I needed help using a store credit, but did not have the code I needed. I sent an email and customer service responded so quickly! I gave me the number I needed and my order is already on the way! A pleasure to do business with!

I placed my first two orders within days of each other. When the second order got here before the first one, I contacted customer service as there was no update on the first package. They provided an update right away and I got the package yesterday! I love all the clothes I purchased and will definitely placing more orders! Size is pretty true to my normal size. Ordered my sweaters in all small. I'm 5'8 and 135 pounds.

My items marked as delivered but they were not at my door so I let the Usps know and they informed me that the mailman is fairly new and still doesn't know too much so they gave me my order and sure enough it was perfect I love both the bag and the dress Thank you so much for your wonderful business my items are gorgeous!

I ordered the wrong size and e-mailed customer service to cancel my order. Within an hour, I received a response back letting me know my order was cancelled and that a refund was being worked. I was refunded within 24 hours. I rarely experience great customer service from online boutiques, and I found Pink Lily's service to be exceptional. I've always loved their clothes and now I know I love the people behind the scenes too!

I placed two orders in the same day and asked customer service if they could only charge me shipping for one order. They responded quickly and let me know that they could do that. I appreciated the great customer service.

I bought a gorgeous pullover that had the wrong washing instructions on it. After I washed it my top was ruined! I sent a msg to Pink Lily, I instantly got a response and they sent me a new top. I am a lifetime customer now!

They had one mishap with one shipment, but were quick to address it and made everything right with no issue. I would highly recommend PL! Great products and reasonable prices.
