DO NOT use ReadyRefresh! They lie and say delivery is made when it hasn't been made. Customer service is the worse hands down. Disrespectful, patronizing and rude. Wait time is long and sometimes you can't even get a live person. They don't even deserve the 1 star. The absolute worse experience ever. Go ahead and get Primo, or the countertop dispenser from Amazon. Save yourself money and headache.
I love the fact that I don't have carry my 24 packs from the car. I got the feeling that the company truly cares about what they promote. The water comes right to my door and it's easy on my pockets
A BIG SCAM! Do not work with this service, you will never be able to cancel ur subscription & their customer service is total Trash***.
Missed Delivery, wrote dozens of emails, no response. No phone contact info. Cannot close my account. All emails went unanswered. I truly have never seen a company this bad. I have several bottles to be picked up, cannot get anyone to pick them up. One time connected to a rep in India. He lied and did not do anything he said. STAY AWAY! THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
Constantly stating on their way, you wait and then get an email stating rescheduled or product out. I call bull! How do you not know if you have the product or not the day before?
Service has so declined since we lost Poland Springs. Now even worse with constant no shows and last minute rescheduled on a regular basis.
I think it's time to call this quits. Thank God for my reverse osmosis. Put your money into your own system at home. Worth it with these price increases constantly happening.
After a few years of dealing with this major headache, I finally convinced the boss to shell out for a fridge with filtered water and ice from the door because ReadyRefresh is the absolute worst. If you need customer service, call before 9am or you will be on hold for 45-60+ minutes. Their pickup and delivery hours start before and end after normal business hours and it does not let you select your business hours for delivery scheduling. I spoke to a rep and asked them to place a note that we cannot accept deliveries or be here to return bottles before 9am or after 5pm. They still left bottles outside our door before 8am and never came back to pick up the empty ones. They were supposed to cancel a subsidiary account under our main account but instead continued to deliver water to a location that did not exist and were charging us for servicing a machine that didn't exist. Please, save yourself the headache and find ANY other option. How this company is still in business is beyond me. Absolutely 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company. On top of everything, they even harass you after an order asking for a tip for the driver. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he shows up in a ReadyRefresh truck... is he not under your employ? We already get charged a $9 delivery fee. Why would we tip additionally for a company that cannot follow simple instructions?
First, they don't come when they say they will. They have a texting system that should work if they used it correctly. They text you saying they are coming, then don't show up or they text you after they show up. They have raised their prices multiple times and during covid. The worst is that now, you can't even call. They only work via email now which they take a month to reply to. You can't edit anything online. I tried canceling for over a month after I returned everything, and they are not closing the account. First, they said I need to return the water cooler, which I did. Then they said I needed to return 2 water bottles which I already did. Crazy how this company is still going.
Terrible service since Poland Spring changed to Ready Refresh. We've been using this service for about 30 years with no issues. Ready Refresh takes over & they start charging us for a cooler that we purchased on Amazon. They insist that we rent a cooler from them, although we keep sending them the serial number we have from the cooler we got from Amazon. They sent us the serial number for the cooler WE DON'T HAVE & insist on charging us for it. What? How can they tell us we have a cooler from them & start charging us all of a sudden? Terrible customer service. They want to know when they can pick up the cooler they think we have from them. We still have no idea where the cooler they claim we have is. We repeatedly sent them the serial # from the Amazon cooler we BOUGHT. Which clowns did they hire to run their business? So disappointing for such a large company to be run so poorly. & the saga continues. No stars awarded to this company.
They set my bank info to auto pay, I cannot take it off. They lied with products' price. They site is scam, because they don't give you a chance to unsubscribe. I thinking about filing a law suit against them.
I've been with Ready Refresh for nearly a year. The cooler (which is supposed to be new) has had to be replaced twice. Deliveries are consistently late or do not show up for weeks. They cite the pandemic as the issue. I'm a nurse manager of a critical care unit. Don't tell me about staffing issues! We cannot say "we're short, so we can't do what we promised!" Each month, the deliveries are tardy to the point of us having to go to the store and get crates of water, which defeats the purpose of having a water delivery service. I had surgery on both feet, so I cannot go to the store to get crates of water. My mom is 72 years old so she struggles to get them. That's insane!
This time around, the water cooler needs to be replaced again. RR was supposed to deliver between 0755-1155AM today. We're still waiting at 443pm. When I call the company to complain, there's always an excuse. Today, they state it was rescheduled... and I never received notification. They plan to come Monday. NO! I'm not going an entire weekend without a water cooler that I've paid hundreds of dollars for because Ready Refresh is incompetent! When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told someone could get back to me within the day. NO! I'll hold and get someone on the line while I wait! Ridiculous. They consistently tell me they don't have a number for the local store, which is absolutely a lie. I don't know if they think I'm boo boo the fool or what, but I know better. Either they want business or not. GET IT TOGETHER! We'd die of thirst waiting for them to learn how to deliver what they promised and when they promise it.
I've written Blue Triton, the parent company, numerous times. Never heard back. They want their money on time though.
Can not deliver on time always pushing you back a day at a time until it's 5 days late. They need to fire their scheduler and get their $#*! together. Worst company ever
For 5 months l have been trying to cancel my account however their customer service already drops the call when you try to get a person to help you. Every month my account is charged even though l have discontinued their services. Simply but readyfresh are thieves. Don't use their service!
Worst service I've ever encountered. Not sure how they have a legitimate business. In 6 months not a single reply to my online queries. Overbilled and overdelivered. Hidden customer service phone number on the website. Can't cancel without calling
First, I am happy with the product, price and especially the delivery persons. This being said, twice I have not received an item, which I understand can happen. The problem is trying to contact the customer service. Each time I have called 3 or 4 times to finally get through. The wait is always very long, or they disconnect you, or they say no one is available and to call back later or send a complaint/request online. This part is even worse. The online site tells you they will reply within 5-7 business days. REALLY?!?! This last time I sent the complaint online, I today received an email saying my account is closed. UGH! I have now called three times today and finally got through. The ability to get through to customer service has to improve. This is the year 2022, your online submittance should have a 24-48 hour turnaround. Readyrefresh you need to get better.
I have been a customer for about 5 months. One month they didn't deliver, but charged me anyway. Now I received a letter stating that they are discontinuing my service. The 800 number on the letter says their busy and hangs up. I tried to use the chat function on the webite - "I'm still learning" is the response. I submitted a question as to why they are discontinuing service on the website and it states " You will receive a response in 5-7 days"!
They can come pick up their stuff. They SUCK!
Its not bad service, Its a scam. They were great until the company I signed up with sold out to Ready Refresh. It is Set up so its hard, if not impossible to cancel. Find ANYONE else! Im a small business owner and I dont have time or energy for people like this. Its amazing they are allowed to remain open! Shame on RR and the business leaders that INTENTIONALLY set it up this way.
There are a few other businesses out there that make it impossible to quit them. Why are they allowed?

You have cancelled my service 4 times within one month, then I get a letter from you saying the account is being closed and your charging me for 4 bottles of water I never received plus the cost of a cooler that I didn't get from you. You don't answer your phones and your customer service is horrible.
Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.
Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life.
Was scheduled to have 6 cases of water delivered to our office on Feb 25. Received an email in the morning that the delivery was on the way, then later saying that it was delivered - except the email saying that it was delivered was showing the wrong product, and we didn't receive a delivery. Asked our neighbors if they maybe received it on accident, and the chiropractor right next door let us know that someone TRIED to deliver a jug of water, but they told the driver that it wasn't theirs and sent it back. The driver never even attempted to find the right business (right next door...), just said that it was delivered and did not provide proof of delivery.
Tried to call their customer service line, but in the nearly 100 times I have called since then, I have never been able to get in touch with a representative. It always says "all reps are busy at this time" no matter what time you call and you have to submit a customer service inquiry online and hope for a response within 3-5 days. I have submitted 3 and never received any response. Then, I get an email that they have decided to terminate our service.
We are going to have to dispute the charge to get our money back for a product that we never ordered or received since no one will get back to us and make this right. Its a good thing they canceled our service, because I was going to do it anyways.
Just want our money back and confirmation that they will never charge our card again, because I've seen a lot of complaints that they have continued to charge after cancellation. Read the other reviews and DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY
I have to admit, I fell for this "service" without researching it first, as I would have done with any other service I sign up for, due to the fact that it sold through Costco. Previous to this experience, I thought you could trust Costco blindfolded for the best price and stellar service. Oh, what a HUGE mistake.
First, the claim that Costco customers pay no deliver fee is a huge scam. They pay no delivery fee FOR THE FIRST delivery. We've signed up with RR in July and have since seen the fee go up 30% ON TOP of a price hike of the water itself by more than 12 percent.
Delivery itself is more than spotty, usually it doesn't get to you on the day the text they sent you to put your empty bottles out. If changes are made, you DON'T get reliably informed. We've run dry several times when they stretched their 4-weeks cycle to 5, or this month even almost 8 weeks.
The customer "service" is nonexistent. So far, I've spent hours on their service phone line - which is now defunct. After you give them all your information, an automated voice tells you that they are overwhelmed by the numbers of calls and won't take any calls any more - and point you to their website, which by design is set up so that you cannot change payment methods or cancel your subscription.
Stay far, far away from them!
It started in January with the first missed delivery. Then in February I didn't get part of the order. Now they just delivered FOUR cases of distilled water that I didn't want. Their customer service sucks. I'm not going to pay and see if I get any response to that. Oh, and I can't even delete the autopay option which also sucks. Never deal with this company again.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
