I would like to save you some time. Do not order. I liked their look and their Instagram so I placed an order. It's been two weeks now and nothing. They don't communicate. Their items look cute but this is the last time I order. If I don't receive what I purchase then I'll have to cancel my payment. I don't recommend.
I had a terrible experience with the return policy because by the time I got it, it was too late to return for anything except store credit, which was really disappointing. And they didn't have any customer service that I could talk to.
I have loved all the stuff I have gotten from them and will be ordering more. Sizes are TTS in most things I have bought.
I love this boutique! I was looking for a few things for an upcoming trip and saw some things that I thought would work. When I got my order, I realized how great the quality was! Nothing is see through or anything like that, and I love the fit of everything!
Love this boutique. Great Customer service and clothing is my favorite> I typically wear a size small in boutique clothing and most of the items fit me with the occasional items that run small (says in descriptions)
Before i ordered from pink lily i actually read the reviews on this website (mostly bad). I thought i would give them a shot anyways because their dresses and rompers just looked adorable. The shipping was fast, i received my products within a week. The maxi dress i ordered is even better then I pictured. The fabric is clearly high quality and it flows nicely. The romper i ordered is just as gorgeous although i will say that the coloring was a tad darker then the picture. That doesnt change my opinion of the product though. I do think that this boutiques clothing is marketed towards more slender women so maybe keep that in mind when purchasing. I also wanted to that i emailed them after i purchased to get a time frame for delivery and they emailed back within the hour. So my overall rating is 5/5! Hope this information helps!
I emailed this site twice, and got no response back over a week later. They were supposed to ship my order within 72 business hours, took their *******@55 time, no apology, or response. My package was late because of this. I would never shop here again.
