivery service never comes. When you call customer service you get someone you can't understand! Scam don't order waist of time and money!

After non-delivery of 5 gallon water and RR continuously changing delivery dates, I had enough of these idiots that call themselves a business. I tried to cancel my account and found that the company deliberately confuses customers as to the correct process for cancelling their account. If you go to the website to cancel, you submit a form and then you'll receive an email that tells you to call the customer service center. When you call the customer service center, the recorded message tells customers there is no customer service agents to help you - with no offer to call you back, and no communication about providing a day/time for when agents may free up. Thus, it's a deliberate scam to keep you on their product. Unacceptable. If you call your credit card provider, you can have them blocked from future purchases - so that's how to best cancel your account as RR won't let you. Words cannot describe the God-awful customer experience in dealing with ReadyRefresh. Again, don't do business with ReadyRefresh under any circumstances whatsoever. There are other much better providers.
Bring a thermos, die of thirst, anything, absolutely anything is preferable to doing business with ReadyRefresh. They get nothing right and make it absolutely impossible to get in touch with them. It really doesn't get worse than this.
I have been using them for 20 years. The customer service is now nonexistent, the website doesn't work, I have requested to cancel several times, and no one responds, I cannot get anyone to come out to clean the unit. Stay Away!
Customer Service by definition is the assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services. You will not get anything close to this from Ready Refresh, whether it is trying to reach customer service by telephone, using their app or getting the delivery service to actually deliver the water to you when a delivery date has been scheduled. They cancel your deliveries the day of the scheduled delivery and when they finally make it to your house on the subsequent delivery date by noon, the driver has already run out of water and can not leave you water?!?!?!? Ordered 3 five gallon bottles of water, 1 24pack of 12 oz bottles and returned 6 empty bottles and gave a $5 tip (BIG MISTAKE) and they are billing me $47.29 and $21.47 at the same time?!?!?! And as usual, I cannot get them on the telephone. Save yourself a real headache and stress and DO NOT ORDER FROM READY REFRESH!

No matter how many times I called and told them the right door to deliver to, they kept delivering to the wrong door. The empty bottle was left at the front door (since it was by a good door).
They never answer your calls or emails. I have sent 8 emails to get rid of the cooler, and they never responds. They will tell you your delivery is confirmed and then not deliver it. They are not at all a good company to deal with, They never pick up when you call and if they do they change you to talk to one of the service reps.
This company is just absolutely ridiculous. It all sounded so good when they signed us up in BJs for one price and then once we got our first delivery before it was time for our second delivery of water they increased all prices on us. We then wanted to switch our cooler to a cooler with a hot water nozzle after the delivery driver just out and out lied and said the room temp nozzle was a hot water nozzle which I knew was just him being lazy and a liar. We kept calling and asking to speak to a customer rep and the system would just hang up on us. Finally after getting in touch with someone telling her we wanted to cancel the lady on the phone began to act like she couldn't hear us talking all of a sudden and then hung up on us. This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
It seems impossible to cancel my services with ready fresh. How can a company have a customer service phone number that states customer service is not available? Then I send them several messages through the customer service portal and have heard nothing back. What type of company has no customer service? Horrible service. I would not recommend anyone use readyfresh. I am surprised no one has reported this company yet.
For a month my account has had a credit balance that Readyfresh has failed to pay. This is the most incompetent and, worse case, corrupt company I have ever dealt with. No telephone customer service reps and emails go unanswered.
They have missed 7 delivery dates in a row over a 2 week period. They miss first 1 when you call them and wait 30-45 mins on phone they tell you that you never had an appointment. Then I prove it to them by mailing confirmation of deliver date on there app. I take pics and send it to them. That happened 4 months in a row. But always reschedule and I got my water a couple days later. Now my last date was 3/18. It is now 3/31 they rescheduled me 6 times send me were on our way texts and they still do not show up. I'm at my wits end. The cust service reps are nice but they have no clue what's going on. I could understand missing a delivery or to things happen. But seven times in a row. What used to be a very good co. Now sucks.
I cancelled my Ready Refresh in January PRIOR to any January delivery! They still continue to drop off water and bill me. This has gone on for months! Then they have tried charge me a LATE FEE! FOR WHAT? Then when I finally got a human and my son did as well they set a date to pick up the dispenser and water that wasn't used and still haven't done it and STILL CONTINUE TO BILL! Complete liars! This company stinks and is corrupt and are scamming people for more money.
I have not received anything since October of 2001. They said my bill was $200 and I paid them. Here it is March of 2022 and they're trying to tell me that I still owe them money. I've received nothing from them I've called them waited for hours on hold I've done everything humanly possible and the customer service person told me that they'll just send it to collections. So now I have to prove that I don't owe them money.
Our company has tried to cancel one of our various account since August 2021, they continue to charge us for this account even after refunding each of the erroneous charges. I've spent countless hours trying to reach customer service, and they are just not there. When I finally got a rep on the phone and went through all the information, she was not able to help me and told me she would escalate and that I'll receive a call within 5-7 days. She was not able to transfer me. I am still trying to cancel our account. Extremely frustrating experience which is on-going and no one has the time to be doing this. Pay the extra $$ to get better service elsewhere. I had to at least give them one star but not deserving.
Ready refresh has been all but refreshing to deal with. My first order was ok but my next order with them picking up empty bottles were a full blown mess. I returned 3 empty bottles back with my order and they did not credit my account for them and to add insult to injury I advised them of this and they said they did not pick up empties. Yea you did. I am not arguing with them anymore about I even told them to get my remaining one bottle and then I will submit payment but it is what it is. I refused to pay for a bill that is not right.
Buy a water dispenser from them then get the water yourself.
Their delivery service is extremely inconsistent and their customer service will treat you like $#*!, dont bother with this company for recurring deliveries.
I have had the service almost a year. In that time I have had more issues then it is worth. Too many times there were issues with my delivery because they said my card wasn't verified. But they still took their money every month. I then receive a letter saying they are discontinuing my service. So after being on hold for 22 minutes, she couldn't tell me why. When I called in January they told me the minimum was increased. So I obliged. And when I spoke today, she told me I could continue my service if I ordered the under sink filtration system. I declined and closed the account. I have never done something like this, and has unfortunately put a very bad taste in my mouth. I will never again do something like this, with any company. EVER

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
