I booked a room with Prestigia 8 months in advance and inadvertently entered the wrong check-in date. No one answered any of the listed contact numbers. When I emailed them, they informed me that I could not change the booking dates, nor could I get a refund to start over (even though I had paid extra for a refund upgrade.) This seems like a blatant rip-off to me!
