The hook covers were ordered in pink. Within 2 weeks, the pink faded into a dull white/gray. Disappointed the color faded so quickly.

Nothing to report with online order. Went as expected.

The order arrived quickly and was mailed directly to my son's home. I had ordered it to come to me, but later changed my mind. The person I spoke with changed the shipping destination for me and said it was no problem. (He was nice about it.) I will definitely order more Quadratec items in the future!
