My mom bought me a new muffler a month before Christmas. I installed it Jan 1st. By Feb 1st. The muffler is completely rusted. I thought that I was getting the top of the line product. Never have I ever had a muffler rust out. Garbage quality obviously

Ordered parts 15 Jan, absolutely NO information on when it was shipping. Finally on 13 Feb they tell me should ship end of Feb, six weeks after ordered and paid for! Cancelled ordered 13 Feb. Guess what showed up 18 Feb with a ship date on the label of 17 Feb? No refund yet and they say won't back date refund till day ordered. Sounds like a scam to me, instantly charged my credit card but could not cancel order in four days? Cancelled order but still shipped it? Hmmmm. They now have to come get it and I still don't have my refund, will be calling the Credit Card company to dispute the charge since I have all the documentation. This is not the service Quadratec should have. Already ordered and received parts on 13 Feb from Amazon in one day.

I initially ordered two of these differential covers because I was upgrading my ring and pinion. They were back ordered for the longest time. When they finally became available I completed my purchase. A couple days later the first cover arrived, in a Quadratec box; the second was again back ordered. When I open the first box, the original packaged box inside was damaged and taped shut. When I open the original package, the cover was also damaged. I was going to have to return the first cover.
Not knowing when the second cover would arrive, or how long the returned item would also take and already scheduled my Jeep to go into the shop, I ordered two new covers from another supplier. They arrived within two days, not damaged, although slightly more expensive.
Overall, not a great experience.

Great and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone.

Got it on sale cheaper than anywhere else that shipped extremely fast.

The Package contained two incorrectly sized locking nuts. I had to go out and buy them at the local hardware store.
