Hello, I really liked a lot of my items but some of the items I recieved were WAY off on sizing and not as pictured - but they are final sale so I can't exchange them for other sizes or get a store credit. The prices of the items were sale priced but not priced low enough to justify no returns.

I chose Pink Lily because I was looking for a specific style for 4th of July events, and I appreciate that they carry extended sizing in clothes that are fun and tasteful. I was able to find everything I needed in the sizes I needed and my delivery arrived on time. Everything looks great and I'm excited to look festive for the 4th! This is not my first time ordering from Pink Lily, and each time I have shopped with them, the experience has been a smooth one.

I didn't receive my order which is really disappointing. But having to wait 5 days just seems excessive and further delays a resolution. It appears that that is a greater length of time than other retailers employee, at most other places seem to wait two or three days. The main issue is that this was put on the wrong porch and the person has not turned it in, so at this point it is unlikely that they will. I was really hoping to have these items (and now resolve this issue) prior to having my baby this week
Hey Courtney! I am sorry for your frustration with our missing package procedure. Most of the time if orders are placed on the wrong porch, they do get taken to the correct address or sent back to us. If you do not have this by next Tuesday, I can get a claim filed and an expedited reship.
I do like the clothes I've gotten from pink lily, only a few haven't worked out but overall I'm satisfied. The website is very touchy tho, often when I'm scrolling through it starts to go backwards and won't stop, it also doesn't always show everything in my cart, items that I put in the cart just disappear. It's very annoying but at least it doesn't happen all the time, it seems like it's mainly when they have a big sale and everyone is shopping. Hopefully they fix whatever it is that causes the disruption.

Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
