Is it reliable please be honest
Answer:
Do not order from PromDairy. Do yourself a favor and save your money. They don't send the size you order and the quality is poor. I have been fighting with them for a month and a half to even get 50% of my money. They want to give me anywhere from 5-20%. I they say I have to return the dress to them which will cost $100 since they are in China to receive 50%! They site says complete satisfaction which is far from the truth!

If I were you I would start looking for a back up plan because it is most likely not going to be there when it says it will. The same thing happened to me and mine came 3 weeks after it said it would arrive!

Please don't even waste your time. If they do end up being shoes that don't look like what you ordered, you won't get your money back. This company is no good! Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.

I have been fighting with them for 3 months. They want you to pay for the return to China and than only want to give you 1/2 your money, if you are lucky. But it cost a lot to ship to China so it is not really worth it.
