I ordered sizes according to the size chart and the clothing items did not fit me properly. I will be returning and I hope that I can exchange for a smaller size. I am hoping the smaller size will fit properly. I love the styles however.
I love that you can read reviews from others so you can decide your size for sure instead of guessing. This information also tells you if product is of quality. Almost all items I have bought have been perfect. I had to return a couple things and was given a credit. Their customer service is FANTASTIC! They immediately connect with you so returns are easy! I love the flash sale …. Wish they had many more of those. One reviewer said OK I PINK LILY SOO MUCH I MIGHT AS WELL SURRENDER MY PAY CHECK. 🤣🤣🤣 I definitely get it! Love Pink Lily 😘

Placed an order that took 10 days for them to ship. Granted it was a holiday and they had some bad weather, but they never once notified me. It took me reaching out to them (via email because they don't have a phone number where you can talk to a live person). They were polite but you could tell that they didn't care about the situation they had burdened me with. They just wanted me to be understanding of their situation. Had they shown any ounce of empathy toward me, then I could've easily done the same.
And their website is very glitchy. It kept jumping around and making it hard to place an order.
I will not be purchasing from them again. Had they valued my business, I could've overlooked my frustration.

I returned two items...weeks later no credit. I reached out and only then did they credit me. Also, one item I ordered was out of stock and I was told I would get a credit...nope...not until I chased it down two weeks later. And I am still waiting for that to appear on my charge acct. Lastly, I exchanged sandals 3 weeks ago...nada...so I reached out and was told the order was "stuck" and would only now be pushed through...stay tuned on that!

I've never written a review of any company but my experience was shockingly bad.
I purchased 2 shirts — both of which appeared to be crystal white on the website. They came in mucus brown. A yellow/green, snot/poop-colored brown.
I will give them the fact they were titled "beige," but one assumes that might be slightly off-white. Either way, products should look like they appear in photographs.
Apparently they only give you a gift card to their store for returns, which is somewhat hidden in their return policy. I will be asking them to give me a real return, in MONEY, because they have scammed me out of it through fraudulent photos.
I also purchased a size S skirt (am normally a size XS, 5 foot 2 inches), and can barely get it on. It doesn't go beyond my butt cheeks; completely unwearable.

I wish I had looked up these reviews prior to my order. When placing the order it states "hassle free returns" well that is not true. First, it isn't easy to return and then you only get a store credit. Unless you pull up and read the actual return policy, which is not very easy to find and read it with a fine toothed comb you wouldn't realize that it's only store credit. I found the item which I ordered to be of less quality than expected for the price and wanted to return it but only got a credit after I was charged $6 in shipping to return it. Really not worth the it!

So I purchased some really cute items for a beach vacation that I have coming up. Because of my hectic schedule I just didn't get around to purchasing until too close to the date that we were leaving so to ensure that I got it on time I selected the one to three day shipping option and had to pay $20 for shipping on almost $200 worth of clothes. The shorts that I purchased while they fit, the belt that comes with them is completely unrealistic, I couldn't even barely get the belt buckled on the first hole. All the other pants in this size fit, but when I decided to return the shorts, they wanted to charge me $6.99 to return it and then I could only get store credit. I guess I overlooked that whenever I checked out, but I'm gonna be real careful about what I buy from them in the future.

Poor customer servicer, poor quality, sizing inconsistent. I have ordered several items trying to use up my gift card because that is the only way to get a return and I have sent back multiple items due to sizing issues. I've ordered XS and they were large and I've ordered M that were XXS. Cannot find anything that works.

2 orders were never received. The money was never returned. The company claimed someone must have hacked the website and stolen my money so they will not return it. This is a scam site. I should have read the reviews first before ordering and I would have known not to order from them. Scam don't order!

The shipping company they use 818 Track is scamming their customers and this company refuses to make it right. I had 3 orders that were never delivered, company shows delivery but they can't show an address or location. One of the orders was supposed to have been signed for but company still showed delivered without any signature. Pink Lily is aware so I would not recommend ordering from them!

Pink Lily shipped my items with an incomplete address. The package and tracking stopped and said it had been returned to the post office. Pink Lily told me to put in a claim with Route. The package is lost! Route are telling me to put in a claim with USPS or contact Pink Lily! It's a 3 ring circle jerk at this point! No package replacement. No refund! No customer service! Save your money and sanity! Stay away from this operation!

If anyone has ever bought from the online Pink Lily Boutique...STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY HAVE STOLEN ITEMS FROM ME. I accidentally sent them back some clothes that I was sending back to another boutique. That was my fault! Pink Lily sent me an email on 10/17/2023 stating that they received my return and it would be processed in 3 business days and a store credit issued. So around a week later, the other boutique contacted me and said that the items they received are not from their store. That's the first alert that I got. So I messaged Pink Lily. Got a reply that they would reach out to their returns department and let me know what they say. I had to be the one to keep in touch and ask if they've heard from the returns department yet, because they wouldn't get back to me otherwise. Remember, I had already received an email from them about a week earlier stating that they received my return package. Also, the tracking number confirmed that it was delivered to them. And every time, she would say "I've reached out to our returns department. They will let me know if they can find the items and then they will ship them back to you." This went on for a over a week. Almost 2 weeks since I got their email stating that they received my package. I messaged them yesterday again to check to see if they've gotten any answers. She tells me that they said they are unable to located the items and for my inconvenience, they are giving me a $30 store credit. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?!?!?! They had the items in their possession on October 17,2023, because they emailed me and said so (as well as the tracking number confirming that it was delivered). Now that it's discovered that I accidentally sent the wrong items back to them, they can't find them?!?!?! Bull! Someone took them! They don't just disappear! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! The other boutique that got Pink Lily's items contacted me IMMEDIATELY notifying me that they received someone else's items. They shipped them to Pink Lily within a day of talking. Pink Lily will steal your items if they get the chance! So sick to my stomach over this! I've reported them to the BBB

I ordered $50 of clearance merchandise and that I never received. Total scam. Now they won't return any of my emails.
Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
