Placed order 9/18. Currently 10/19 and still have not received items. Reached out to customer service and they keep looping me back to tracking which states my items left Los Angeles CA on 10-4. It does not take anything two weeks to ship to Texas from CA - they currently can't even tell me which state it is in. I ordered Halloween attire thinking I had plenty of time - what a joke.
Placed a huge order on September 18,2023. Today is October 18,2023. I still have not received a thing. They have only returned a couple of emails. I've asked for a refund they offered to return 5% off the shipping. This place is horrible and I'm going to be turning them in to the better business bureau for fraud as well as start a case through my financial institution against them. Their website purposely is misleading making you think that they are in the states and even their delivery says within 5-7 days!

Beside the sweatshirts are cute I got them 3 days after I placed the order! Very impressive! Love great customer service!
Just the fact that I had to pay 6 dollars to send my items back, on top of that they didn't return the money to its original payment method, (store credit is what you get), therefore I won't shop from them again. Material of the items were cheaply made also.
You can fin the same items on other sites for a fraction of the cost. EVERYTHING is cheaply made and not at ALL like the photo or worth the price BEWARE

I spent $510 and received a box full of clothes with one small strip of tape used so of course it was sitting there wide open. Zero care at all. Item after item I was shocked to pull out cheap Chinese clothes that came from Shein but with their tag sewn in. Some had holes. Some were cut so poorly it made no sense when you wore it. Some were sized 2+ sizes off. I honestly can't believe it bc I see posts from influencers promoting their stuff all the time, but I don't trust influencers anymore. Returning 90% of it.
The skirt I ordered from Pink Lily was made poorly. The sequins were sewn in clumps, leaving a bare spot in the front of the skirt without sequins. I spent $30 on shipping and the responses from the company were unhelpful with no solution.

I ordered 2 pair of boots and ordered black and white bc wasn't sure which color I would like best. It turns out they are very cheap looking and decided to return. I started the process and read the policy and was very upset when I found out about the in-store credit. It's wrong to not return consumers money. I would like a refund back to my debit card not in-store credit. I will file a complaint with your state, your scammers.
I read reply, I only want my money back. I don't think it's right to force customers to purchase from you website.

This site does not refund, they only give you a store credit! This is a poor policy given it's ONLINE shopping! The customers don't get to try the clothes before they buy!
The dress I ordered was awful on! Cheap material and awkward fit! I had to pay to ship back and now I'm stuck w a store credit; I do not want to shop this site
They dont refunnd. Only store credit. Not shopping here again. Sizing runs small and so not sure i can order anything else.
I ordered 2 sizes larger than I usually wear as I am a true XL pant and L shirt, but ordered a 3X romper to be safe and baggie (or so I thought)! These items received were incredibly short and won't even cover my breasts. Is this a joke? How in the world is this company selling things for people who must be under 5 feet tall and listing normal people sizes?! The same goes for the other item that I ordered and it's saying isn't returnable. I will never purchase anything from this store again since there don't offer returns if things don't fit. Both of these items were so incredibly short and unwearable without indecent exposure.
Don't ever buy from this company. Their clothes are very, very, cheaply made, they fit awkwardly, and they only provide store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. Complete trash, that's why they operate this way. Trying to say, "such high demand for their clothes they can only offer store credit", bull***t, makes no sense.
I would highly recommend shopping through 'Cupshe' instead, they offer a much better return policy but you won't need it. They offer better materials and overall quality.

I have purchased some really cute stuff from them, i made a purchase in the fall and wore the sweater i had purchased 1 time and it had a hole in the sleeve. Another reason for my review is the most recent purchase, the jeans were on sale and i bought the size I normally wear from their website and they are extremely small when I went to exchange for a larger size I realized THEN that I was not able too. The jeans were $30 and thats the sale price. Just super disappointed especially after i decided to give them another try after having the sweater with the hole in it.

I will rarely leave a bad review. I inquired about the return policy being store credit vs refund. The chat assistant Ashley Cline referenced a bunch of links and signed off immediately - leaving me in a virtual start position. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer be shopping with Pink Lily due to this policy (which is totally fine it's their policy but it feels wrong) and second Ashley Cline may need some assistance in customer service. I don't expect you to change your policy but one should listen and give feedback. It's too bad I found most of the clothes to be cute. Only a few items needed to be returned, in fact, I only needed an exchange but they were out of my size.

I ORDERED A JACKET AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. I LET THEM KNOW, BUT THEY SEND ME EMAILS (UP TO A WEEK AFTER I SEND MY EMAIL TO THEM) LETTING ME KNOW IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED AND WE WILL LOOK INTO IT. THEN THERE IS SILENCE AGAIN FOR A FEW DAYS. I EMAIL AGAIN, AND SAME CIRCLE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WAS SCAMMED.

Awful customer service and cheap product. Refunds are never granted only a gift card. Rude. Arrogant staff who told me " maybe if you lost weight " then you could wear it! Absurd- who says that to anyone! PRICES outta this world. Save your money and use AMAZON, same stuff and u can get your hard earned money back if it's wrong!
I have been a customer for many years, but as of recently I have decided to take my money elsewhere. I received a sweatshirt that had a cup ring on the fabric, I washed it, it didn't come out so I asked for a replacement. The second one had a permeant discoloration on the fabric around the decal, after a third try the decal was not centered and it had the similar discoloration stain. I decided to call it quits and asked for store credit because of returning it I got charged a shipping fee when I originally didn't pay a shipping fee because of the amount of money I spent. I contacted the owner and she acted apologetic but did absolutely nothing about it.

Placed my first and last Pink Lily order over the weekend. They had a bunch of items I had been looking for and even though some were final sale, I took a chance. Red flag number one. The final sale items were only final sale because they were half off. They are currently full price on their website and not marked as final sale. And when I first saw them weeks ago, also at full price, they were not on sale and not final sale.
I placed the order Sunday evening and my Monday morning had a shipping confirmation email and tracking. The shipping email made it seem like my whole order had shipped.
I'd also like to point out that I had to pay extra for tracking. There was a note at checkout that if I didn't pay the extra fee that they were not responsible for lost or damaged items in shipment. Red flag number two. Reluctantly I paid the fee.
By Wednesday morning I had a package on my porch. I opened it to find two of the three items that I ordered. I ordered two shackets using their size chart and they ended up being huge. Like beyond oversized. They were just unflatteringly large. The quality was also very lacking. The material was thin and itchy. Unfortunately these items were final sale so I cannot return them. Very disappointing that their size chart was so far off when I used it and fell into my normal size, so I thought it would be okay.
Then when I contacted customer service to check on the third item from my order, they said that it can take 7-10 days to be ready for shipping because it's a custom graphic. Nowhere in my confirmation email did it say my order had partially shipped. Red flag number three.
Since it would most likely not arrive in time, I asked to cancel that item. They said it can't be canceled because it's already been processed.
First time ordering from them and it was a horrible experience and a huge lesson learned. Save your money and shop elsewhere. I'll admit that it was my mistake. I usually don't order from places with such bad return policies or final sale items, but I won't be shopping there again.

I recently made my first purchase from Pink Lily after years of eyeing their pieces.
I ordered 3 pairs of jeans and was SO excited because they have the perfect comfy style that I've been looking for and can never find. Or soo I thought. I am a VERY true to size 5. (recently ordered size 7 in KanCan AND Flying Monkey and they were WAY too big. So, I ordered three size 5 jeans. One fit perfectly, one was pretty snug and the other would not come up past my hips. And they were all boyfriend/ girlfriend style (supposed to be comfy/slouchy style). I kept 2 and ended up sending back the third for a larger size. My larger size came in the mail yesterday. NO DIFFERENT than the last size. Still did not fit over my hips. I wore one pair for the first time for 5 MINUTES yesterday and they are so thin that they ripped all along the inseam. Needless to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed.
Friendly advice, save your money and spend a little more elsewhere.
Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
