It took a very long time, approximately over three weeks to get my delivery. When they arrived, even though I had looked at the size charts to see that my measurements were correct. Everything was way too big. I got online to return it all only need to find out it was now all on sale and all I would get back was half the price. All in all it was not a great experience. I can say that the quality of everything I ordered was excellent. I was just very sad. I could not wear it.
Shipping is pretty fast and I've never received an item that didn't fit every thing is pretty true to size!

I had a good experience. Items always ship relatively fast. I do wish there was more consistency with sizing but that's it.

Easy to navigate through the website. Love Pink Lily clothes but pay attention to sizes, they are not consistent all the time.

I have never been unsatisfied with anything I've purchased from this shop! All of their clothes are high quality. Make up is beautiful on the skin and perfect for sensitive skin - like mine. There isn't anything I have ever gotten that I wouldn't recommend!

Everywhere I go, I get so many compliments on my clothes that my friends literally have a saying now: 'Let me guess… Pink Lily?' That alone pretty much sums up my experience. I ordered a couple pairs of jeans. They fit in the waist but are way too long. I tried to return but it was going to cause money for me to do so.

Once I discovered pink lily last yr, I have not stopped buying their clothing and shoes. It's well made clothing, the jackets are really nice. If you like loose over sized jackets, order XL as I notice they seem to run a little on the smaller side. I love their jeans especially their skinny jeans and their flare jeans are very comfortable. Their sweatshirts are nice too, u can buy them oversized or just fitting right. They always have good sales.
