I do NOT recommend this company, unless you enjoy not getting deliveries, poor communication, and being told your first order, SENT TO YOUR OWN HOUSE, and paid by a CC on YOUR OWN name is flagged as "fraudulent."
After doing this, no information as to WHY this brilliant conclusion was reached, nor has any attempt been made to respond to my request for a phone call or email to straighten it out.
It's a good thing we didn't wait for PETFLOW to get it together and deliver, or our dogs would've starved to death.
My partner only had to drive 80 miles round trip to buy them food, thanks to this company 's utter lack of regard for service.

I have been using PetFlow for a few years now and lately I've had two issues that needed help resolving—one involved a shipper damaging my shipment and sending it back and the other was my mix-up with an AutoShip. In both instances their response was quick, super helpful, very friendly (yes, I talked to a person not an automated response like so many companies these days) and they resolved the problems instantly. Love this company—never experienced such great customer service!
If I could give this outfit 0 stars I would. Twice they cancelled an order without notifying me. The first time it was due to the fact that they don't keep their website updated. So what happened is that my order went through just fine even though it wasn't in stock. How did I find out? I kept waiting for an order that didn't arrive as I ran dangerously low on food and had to come up with a quick Plan B. Did they at any time send me an email that my order was out of stock? Nope. And then it happened again. Seriously, if you're not going to update your website so it reflects inventory, then AT LEAST notify your customer AT SOME POINT instead of just leaving them dangling. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SLEAZY COMPANY!

I am very happy with petflow. Their phone service is impeccable and prompt. My order is always prompt and correct and if a product is unavailable my auto debit reflects that. In this day and age when product availability and delivery is so iffy I can always rely on a prompt response. My doggies thank you, petflow!
I ordered VERY high end wet cat food last week expecting the service that Chewy delivers. It is now nearing the end of the following week and still no food
I am leaving today for vacation. I doubt the food will still be on my steps when I get home. It was my 1st and my last time purchasing food from Petflow. Aren't you tired as a consumer of hearing " We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We at blah blah blah strive to blah blah blah. A tip use UPS not FEDX.
After being told it would ship today, then 24-48 hours, then no manager to speak to, they all work from home, and being told it was illegal to stop payment on a purchase I cancelled it, and was told it would take 24-48 hours, if they could catch FedEx-absolute worst customer service ever-avoid at all costs! We are SO Impressed with Petflow from the get go! We had our Cats Prescription Diabetic cat food delayed by UPS! Petflow went above & beyond, giving me the peace of mind & confidence in Petflow Really caring for its Customers & their furbabies!
So now, UPS Just Delivered the ORIGINAL package of cat food that UPS delivered to a wrong city/address Last Friday! I had emailed Petflow with the PROOF of the UPS mess up. Now I see that Petflow already shipped the back up one they so generously offered & sent. Jerad at Petflow confirmed it.
He said, "once we receive it, we can't take it back so just keep it or donate it, that Petflow didn't charge us for the second one."
We're So Blessed & Thankful for Petflow & all the Customer Service Representatives I've been emailing over these last 5 days!

No where on their website can you cancel an item that is in autoship. When you call them, they don't want to cancel your autoship and make it as difficult as possible. When i insisted, they would not send me a confirmation that it was cancelled. My account still shows autoship even after talking to them.
I try twice to order from this company. They have flag me as fraud an won't sell to me. I have asked to speak to the fraud department to clear the error up but they said I could not talk to them. Very frustrated with this company and wish I had had the opportunity to purchase from them. I am very disappointed with customer service as they would not tell me why I was flagged as fraud. Would still like to purchase from them because the pricing was very good and I liked the produce selection. All I asked for was to get this fraud accusation cleared up as it is incorrect.
I have fostered literally hundreds of dogs, which is largely because I whelp litters for rescue. Each litter costs me, from online sources, around $2-3k in food, equipment, etc for birth through adoption at 10 weeks. I am trying to switch one of my pups, a very abused mom who came into rescue septic, to Canine Caviar. I paid via PayPal, and was charged, on 7/25 and my food still has not shipped.
Thank heavens PetFlow isn't the supplier of choice for shelters across America, because already starving dogs and cats would further starve. Yes I did find another source for the food, so she started eating days ago.
Used online chat and they keep telling me the warehouse is working on it. Then I received calls to verify my address, because apparently setting up an account, and paying via PayPal isn't enough electronic information to get the correct address.
I am going to open a case with PayPal as well because I can't get ahold of them via phone to confirm my address, and chat is just aggravating because assurances are offered with no follow through.
Not impressed PetFlow. I get asked for advice and sources quite a bit, and right now, there is no way that I would ever recommend counting on PetFlow…particularly if one is dealing with compromised animals.
Months of backorders on auto-ship and then cancelations - all without any advance notice. Auto-ship is supposed to make life easier, but this service is the worst service of this type I have ever used. Truly, not worth the hassle.
Both of my cats are on prescription food which they claim you have to mail in a prescription great fine I won't use your website. A week and half later they claim they somehow contacted my vet which my vet claims never happened and billed me a $100 and now won't let me return the food bc it's
A prescription that was never authorized. Don't use this site you will never get your money back. The customer service was horrible. Chewy is better and will take returns. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN.
I was having trouble finding a particular food for my pet. They had it and shipped it out to me in a few days. It arrived in excellent condition and the bags were in perfect shape. Thank you Petlow - I wil be ordering from you again and in a fairly short while.

I got the best customer service on online chat and then with super fast delivery. The prices were normal. I love the toys I bought for my super chewer doxie too.
I have used this site twice as I thought it would save me money as the prices were slightly cheaper than Chewy. Well as of right now there is no savings as they sent me items I have not ordered and charged me for them. Having to put a stop on my credit card to stop payment as I have been promised a call back from a manager that never happened. Called back and told again that someone will call but really who knows when or if this will happen. I spoke to another person that used this site and exactly the same thing happened to them. Unless you do Auto Ship the order appears to have an issue so then they say they have to handle it personally but have to do it at a later time when system is fixed (this happened BOTH TIMES I ORDERED) So now they have your credit card details and appear to add extra items when they put the order through. Then seems no way to fix it as no call back ever happens.

This company used to be a pleasure to order from. Now customer service is untrained and not knowledgeable in solving delivery problems. Won't be giving them any more business.
Placed a $200+ order for prescription dog food for my 25lb dogs on Sunday, March 13. Order shipped on Monday, March 14, however delivery was not supposed to be received on Friday March 17. Received order today. Received someone else's order for 50-100 Lb dog. Called customer service, they will reship order. Asked for overnight shipping and they said they won't overnight order even if their error. And, they are issuing a call tag for the wrong items. They said I need to retape box closed. I don't have packing tape. Since they won't work with me, I am just taping box with scotch tape and will place outside for them. Their customer service stinks. I wouldn't have used them if Chewy didn't keep running out of stock on what I need. I will not deal with them again.
