Easy but had difficulties doing the booking from a laptop
Easy to book, but needs a special request section to send requests to the hotel, like preferred floor level, pool view etc.
Stay away. I booked 2 adults 3 kids allinclusive at iberostar. Upon arrival was informed that reservation was only for 2 adults and 1 kid. Hotel made me pay for two other kids another $1,200. Prestigia not responding to phone calls
