Believe all of the negative reviews, they're 100% absolutely true and accurate. My first order was completely LOST, after a delayed shipping, to the point where two weeks went by and I never received the dog food. PetFlow had no answer and their resolution was to credit me $10 and ship out another bag... which is fine but my dog ran out of food and I had to purchase other food elsewhere. The $10 credit really didnt help one bit. Every single order I've placed since then takes forever to ship and there's always an excuse as to why they're delayed or backed up in the warehouse. Their prices are better than other competitors, but it isn't worth it when you can barely receive the items you've ordered. They don't even tell you when their warehouse is delayed, you just sit and wait for your autoship order and then YOU have to reach out to see where the hell your items are. My dogs run out of food every single time I deal with these people. I'm bringing my business elsewhere and I will happily pay more because at least I know my dogs won't run out of food every month. Horrible company.
I have been on auto-ship for 3 shipments now. The first 2 were held up due to their credit card department putting hold on account for absolutely no reason and I wasn't notified. After calling them each time, they apologized and authorized shipment. 3rd shipment was set to ship on 7/7/23 and on 7/9/23 was told that it was going out on 7/10/23. On 7/11/23 after an utterly useless conversation with a Petflow rep, stated it would be shipped in next several days. Finally notified that it would ship on the 12th. They should be named PetFLAW. 3 tries, two reps, different excuses and no help whatsoever. Save your money and go with one of the other large on-line pet companies.
I wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. I placed an order for flea/tick meds for my dog. I got an email that stated 2 - 3 days to ship. A month passed, so I called. They told me my account was fraudulent but wouldn't say why. I didn't get an email to say they weren't sending the meds. I did get over a dozen marketing emails and multiple text message blasts from them. None of which said why I had not received the product. I emailed, I called, and I got a responses from way too many different representatives. I asked for a supervisor and that person emailed me instead of calling. They offered a 25$ discount so I said go ahead. But I needed the meds for my dog so I went to the vet. My card declined bc this company had already put a hold on my bank for 3 separate transactions. The total should have been 130.59. They took 130.59,155.59, and another for 130.59 so preventing me from being able to buy the meds at the vet. My account was overdrawn resulting in $105 in bank fees. They again said they would fix this. After 30 emails back and forth, I was told that they didn't even have the product I ordered! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - IT IS FRAUD!
I wish I would have looked at the reviews for Petflow first before placing my order. First, Petflow shipped my product to the wrong address, even though they confirmed via email and text that the address would be updated to the correct address for the shipment. Secondly, do not rely on their autoship -- they have constant delays so it is not dependable-- like everything else about their company. Their workers demonstrate incompetence and their access to products is unreliable. Some items may be cheaper on Petflow, but you pay a worse price in other ways.
PetFlow has lost me as a customer. We've been ordering on a consistent basis since July 2018 (so just shy of 5 years). This final straw has been the last two months when we decided to order all our food for the month in one large order and we have been told we are "fraudulent". Then PetFlow tries to blame our credit card getting declined. When I call our bank they say no charges have come through to be declined. This month I have been calling PetFlow every day and dealing with this for 8 days trying to get food for our family. I have spoken with two supervisors, been told I need to wait 24 hours here or 24 hour there but each day I am still "fraudulent" for trying to place a large order for my family. All I am doing is instead of ordering small quantities every 5-6 days like I use to, I want to order one large order once a month to make my life easier, but apparently that makes a customer of 5 years a fraud. I'm done. I will take my money and order from a company who makes my life simpler and less insulting.
I canceled them back in November. My email stated "completely cancel my account" March they decided to charge me again. Which they were not authorized for. I had to wait for them to get the package back to their warehouse for them to do a partial refund! I canceled in November you have no right to charge me anything. I repeatedly emailed them asking for refund and they said they would give me store credit. I will never buy anything from a company that fraudulently charges its customers. Avoid this company!
Read on their website that they ship out within 2-3 days. I ordered on Tuesday the 14th. It's not the 21st and I STILL haven't received a notification it sent. My dog ran out of food so I had to buy it somewhere else. Now trying to get in contact with customer service to cancel the order. Terrible way to run a business
My products arrived in less than a week. I did read all the negative reviews, but felt it my duty to leave this 5 star review after my experience. Everything came together and packaged well in the box. I have no complaints.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my on-line order from Petflow. My dog is very picky and they carry his food at a very reasonable price. The only ding I could give is that the limit to receive free shipping is a bit high. But, I was very happy with their service and will be ordering from them again.
I have had good service in the past, but I must say I only ordered once many years ago. This time everything went smoothly but beware of the website, I am a stickler for ingredients! I ordered some canned cat food after I read the ingredients a few times. I made sure it didn't contain certain ingredients. So according to the information it did not. I got my package in a couple days, some were dented, but I took one can out and it did INDEED contain that ingredient! I texted-no response, I emailed I got an auto response saying they are trying to keep up with their email will get back to me asap, I finally called, the representative was nice, polite and it went well, said I would receive an email with my return information, I thanked her. I waited 5 hours no such email arrived!
I decided that it wasn't wort all this effort, I decided to give the food to the wild animals in my yard the possums, etc. After reading all the reviews, I probably would never get my refund and this way at least some hungry animals get a meal.
Made absolutely no sense they said they wouldn't sell me my vet cat food order because the email didn't match...

I have a standing order, it didn't come, I called, the representative blamed me for their screw up. She told me order would be sent that Monday, I tried to confirm what being sent but she hung up on me. I called back 3 times and no answer, I left messages to call me back to confirm order, no call back. I got order and it only has treats in it even though my standing order says it includes the dog food.
Addendum- I called today and the person I got was really helpful and nice. He really could not have been nicer. He said would have manager call me about the other representative. Then team member also called and was very helpful and apologetic. So I guess if get right person service good.
Placed order, received confirmation and 6 days later called 2x before customer service answered & told me they did not ship food, no explanation given. My payment was not an issue either. Ran out of food thx to them, and am disabled & cannot go pick up 26.4lbs myself. They are awful and do not care about starving your pet. They are the worst!
If I could give Petflow 0 stars I would. Their customer service is AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, they take forever to ship items (on the off-chance that they actually have the items available) and will require a huge waste of time on your part to rectify issues that they create. They consistently gone downhill over the years. I've given them multiple chances and each time wonder why I did. I am currently on the phone for the third time with them to rectify an issue. Stay away. While your local pet store might be a few dollars more expensive (or maybe they won't be), it will be worth the time and effort you'll save from NOT giving your business to Petflow.
They have Bad customer service and it's hard to cancel a subscription. I had issues with my order taking to long and showing up at the wrong address and then my subscription was continued after I cancelled. My first time calling about the wrong address and late order I spoke to a woman and the second time I called about order delivered and charged me after canceling I spoke to a man. Both were not authentic or apologetic. They seemed annoyed and unprofessional.
After my order being cancelled I don't know maybe three times? I emailed them to get it cleared up. I explain I moved and got married and mention perhaps it's my maiden name. Ryan tells me fraud says not to process so first i ask okay what's the reason and do I need to call. Ryan says they can't give out that information, so I call to clear this up and basically get told to order from another company as I'm considered a fraud. So ridiculous and unhelpful. Ryan's customer services needs work.
Ordered dog food with a few toys on Wednesday night. If you're a pet store, and somebody orders dog food well before the weekend, you ship it out before the weekend. RIGHT?! Never again with these people. Have fun losing money on this order. What an absolute joke of a pet supply company. Unbelievable incompetence and lack of caring.
They advertise fast shipping 1-3 days it's been 8 days still no delivery when I called they really didn't care my dog ran out of food luckily my friend had some because you can't buy it local wish chewy sold this food now they have fast delivery and they care
