Your website And booking details were deceiving. Your company gave the impression that there was NOT going to be a resort fee at all, either from the hotel or from your company. So when I arrived and was charged an extra $255.00, I was shocked. I am very unhappy with the hotel conditions and this entire experience. It would have been better to stay in a homeless shelter than in this hotel. I want my resort fees refunded!

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
