WHEN ASK TO GET THE DETAILS INVOICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT PROVIDE DETAILS. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SCAM WEBSITE. NO TRANSPARENCY AT ALL TOWARDS CUSTOMERS REQUEST. ADVISABLE WHOEVER READ THIS REVIEW, DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING AGENT AT ALL.

The information provided at booking advised that 25% of charges will be due the day before the date booked. The full amount has already been charged to my credit card. I was also not advised of the extra charge as this company is based outside australia.

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
