I returned a dress and got a credit to use which I bought a pair of shorts and a pair of white sneakers- the shorts were not great but didn't want to return them to get another store credit that I couldn't use. Never got the sneakers- it has been 2 months now. I contacted them via email 3 times to let them know I haven't received all of my order. No acknowledgement, no response- no phone number to call.
Pinklily does not provide refunds, only store credit. This is their store policy. So unless you're willing to gamble away your money, shop elsewhere.
Sojust received my order yesterday, everything looked great as always but Decided to wear the black shorts right away and they ripped from the sides, (both sides) today I used the hot pink one and same thing happened, I love this boutique and pretty much everything that I had bought before is really good except por this two pair of shorts, i I really like these shorts they fitted perfect, material is great but they both ripped now.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. Material is cheap - afraid to wash the 3 items I kept. Had to return 2 shirts, one was torn and other not functional. I watched the videos on size and ordered based on size recommendations. I normally wear small shirts but these are huge and wear small pants but they are extremely small. Worst part is wasn't aware of no refund policy and between not wanting to buy other items and I have to pay to ship the returns, I am out $150!

I ordered 2 women graphic tees. I only received one. I emailed and they assured me they would send the missing item. I received the missing order, but it was the completely wrong item. I emailed again and after going back and fourth because they wanted a picture of the wrong item, even though I sent them a screenshot. I demanded a refund. The worst customer service I've ever received. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

I love the clothing and the prices/sales are good to look at often. However, there shipping is downright horrendous. For such a popular brand it shouldn't take a week plus for usps to get my item after the label was created and it had "shipped". It's such a turn off when they can't even ship in a timely fashion. Highly disappointed.
I ordered two dresses that were above $50 each and one arrived damaged and the other was very large despite purchasing a small and using the website's guidance for size selection. I was unhappy with my products and then learned the return window is vary narrow (less than 30 days) and only store credit is refunded. Shipping for your return is deducted from your store credit. For me, this was an expensive waste, especially considering one item arrived damaged. I will not buy from this company again.
This boutique has weird sizing. I sized up in all of my items based off of reviews left on each item and they were all still too small for me. The sizes I had ordered are plus size and in most other brands are usually big on me, but the 2 tops and pair of shorts I ordered were comically small. Their return policy is extremely frustrating considering I don't think I'll be able to fit into any of their other clothes and will not be able to use my store credit.

I bought a lot of the spring dresses here from PinkLily.com and they are so overpriced. My mom bought them so it did not cost me, but If it were my money I would not buy from here at all. They get them made in China and you're paying because bloggers across are trying to scam you into buying. The material is cheap on most and better to use another company.

1. Very good quality on my order. I got 6-7 items I believe.
2. Came super quick. I think I ordered Thursday night, I had it Monday.
3. Now the negatives, return policy is terrible. I was aware of it before. Of my items, one (tank top) did not fit WHATSOEVER compared to its online measurements and other reviewers. The other, the color was more of a putrid green in my opinion then the picture. Sizing was great. So I decided to exchange this item for the black romper, and return the tank. However, you can only exchange sizes (not colors). So I'd be stuck paying shipping again. That's idiotic in my opinion as it's the same product!
4. The fact that companies nowadays make you pay for returns is crazy. I rarely(!) see it.
5. Although the other 4 products I absolutely loved, I will not shop here again because of 3&4.

I ordered 10 items in XL and they were all SO TINY, not true to size.
Returning them, you can only get an exchange or a store credit, they won't give you your money back. I'll never shop here again.

The influencers who are crowding my instagram feed are always featuring Pink Lily, so I thought I would try a couple of pieces. I purchased a couple of dresses and a jersey jumpsuit. First - the shipping took FOREVER to get to me (and I live outside a major metro area in the Northeast). Second - the toxic smell upon opening the bag was one of the worst I had ever smelled. Third - the construction of the garments was absolute trash. So I tried to return them within hours of receiving them. Guess what - they ONLY offer store credit. Why would I EVER want to purchase something else from them? All I know is they must be spending A LOT of money compensating influencers, because it isn't going into their product.

I will never purchase anything from pink lily. I bought a Christmas present, it did not fit, I returned it. Pink lily told me my return was processed and accepted. I was suppose to receive an e-gift card for the return. I contacted them numerous times they kept telling me it was sent. I told them I haven't received it. As of today (2 months later) still have not received it snd now they will not answer me. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. How can they accept my return and keep my money. BEWARE they can do it to you.

This website has some cute clothes but some of the items were very cheap. I could actually see through the fabric before I even put it on. Even more irritating is that when you return items you can ONLY get store credit AND you have to pay for the shipping. Of course they don't tell you that until you go to process a return. There are better websites for similar price points and with MUCH better return policies. I won't be shopping here again.

I had to return a dress because it was too small. Not only do they deduct $6.00 for shipping, but they do not refund your money. They will only give a gift card (minus the six dollars) to their store. I have already paid for the shipping TO my house and now I have I have to pay for shipping back. Then in order to use my "e gift card" I will have to pay for shipping again. This is a total waste! Do not shop here!

I've purchased many times from here, and while some clothes are cute, they either fall apart or - like my last order, are incredibly cheaply made. I spent over $300 and one of the bags said Cherish on it. I looked into it and the piece was from a store on Amazon, pink lily just bought it and doubled the cost. The customer service is slow and they only offer store credit. The clothes are comparable quality to shein. Save your money!

I ordered a bunch of tops; my package did not ship for a week and a half. I had to reach out to them to see what was going on. Once I did, they said most of my items were out of stock, and the rest of the ideas would ship in the next day. I wanted to cancel my order because I did not want those items anymore, and this process was already so painful. Since it took so long, i didn't like the things anymore. They told me I could not cancel my order because it was to ship. The package still did not ship for two days. Then they said when i received the package, i could send it back. I sent it back right away did not even open it. It still took them six days to get a refund from when i dropped the package off. They did not even refund my credit and only gave me a gift card. These were mistakes on their end, and this process has been so painful. I hate trashing a small business, but I will never order from them again.

I'm a newer customer to Pink Lily and their clothes fit my style perfectly. I ordered a chenille sweater last week that arrived with a small hole starting in the knitting in the back. I emailed the company and within a matter of minutes, I received a shipping notification for a new sweater! They also advised me to keep or donate the first sweater. They have secured my business permanently now!

I've been a long time customer, spent a lot of money on clothes, here as of recently the quality has gone downhill, their website is not accurate, you place an order only to find out an item is out of stock, so they feel refunding the money on 1 item that was purchased as a set (Top & bottom) then proceed to say, we already shipped it - so you'll have to wait until you get it to start a return! And their shipping down right sucks! Be prepared to wait over 3 weeks for your order to arrive! Shame on you Pink Lily - You lost a long time customer! I will never refer anyone to you - Here's a couple pics of the jeans I just recently purchased- Shipped out ripped! Unreal!

Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
