I received my dress before the time estimated, and it may not look exactly like the picture, but it is pretty darn close! The site even says everything is hand made, so I wasn't expecting it to look exactly as the picture, but I believe it to be just as beautiful. The only thing wrong with the measurements is that the hip area is way to tight to the point where I cannot walk and it is way to long. Other than that it fits perfectly in all the other areas. As I found out the dress would be made in China I began to worry it would be poor quality, but it is in top knot shape. Only order from here if you are willing to chance your dress looking slightly different than the one in the picture. The customer service was amazingly good and helped along the way of my worry, especially when I had seen the sites reviews and began worrying about not receiving my dress, so they kept an eye on my order for me and then let me know instantly when it was sent out, and I watched it travel to my doorstep. The only problem I have with my dress is the two measurements are slightly off and I hope the one area which is too small is fixable.

I ordered my daughters dress from this site and my biggest mistake was to not check the reviews first! I have been strung along with my delivery date, first they told me I would have the dress by April 5th and then they said no that they would be shipping it April 5th and as if today they tell me there is no shipping on the weekend. I'm stressing as prom is April 11th! I can only chat with them and they assure me I'll have it on time. I'm not feeling to confidant if it's coming from China... We'll see but I'm working on Plan B and notifying my bank on Monday if they do not have shipment information for me!

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this site March 12th arrived March 31. We provided measurements and it fits great and has not stains BUT the quality is poor, material is not the same as the dress in the photo, some of the lace is glued on and the lace edges are just a raw ragged cut. The beading is OK but for the price we paid - $186.00 with tax and shipping - not a good value. The dress "resembles" the photo but color, fabric, craftsmanship and neckline are off. We knew it was a risk and that we can't return. We won't be ordering any more dresses from this site. Better off going to eBay if you are on a budget

This is the worst website ever all they do is rip people off! They take other peoples dresses off the Internet and try to imitate them and it just looks horrible I ordered a prom dress from there for my senior prom and got a custom sized it was so big that dress was falling apart and the communication was horrible I asked for money my back they said they will only give 5% of the cost back they are so ridiculous and very incompetent of customer service

We ordered a dress for my daughter based on the website picture. We got the dress and as we turned it right side out my daughter noticed a stain which we ruled it to be a blood stain up by the beadwork. Then we noticed that the embellishments looked NOTHING like the picture. I emailed them immediately about the issues I noticed after looking at it more that they didn't even complete the beadwork in one area. Their customer service responses were to ask me: could I get it cleaned, could I take it to a tailor, offer of 10% and 18% off. Now I asked to send it back and the "best" they can offer me is half my money back with me paying all the shipping and taxes back to China. Do NOT risk ordering anything from this company. They state they have high quality and return policy but they have no intention of backing up their product. They just string you along to the point that you just give up. We have learned a valuable lesson, support your local bridal and department stores.

I ordered my dress March 8, I was told I would get it by March 24, well I did not. After millions of emails saying "we're trying our hardest to send your dress." "I've put the dress on rush order since it is badly needed." I finally recoeved my dress yesterday morning, it is way too big, and too long, which is weird because I had it made up my size and height. It looks sorta like the picture, not exactly! But, I'm just happy it came and the website wasn't just taking my money. They could use a little help with customer service and such, but I definitely wouldn't order from them again!

We really try our best to make the dress and we spend a lot on buying materials for the dress, paying staff salaries, freight, the custom tax, and paying the money to the tailors and the designers and so on. But now, we have to return your money, that means we lose the money and the dress for nothing. Shall we refund you part of the amount but not full refund and you keep the dress? Beg for your understanding.
What's more, if you return it, you need to pay high freight and should wait a few days for the refund.So how about we refund you 10 %dress price. If you accept, we will send money to you in 24-48 hours.

We ordered my daughter Prom dress from this site... it was cheaply made, looked nothing like the picture, not true to size (my dtr wear an 9/10 we ordered to sizes up to alter and it was still too small) and there was a red stain in the front. She was very disappointed as we're on a fixed income right now and sacrificed to purchase that dress. Now we're heading to a used Prom store so she can feel like a Princess on her Big Day!

I was going to let you know If i received my dress.
I wrote a review a couple days ago!
I was upset because i didn't receive my dress the day promised.
But 3 days later, I received a text from DHL! Saying that I will receive my dress on Monday.
And I did!
I got it today.
The dress was pretty large.
I ordered a dress with a lot of rhinestones, but it came with very few. It doesn't look exactly like on the website. But it was a decent try.
I need to do some alterations and include way more rhinestones.
It's not worth the $196.00 that I paid.
I will never order a dress from this website.
