I placed an order for item which said in stock ships 2-3 days. After one week no shipping or info. I asked for shipping info and was told shipping from MFR. I will never use this site again!

The only reason I gave this company a 4 is because they use Fedex the WORST delivery company out there. Why would a good company like Quadratec even use a delivery company rated as 1? Fedex could careless about delivery or our packages. I truly believe you all need to look at using UPS, yeah it may cost more but you get what you pay for.
