My story is the same as all the rest here. Can not reach anyone about the order, have not received an item, and they won't respond to emails. Working on a card dispute now, and had to cancel my debit card and get a new one since this company is very shady.
Have you ever heard the saying "if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is?"
Well, I find it very strange that ALL the dresses are 80% off and they are all between $130 - $160. A $900 dress is $150 -- a $300 dress is $130 -- why do they all end up being the same cost range if it is 80% off? Weird.
After reading some of these Inwas really worried I sank 200$ but they came through. Some of these people didnt actually read the website. The site clearly states it has customs charges that will show up on your card. Small charges. They said I would get it by the 25th. I got it on the 25th. It could use a couple alterations but what do you expect when you order without trying on. These people had me worried for nothing.
This website is trash and it should be taken down. They took my money, sent me fake emails, and sent me a fake shipping number. I haven't received a dress and it was supposed to come in BEFORE the 24th. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE! ITS TRASH! This has never happened to me before and I am disgusted with website.
They are a complete scam I irgered a dressed they didn't ship it I constantly emailed them telling them to cancel they ignored me never canceled the order I had to call my credit card company to have them cancel the order now they are investigating them please be aware this is a fraud site!
Their customwr service is awful. Rhey do not email or call. You back. The dress was shipped way later than promised. I called and emailed multiple times telling them to cancel n the order and they ignored me. The dress is terrible quality and looks nothing like the picture. I am filing a complaint with rhe federal trade commission. They ahould not be allowed to do business in the US. They are frauds!
My daugher ordered her dress from this site and never got her dress! The site looks legit but it's far from it! STAY AWAY
I had my card charged 3 times for one purchase
So glad my credit card did not honor and contacted me
I ordered my daughter's dress from promdiary. Com and received a dress that looks nothing like the one in the picture. Different color and looks homemade. On the invoice the phone number is not working and there isn't any way to return. Major scam... beware.
Thought site was legit. Attempted to order prom dress and within 5 minutes, 3 charges to credit card were made in China. Credit card company blocked but beware. This is a major scam site. Looks very professional and legit. Stay away!
