They sent me wrong size and color. My daughter was up for prom queen and I wasted my money on this dress. I sent for a size 4 and the sent a size 12 at least. They couldn't even alter it. I ordered in plent of time plus paid extra for shipping. They took forever to respond back and couldn't get the dress she wanted. Horrible customer se rvice plus. I am out $200. This site shouldn't be aloud to rip people off
Never Never Never buy from here! First clue they don't have a phone number you can call. We ordered my daughters dress here custom fit an it was nothing like the picture cheaply made and she very disappointed. 3 of her friends ordered dresses here too and they all had same problem wrong color, to large, cheaply made! Save your money and don't order from Prom diary!
Prom diary does not even rate 1 star! Prom diary has ruined my daughter's prom. The dress that they sent was absolutely hideous. There was supposed to be crystals on the dress, there were metal sequins. The dress was supposed to have a chiffon skirt, the skirt was made of window sheers and a polyester underlay.(Basically holloween costume material). The built in bra consists of two shoulder pads, in two different sizes sewn on to the front of the see through top thar are placed in different directions. I wish this review page had an option to add a picture just so every one could see how horrible it is. My daughter is going to miss her 1 and only prom because she has no dress. We are not rich, we really couldn't afford to buy this dress. They are only offering 5% of our money back! That is like $11 if they are going of total price with tax and shipping or $8 if it's only off the dress price! That is an insult. I really truly hope people read this before they order a dress because you will be sadly disappointed and your daughter will be heartbroken like mine.
Wow. I've never been so disappointed in my life. What they sent me was a joke. I cannot believe they had the audacity to send me the piece of crap they sent me. Do not buy a dress from this company. They deserve to be boycott. Prom Diary ruined my prom
My daughter has been waiting 12 years for her 1st prom and I ordered the dress from Prom Diary only to have them send me a dress too big and to make matters worst the wrong dress. And her prom is on friday, so more than likely she will miss her prom or take the risk of getting a dress from the dress only to have someone else come in with the same dress. Is there a number I can call to reach CS? They are so unprofessional with no phone number
Do not buy from here I finally got my dress and it looks nothing like the one in the picture I tried it on and it feels like I'm wearing a curtain my prom is in a couple of days and now I have to buy and new dress switch there probably isn't going to be any since most prom dress are already taken PromDiary messed up the one year I get to go to prom I will never recommend this site to anyone EVER!
I ordered a dress from promdiary.com, and let me say it was not a pleasant time. The dress took close to a month to ship, and it was very expensive also I GOT THE COMPLETE WRONG DRESS. I emailed the company when the dress came to tell them what had happened and they did not want to help me at all. They were very rude and will not send me the right dress or even refund my money. I don't recommend this site for anyone.
How long did it take for everyone to get there dress?
My daughter ordered for her prom a size 4 night gown in Ivory color. Received what seems to be a size 6 in WHITE color. This is a prom, not a wedding! Contacted 4 different people on their website to deal with the return and the full refund, they are willing to refund me a 10% even though the wrong color and wrong size is their fault. I've lost total faith on their willingness to work to satisfy the customer. I'm now issuing a credit card dispute.

Cheaply made dress. Does not look like the pictures. Ridiculous white netting on the bare parts of the dress. Offered 10% back And nothing else. I reported them to my credit card company for false advertisement. I'm hoping they can get my money back.
They do not honor their policy's! The dresses are poorly made! DONT BUY FROM THEM. I won't even give them a 1 on the rating scale! But I had to so this could be posted!
El oh el not impressed with PromDiary. The dress I ordered had a very sophisticated lace top, satin material bottom & was blue. But when I received the dress, there was cheap sequins in place of the lace, tool material instead of satin & the dress was red. Not impressed at all & my prom is a week away. Was very worried when saw reviews after ordering my daughters prom dress. I anticipated it would either not come, or would be the wrong size and nothing like the picture. In fact it arrived early, and looks beautiful. Ok the beading looks slightly different. But overall it is very similar to the one we ordered. We ordered a custom size dress and I have to say the fit is great. Very happy with prom diary after waiting in nervous trepidation.
I purchased a dress from this company. I got it a couple sizes bigger figuring it can get alterations. When it came my daughter tried it on it was so tight she could barely walk, the zipper was malfunctioning it was a nightmare two weeks before her prom. They did not take responsibility for their mistakes. And they don't want to refund your money. I advise people to stay away from promdiary. Bad customer service.
These dresses do not look like the images that the pictures are. There quality is bad. My dress was dirty like they drag it thru the warehouse floor. They was not willing to send me another clean dress. They only want to give me a 20% refund even thou there site say they will refund and exchange.
I received my dress on May 1. I does not look like the pictures that they are posting. The color is off and the bead designs are completely different. I sent pictures with no response. I finally got ahold of someone today but they claim they will research my emails to see if I have been emailing them regarding my problem with the dress that I received. To sum it all of how the dress look, it reminds me of a curtain. Unhappy customer!

I purchased a Jersey material dress from the company with stone and Got a dress scarf material with sequence.and stone between. The Dress fit well and it was so close to prom that trying to take back s impossible... Please do not order from then i can not find a number
The dress I ordered for my daughter prom was the worse I have ever seen It look like it was made by either little kids or blind people or maybe even monkeys. The dress did not look like nothing in the picture. DO NOT ORDER FROM PROM DIARY. Worse experience
I order a 2 dresses, shoes, necklace. The dresses were not the dresses picture or described. I thought I had missed something so I returned to verify the description. They sent me the wrong dresses! They won't give me but 1/2 refund for their mistake. Shipping with cost me as much as my refund. A coworker has ordered
Several from Light in the Box and it has been great. I will definitely NEVER use Prom Diary again.
