I sent in an order I bought for an exchange and got it within a week. I don't like how I can't get refunded to original payment anymore if purchasing with my card. So I typically always have a gift card balance. Pink Lily sizing is all over the place in my opinion and there's not a good enough description when buying to prevent me from having to do returns. But, I still shop on the site because there's so much good stuff to choose from!

I got a notification that it would arrive one day and it never came. It took quite a while to get delivered. That's honestly a carrier issue but it still sucked. Everything was packaged well inside and wasn't missing anything so that was great!
