I was disappointed with a Valentines Day sweatshirt due to the sweatshirt having pin like places that were missing the white paint of the outline of the heart. I sent a email to customer service on a Saturday and within an hour the issue had been resolved. They issued a refund and told me to keep, donate or toss damaged sweatshirt. They said no need to return item to them. So happy with Pink Lily.
The sizing chart is extremely misleading. The clothes I purchased not only were terrible quality but also not even close to the sizes it suggests. When I reached out to customer service because of how unhappy I was and asking to be refunded for my returned purchase I was basically told not possible. It's ridiculous the amount of money people spend on this clothing when the quality is none better then shein.
I placed an order on 11/29/2021. Today is 1/13/2022 and I still have not received it. I have contacted the store multiple times but they are unable to let me know when it will come. There is no number to call and talk to someone, only an email. Save your money and order elsewhere where you know your items will come in a timely manner. Last time ever ordering from here.

I ordered on 12/20. I read the estimated shipping time for my "customized - made to order" item. By their timeline, it would have arrived before my trip on 01/15. Part of my order shipped and I received the scarf - which sheds badly. I'm not sure if I'll ever wear it. I received an email on 12/26 stating my sweatshirt shipped and the tracking information was attached. After no movement or updates to the tracking, I reached out twice. I received replies stating that they use a bulk mailing process and once it has really shipped, I'll be notified. Today is 01/12 and still no movement on the order and no updates. I wish I could cancel/return it. I may just dispute the purchase instead. I do not plan to order anything else from Pink Lily. Fool me once...

I accidentally ordered an item twice. I was able to contact customer service through my order confirmation email and request the item be cancelled/refunded. The customer service responded very quickly and processed the refund. I wish more companies were this easy to work with!

My wife, daughter & granddaughter love the clothes, so I bought them some outfits for Xmas, there was a mistake in sending out wrong size, something that can easily happen over such a busy time. Joanne (what a Star)rectified it almost immediately! Take my advice you can buy with complete confidence in the knowledge of receiving quality goods and first class service

I've purchased from Pink Lily a few times now and I love it. Their customer service is great if you need anything. The return process is also easy if need be.
My daughter ordered me a Christmas gift and she is a college student orders it end of November still has not shipped and now she is so upset she isn't getting this gift for the holidays! I told her not to worry about the gift but the fact that all they do is answer when cknvienent for them and apologize! No discount. No expedited shipping, are u kidding me for a order that was ordered in nov 26?!?!? This is the worst experience we have had immediately they should have made sure that item got expedited shipping since she has been so patient so far but enough is enough! I order from several online boutiques that do free shipping and I always get items in a few days! This type of service and let down for a holiday gift is unacceptable and needs to be addressed with the BBB!

We sent out notifications to customers before Thanksgiving that the All Snowed In Pullovers are taking longer to process, and we do expect them to ship in mid to late December. At times, your email provider can block these messages as they believe it is a promotional email.
We are doing our best to ship items in time for the Holiday, but we cannot give exact shipping dates. As soon as your package ships, we will send you updated tracking information to the email address associated with your order
I ordered something that was marked final sale, but after contacting customer support, I explained why I still thought I should be given a refund. They gave me a store credit, and I'm fine with that.

Very poor quality jewelry! I got several necklaces and earrings, all very poor quality and 3 items were defective. I can't Return the defective items because it said final sale! Don't waste your money on their jewelry.

PinkLily has some cute clothes for sure! Their customer service is spot on. Their clothes run true to size mostly and shipping speed is good. My only complaint is some (few) of their clothes are poor quality. That being said their customer service will make your issue right if you did get a poor quality item. Lastly, they only offer store credit and if you return something for store credit they charge you $6 per return off your refund. That's pretty lame considering most online companies that give you gift cards cover the return since they are keeping your money basically.
Either way, I do love their stuff tho! I'd recommend!

Horrible customer service returned an item didn't get my full refund and had to pay for a return that was their mistake. And the clothes are so cheap! Go to kohl's and save your money the clothes are better quality! They trick you on the photos with the models…. Nothing like the photos. Will never shop here again. I'm disgusted at how I just wasted $240! Contacted customer service 3x and they did nothing for me.

Great customer service. 3 of my 5 items arrived with a slight defect and they gave me store credit. Clothing items are great quality. All items look exactly how they are advertised. And sizing is normal! I'm 5'7 120lbs, normally a small. And small is what fits! Not like other companies where I'd be unsure if I was a S, M or L. Overall, great quality and customer service!

I ordered a matching holiday sweatshirt for toddler and I and they are super cute, comfy and fit well. I also ordered the Daryl Ann plaid button down which is great and good quality but they sent me the wrong size. I emailed customer service and they responded and made it right within 24 hours. Super appreciative of the great customer service.

Pink Lilly is on their game with customer service. I've reached out twice, once for a damaged item and a second time to inquiry about a delivery. Both times I was responded to quickly with fantastic service that provided great resolutions. Pink Lilly makes it very comfortable when needing information. Not only do they provide in style fashion at a great price but the service is top notch!

Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
