My order was not shipped till I contacted your customer service dept 6 days after placing my order. Apparently my order was just sitting there in the que pending to ship. Horrible first time experience, but glad the customer service rep was able to figure it out for me.

It was great, no complaints. Only thing that was missing were instructions, but I figured out through google.

So when I tried to contact customer chat at 2:00pm Tuesday afternoon I got the message that chat was only available Mon-Sat during business hours?

My issue is that I was replacing my 11 year old worn out quadratec center console arm rest cover with a new, better one. The old one was awesome, heavy well made but just simply wore out after 11 years and over 100,000 miles. I bought the newest/improved version of it and discovered upon opening a dime sized burn/melted spot on the covering along with a couple dots of bleached out spots on the cover. To me they looked like manufacturing defects... also inside the covered tray was several small spots of uncured adhesive. OK this is cheap chinese made crap, so what, my jeep is 12 years old and has over 140k miles... I'm not upset that a part has blemishes and imperfections, my jeep is late middle aged and has plenty of blemishes and imperfections. What upsets me is that part was almost $90, thats OK if it was high quality and perfect but it's a very bad value for the cost. At $35 I would have been thrilled. I installed it because my time is too valuable to deal with returning it and re-installing a new one. Also i did try to contact customer service and couldn't get through. I did also leave a similar review on their website to warn future customers but as of now it along with my pics have not been posted, so i guess they censor bad reviews, That makes it difficult for customers to get an honest idea of user experiences with their products.
