Great customer service! Every time I have needed to contact customer service they are helpful and prompt. From processing payments, to the pink perks program, they have been ready to help how they can.
More recently, one of the items I purchased had a slight defect and they immediately offered to resolve it at no extra cost. Very pleased!
I've ordered from Pink Lily 6 times now. My most recent ordered I place on 12.31.2020. I never really created an account, just always checked out as a guest. For some reason I decided to go ahead and create an account for a login after I had placed my order. I saw that there was a Pink Perks Reward Program, if you earned 3000 Pink Perks by 12.31.2020 you would get Magenta Status for the whole year. The order from the 31st was double points or something like that, but I ended up with 2130 Pink Perks. So, I emailed customer support asking if it was possible to go back and give me credit for the other 3 orders I had placed that month.(I went a bit "ham" on the AMAZING sales they kept having all month.) They replied back that same day thanking me for shopping with them, and that they updated my points for those orders. Now I have 5,254 points and Magenta status for the year. So thanks Pink Lily!

I have always had great experiences with Pink Lily's customer service team. Anytime I have either had a general question or needed something resolved, I have dealt with nothing but excellent courtesy. They respond quickly and professionally, but also make me feel like more than just a numbered customer. Every piece of clothing I have ever purchased has been exceptional quality. And if it comes in Pink-you have my heart! Can't say enough good things about this boutique.
I ordered a tumbler and it arrived with a cracked lid. Emailed customer care and it was quickly refunded as it was a final sale item. Very impressed.

I thought the stuff got her fast and it was what I ordered, only thing wrong was my tumbler I got was cracked a bit at the bottom but overall pretty good service, I like the boutique overall, will purchase again.

Even with the holidays and all the craziness of the pandemic they have been super helpful and absolutely amazing when it comes to helping with shipping and orders! I buy almost all my clothes from Pink Lily. Their quality is awesome, their sizing truly fits ALL sizes, and their customer service is always AMAZING! They do kind things for customers that are unexpected this day and age because people, and especially businesses, aren't typically like that anymore. But Pink Lily is. And you will not regret doing business with them!

I ordered a set of masks, and when I received it one of the masks was not what was supposed to be included in the set. I contacted customer service and they said they would send out the correct mask to me. I finally got the "corrected" order and it was wrong again! I'm so frustrated.

When USPS lost my package in early November I tried contacting USPS and they were basically not going to be able to help me find it or replace it. A few days ago I felt defeated but then when I contacted Pink Lily and sent them a copy of my conversation and case number with the USPS they offered to reship my items immediately. Since my items were all now out of stock they issued me a gift card in the amount of my previous purchase. I am very happy with the way this was handled.

Excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days! There was a mishap with my order and I got sent the wrong size. Not only did they refund me the full price, they also told me to keep wrong item and gave me a discount for a future purchase. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend!

Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
