So I ordered a really nice dress on this website for prom, I was scared out of my living mind. After I placed the order I read reviews about the site and 90% of the reviewers were telling me not to order from this site and its really bad. Today, I received my prom dress and I am absolutely in love! Everything is perfect and they have outstanding customer service. Because I was so scared I would email them every two days just to check up on my order and see where they were with my dress, they would reply within that day. The tailoring and shipping time was amazing! Ordered my dress April 15th, and it came today April 30th. I would recommend this site, just stay in contact with them and communicate. Goodluck

Ladies please listen to the reviews and DO NOT ORDER from this website. I ordered my daughters HS prom dress and it looks worse then a cheao halloween costume... The color and material were horrible. The sqequins were all off in the small bag it was shipped in... The ones that made the trip were hanging. The sleeves were huge. The BBRAI was told it had was simply two round nipple pads sewn in to a completely sheer dress in the WRONG postitions. One was up and the other is down. Costumer service is a joke... when they respond only through Email they continually say no refund or half after you pay more money to ship back. Please listen and save yourself time money and stress... DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

I want my full refund not half. They claim that these dresses are custom made and hand sown by professional tailors. However, the dress I received was poorly made the color was so off. Didn't look like the dress on site. My dress is a JOKE and I don't want it, yet the company thinks that half of $148.00 is justified. I don't think so. ALL their so called tailors need to be dismissed and replaced for REAL TAILORS. My cat could have made a better dress. This is nothing but a scam; do not buy from Prom Diary. Save your money!

I ordered a dress in April for my daughters prom, it did arrive in time, but it was 2 sizes too small and the top of the dress looked nothing like the picture. I have been battling with them through email since to try to get my money back. I have been offered anywhere from 5-15% of the price. They will let you send it back, if you pay the shipping which is to China and only than want to give you 1/2 your money. The cost to ship to China is expensive. Their customer service is a joke. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER from this company..

The dress I ordered was worse than something you'd find at Walmart. Fabric was sewn in three layers! My two year old could of made this dress better that PromDiary. Refusing to refund my money in full... They are liars and they prey on women trying to save money... don't do it... Karma will get back to them. What a waste of almost $200.00. I am beyond disappointed. Wish I read all the crappy reviews before I fell in love with the picture of a beautiful gown... dress was a pile of____.

I ordered my dress from this site and it has arrived. It is freaking awesome. I have a custom dress made just for me. It is better than the pictures and was delivered before the scheduled time. The ordering can be tricky, take your time, make sure to have your measurements, and pay attention to the tailoring time and shippining methods. Very happy. My dress came in a bag and will require to be pressed however if you ever order online this is pretty common. Over all great deal, great dress, great site. Job well done Prom Diary!

I also bought my dress without reading the reviews, and when I did read them I was scared. However, it's probably not going to be as bad as what the angry reviewers are saying. These dresses ship from China, and speaking as a Chinese person who used to live there, what usually happens is that they take the picture on the website as a reference and do their best to make it look like that. So, it's not going to look EXACTLY like the picture, but it will not be too far from it. The quality is not great but not terrible--after all, you're spending less than $200 on this dress so what do you expect? I entered my measurements but I'm going to have to get my dress tailored. I'm happy with how it looks though, knowing that I'll have no problem getting it altered to fit me :)

I ordered a dress from this site for prom and it was the worst dress I have ever purchased. I saw a dress online and bought it and when it arrived, which was delivered late, it looked nothing like the dress I wanted online. I checked the product numbers on the dress and online and it was the same one but it looked completely different, I actually didn't like the dress. When I tried it on the dress was so big I had to hold it up to show my family. Because of this I missed my prom because I didn't have a dress. So when I contacted the site, which had no number only an email which took them over a week to reply to, they told me to send a picture, which I did. Then they told me they will not refund it to me and will only give me 15%. And during this back and forth email process the woman was completely unprofessional, rude and illiterate. So after they emailed me this they told me I have to send measurements of the dress which I did and I have yet to see even that little bit of money they owe me back. So I'm stuck with a dress that is nothing what I paid for, missing my prom, no possible refund and dealing with terrible customer service. I saved up for months to pay for this dress and I was robbed. I can not stress enough how terrible this site is. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! EVER!

This is the worst site I have ever been on. My daughter order her Prom Dress off this site and gave them all her measurement and they sent her a dress too big and way too long. They asked for pic and I did that Roger and Sandra then ask if I can take it to go get fix and send invoice I did that now they don't contact or anything. This is my baby Prom and the $#*!ed up her Dress. I give them A Don't Buy People Rating. I put the 1 because it won't let me summit
