This company is total fraud. They raised their price by 235% on autoship without any information. There is no way to reach out via phone. On chat, their customer service says that they are not authorized to return or take any action. They just shut the window saying we don't care about our customers. 😡
This company is a circus and monkeys are running it. I placed an order almost a month ago for PRESCRIPTION food that my cat needs to SURVIVE. A week went by, kept getting auto "working on it" messages. Called and was told the order was "lost" and they'll put it back through. Another week went by, no delivery. Asked and was told the written script was no longer valid. Gave my clinic info for them to contact. Was told the order was canceled, and I'd have to resubmit. Asked for the manager, Savannah, who assured me the order would be put back through, she had all my info, all was fine. Another week went by, no order. Just emailed her and was told my order was canceled. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? Simply unacceptable.

When I finally reached someone by phone, all they did was repeat the same scripted apology without offering any actual help. It's like no one has any authority to fix a problem—they just pass you along or tell you to wait. It's clear the company can't handle the volume of orders it's trying to process, and the support team isn't equipped to deal with it. I'm done wasting time and energy here. There are better companies out there that actually value their customers and understand how to run a pet supply service efficiently.
I am angry at their lies and inconsistencies. I cancelled business with them last October because they said my order was in transit,then 2 days later said they were out of stock.2 days ago they debited my checking account of 75.00 that I never ordered. Then said the $75.00 was credited to my account. It hasn't. Meanwhile,I'm waiting to hear when they will pickup this item I never ordered and Really credit my account! Terrible company to do business with especially if you expect honesty and integrity!
I like PetFlow. The selection is small, but prices are competitive. Cans have been damaged before, and they compensated me. I really hope the company can do well and compete with Chewy. However, lately there have been so many issues. First, my credit card was declined which it shouldn't be, because my account has been used for 10% of its limit. I called card company and they replied there was decline and saw no attempt made by PetFlow. Second, there was no email about the card being declined. Third, I messaged and called, and staff was adamant about the above 2 issues. Fourth, shipping is very slow!
Now, I have to order from Amazon!

Would NOT recommend this company. I ordered 4 cases of dog food for my two pups and, after not receiving any information about shipping my order, I called Petflow, and was told by the rep on the phone these guys' fraud department cancelled my order with no explanation given. I'm absolutely flabbergasted. This is a totally unprofessional in my opinion.
Yeah, I understand my mistake in this. I forgot my apartment number in the ordering process, but it would've been reaaaallly nice to know that before you guys cancelled my order without emailing me. Now my boy has been eating digestive health food instead of what he really needs, which is urinary tract health food, because I was under the assumption that my cat's special food was still coming. Thhaaaanks.
I placed an order at PetFlow.com on Tuesday. I got an email on Wednesday explaining they were out of stock on the product they sold me. I promptly called to cancel the order. The representative on the phone explained they have half of what I ordered. I replied that I don't want half of what I ordered, so please cancel my order. This where the apologies and excuses began. I thanked the representative and ended the call. I went to PetFlow.com and attempted to use their Live Chat feature to cancel my order. More apologies and excuses. So now I am getting half of what I ordered, there's nothing I can do about it, and I can't wait to find out that their billing is as bad as... everything else.

The company keeps sending packages and charging even though we never signed up for recurring shipments. This is the second time we've called to cancel and ending up with Tiffany on the phone was the icing on the cake. If you'd ever like to have every single word you say contradicted, ask for her. She made cancelling (again) far more difficult by insisting on arguing that we actually do want the shipments. Strange tactic when someone's explained they do not want the product. They won't accept unopened packages back for refund and also won't send any digital or physical confirmation of cancellation, so next month when we have to call again she can tell us we've never reached out to cancel.
I am very surprised to see all the negative reviews; I wonder if some of them are from their competitors. I've used Petflow for years and have never had a serious issue. If issues do arise, I simply text them and they are quickly resolved. I don't even need to log into their site. I often have to adjust the auto-ship interval, so I had frequent communications with them and every single one has been pleasant. It's like I am looking at a different company here than the one I'm dealing with.
Through no fault of their own, the pet food I chose for my dog was backordered. I switched foods and another delivery place had a cheaper price so I went with them. However, Pet Flow is refusing to cancel my auto-ship service despite MANY back/forth emails requesting that they do it.
I ordered 10 bags of 40 pound wholesome fish and rice and 4 bags of Purina puppy chow complete 30 pound bags.
I placed my order on Monday, never got an email. Wait till Wednesday, called them and ask if my order had been shipped. They said my order was canceled because of Fraud, I ask them was it my credit card, they said no, it was there fraud department.
Nobody orders that much dog food. They was informed when I did my order, I was a Georgia state licensed breeder and I run a kennel. Now my dogs are going to run out of food, I have to get dressed and go to town and buy dog food today.
My dad is sick nearly 80 years old, and hospice is coming out 3 times a week. I really thought I found a place that would deliver and I would have more time with my Dad, 1 less thing to worry about,. NEVER HEARD OF A COMPANY CALLING YOU A FRAUD FOR ORDERING 500.00 WORTH OF DOG FOOD. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE THE FRAUD.
I ordered fancy feast cans. One case had damaged cans which leaked over all the cans in the case. I called Pet Flow and they said they could refund the 2 cans and that I would have to wash off all other cans. I told them to keep the refund on the 2 cans and logged into Chewy. Take a look at the picture, what are the things that look like seeds, bugs?
They don't ship when promised. They cancel orders and send them back without your approval.
If you want your pet to starve and want to spend 20 hours totally frustrated with their incompetent customer service and end up with nothing in the end... PetFlow is your company.
My first and last purchase. Never received my pet's food even tho it was promised to me by at least 15 customer reps. What a sh__ sh__.

I'm on auto ship for Pulsar Grain Free Prok dog food.
My last order i just received, the food was EXPIRED expiration date of 02/2021. I was told the food was shipped from there Las Vegas Warehouse. When i called Pet flow they didn't seem to concern. Was told sorry will issue refund. Very unacceptable almost three years expired. My Dogs been sick for two days.
Be careful of autoship. You need to contact them via phone or email to cancel it. If they make mistakes they don't own up to it. If you order food and your pet doesn't like it, you're stuck with it, unlike other companies. I can't take the chance. Deodorant crystals leaked all over the food. The prices are fair but you really don't get good customer service until you beg for a refund or a return. They won't take any open packages. Customer service is key in this day and age and unfortunately petflow doesn't seem to have it. I have been a customer for a year, so I gave them several chances to improve, being a small business and all. And nothing changed for the better, unfortunately.
Bought 8 collars and filter floss
Collars were back ordered and since shipping is slow I canceled. Pet Flow sent the collars anyway. I called the guy on the phone didn't help or cared. I will never buy anything from them again!
Had a card issue. Got.notifoef.wet.to.web site. Only option was.to reorder giving indication that my order was cancelled
Went through2 failed attempts. Finally card problem fixed. Then they charged me 3 orders and I got 3 cases delivered. No phone call no followup or confirmation just.chsrged me triple and had 3 cases show up. Not helpful. Not even any credit or return help for 2.extra.orders.thst showed up. Wish I had done business with another organization.

I have an auto ship order of dog food, but went on the site today to order some additional items. That was a mistake. When the order was complete I found I had a browser hijack malware that redirected my home page from a google search bar to the petflow order page. No way to get it off without resetting my computer. Now I am left with time wasting issues to re-establish all my previous websites. I am very upset. Customer service acted like I was lying!
I had ordered a medication for my pet, then was called by them to say my vet required a visit before issuing the prescription. So I went to another pet retailer to save money. About a week later I receive an email from pet flow saying the prescription is on its way. When I called to say I didn't need it their attitude was too bad we sent it, no refunds no returns. Over a hundred dollar prescription. Really the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Will never use them again.
