They charge for rooms that don't exists, I've called hotel after they charged my card and hotel doesn't know anything about reservation. Phones are fake, You can't call them ( in UK line You are first in line for 1 hour) in Czech it discontects You when You reach position no 2 after half an hour. No answer by email as well. To me they are simply scammers It will litigation in court

As the booking has a free cancellation until early August 2 months away I would have expected my accont to be debited then and not now
Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
