Yes, all caps because this store is AMAZING. Sizes fit like they should, quality is AMAZING. Customer service responds extremely fast and goes above and beyond to make any situation right. HIGHLY recommend this boutique.

Great customer service!

When checking out with ApplePay, I didn't have the option to select express shipping prior to confirming the order. I reached out hoping to upgrade my shipping speed and they expedited it free of charge! Went above and beyond my expectations.

Great Customer Service

I have ordered several times from Pink Lily, and have been pleased with every item. I recently received the wrong size in one of my items, and Pink Lily was very responsive, and quick to send out the correct item and also send a label to return the incorrect item due to their error. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Billing

I wish other companies would be as prompt on questions about billing as Pinklily. I received my product and the invoice showed my card was charged $36 for my "free gift." I contacted the billing department. They pulled up my account and said it was a type of glitch but my card was actually only charged for the one product I ordered. I appreciate their caring and quick solution!
Their clothes are wonderful!

Sizing

I have ordered two times from here and both times the items were not true to size. I have 3 girls and they have not been able to wear anything either time because of the sizing. And I was not able to return Because my items were "non refundable sale items" and not to mention the quality is not worth the money.

Great customer service

I recently ordered 2 sweaters from the $20 sale and I knew when I purchased them that it was final sale since it was a promotion. The first day I wore one of the sweaters I noticed a big hole in the collar. I was disappointed but I took a picture and contacted customer service and I got a quick response the following Monday (I emailed over the weekend). I was hoping for a replacement but wasn't sure if that was something they offered. To my surprise I was offered a replacement sweater or store credit. I happily took the replacement sweater and they shipped it the next day! I know that the material is probably more fragil than I thought when purchasing but it was so cute and soft! Pink Lily offered me great customer service. I've ordered from them before and I have loved all their stuff! To people saying they couldn't return sale items, I don't know how you couldn't see because it has always been clear to me on the site! LOVE Pink Lily and will continue supporting them!

Incredibly Helpful

I just LOVE Pink Lily! Their clothes have always been of quality and arrive so quickly after ordering. The only time I ever had something be lost in transit, they promptly offered me options and ultimately refunded me. Their responses were very kind and immediate. I appreciate the business as a whole and will definitely continue shopping with them! Also, the amount of compliments I have received from my purchases is just an added bonus :)

Overall, PinkLily is just awesome! They have the cutest styles and the clothing has some of the greatest quality I have ever encountered. And any time you have an issue or just need some help, their customer service department is on it. They respond so quickly and are so friendly! Not that it's even a bad thing. But the only adverse thing that I have found is that they have so many pieces of clothing it is hard to find an exact item unless you know the exact wording or name! If you are skeptical, just give them a shot; you will not be sorry!

I wear nothing but Pink Lily when it comes to my sweaters and I easily have 30 of them now and my collection is still growing. There are times I have had to contact customer service and they are on it like no other. They are crazy fast in their response time and always keep me a happy camper.

Payment issue

I had an issue with my payment. It went through on my end but pink lily never received it. After sending them an email they were so quick to respond and so thorough with helping me figure out what happened. Def rec this website to everyone... not only do they have the cutest to date trends at a reasonable price they have an amazing customer service dept as well... def a customer for life!
