You cannot cancel service. There are no customer service reps to speak to. Never pick up old bottles. Their rental machine breaks after 6 months, happened twice.
I have an issue with my account & this company doesn't have one customer service person. No one answers the phone, they tell you to send an email and they will respond in 5-7 business days. So far it's been 10 business days & no one has responded to my emails. Now I just received another bill that is completely doubled but I can't talk about it to anyone! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR WATER!
I would give it below zero rate. Moved to another state in Aug last year. The service & auto pay are not allowed to be canceled online. Took hours to be transferred to a rep cancelled the service. And the rep didn't cancel auto pay, and he even didn't bother to tell me. Getting charges after moving to a new place. Called and emailed countless times over the past 7 months. It still charring me as of now March 2022. It is a harassments, terrible org.
I never had a company that gives you a delivery date for your water and reschedules the water delivery many many times the same order
They will reschedule your deliveries by one day every month so the days add up, then they'll start "rescheduling" your next delivery daily until the next one is due. That's not a reschedule, ReadyRefresh, that's what humans call CANCELLING. Their support is woefully incompetent, you will never be routed to the right department the first time, and they'll ask you to wait until your delivery end timeframe (conveniently AFTER their support hours!) before calling back. You will get hung up on for no reason constantly, and they make it absolutely impossible for you to actually get what you pay for. Avoid at all costs!
If I could give zero reviews I would. They charge a small fortune for their delivery but constantly reschedule delivery dates. When cancelling my service after 7 years as a customer they charge you $50 to send back the cooler and won't give a date for pickup for almost 3 weeks which will cause another monthly charge to rent the cooler. Absolute scam artists and rip off!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
You have the worst customer service and its basically impossible to get help as you seem to purposely have done. I have a water cooler not working right and had two bottles delivered with cracks and the bottles emptied. One emptied while on the cooler and got all over my floor.

It is hard to disconnect your account, even after I submit cancelation requests, they buy time to charge you more by late response and poor questions such as" Are you sure that you want to close your account?"
They charge & pull the money from my account automatically without even delivering the product, I opened five complaints, they responded after one month stating that their records say the delivery was done.
They simple hired a thief who stole the delivery & they do not have the system to watch their employees
Have dealt with this company a few years, and absolutely horrible delivery service and customer care. Have had to deal with constant delivery day changes, that change almost every time. Impossible to get anyone in customer service, as they have so many complaint calls, they don't even take calls. Canceled service, and same thing happened with them picking up their dispenser equipment. They said they would pick it up on 2/20/22, but that didn't happen, and a few other dates that didn't happen. They finally picked up their equipment In March! Company is going down in flames I'm sure.
At first I was happy with the service but they've already rescheduled delivery 10 different times because they can't deliver water and I received the credit of $100 for referring a friend they put it on my account it was there for 2 days and then they took it away with zero this is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with it's almost impossible to get anybody on the phone and nobody knows what the other person is doing
I've been a happy customer for since 2021 and it has been going downhill very fast. How does a water jug go from $7.99 to $14.99 without notice in a matter of a week? They tell you to send emails but you don't get answers or they give half answers. If this is the real price for water i will be canceling service and i'd rather buy a Pur Filtration and connect it to my Sink.
We have been a customer of this company for years, but their delivery performance has been horrible. We never received our water in February, you can't even get a "human" on the phone, and when you email them you get an auto generated email that says "we'll get back to you in 5-7 business days, which is BS. No one ever gets back to us. My overall rating is ZERO stars!
I was excited to find a company that delivered water directly to my home because this eliminated the hassle of weekly shopping trips to get water. I was so wrong. Within the last 6 months, I dealt with constant last-minute changes in delivery dates, deliveries that went to the wrong apartment, extreme delays in customer service responses (3 weeks!), and the sudden cancellation of my service. If zero starts was an option they would receive a zero. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Constantly getting emails and notifications of delivery getting rescheduled. We've been getting service with them for 7 months and literally have seen 2 deliveries. Ridiclous!
Of the companies I have dealt with over my lifetime (I am 85 years of age), I have never seen one as dysfunctional as this one, which I have been dealing with for many years. Deliveries are promised but are not on time, not in the amount ordered and promised, not the correct item, or inconveniently early without notice. If you phone the company, you can expect to be on hold for 20 minutes or longer. I was erroneously charged one amount for bottle deposit but refunded a significantly lower amount when the bottles were returned. If I had not noticed this error, which went on for years, I probably would have lost quite a bit of money. I was changed from receiving written invoices to online ones without my permission. When I just went to their website to find out why my delivery is three days late, my password did not work, and I got a message saying that I needed my customer number, which is on my invoice (obviously inaccessible without entry into their web site). But the price keeps rising exorbitantly. Photo shows 4 empty bottles waiting 4 days for pick-up and new delivery.
This service is abysmal. I'm not talking about the delivery guys, they're great. I'm talking about the complete inability to speak to a live person, the unexplained price hikes, the dysfunctional website.
The problem is they have a monopoly in my area. Endless source of frustration and nothing the consumer can do.
Our delivery is a week late. I waited on hold for 1 hour before I spoke with someone and then another hour to speak with a supervisor. After explaining myself and stating what an inconvience this was for our business the call was dropped. The representative had my account information and never called me back. So aggrevating. They stated that they're under staffed. I understand if our order was 1-2 days late but not a week, that's unacceptable. This is a major company and just because you're under staffed doesn't mean you degrade your business. There are ways around it to make your customers happy. We will be in search for another water company to provide us water.

Answer: Customer service is terrible. I told them I was cancelling my service and they said OK. They did not care why, they had ZERO interest in resolving a small problem, instead they transferred me right over to cancellation department which must be a busy place to work!
