The glasses arrived within 2 weeks of of placing the order, they arrived neatly packed and I had received a text from them on the day of delivery confirming a time slot so, I did not have to wait in all day nor did I have to call them as the regular text updates kept me posted on the progress of the order. All in all it was a good experience dealing with these folks. I will suggest this website, if you are looking for quality glasses at a very low price.

Buying glasses has always costed me a bomb as I have a high cylinder value. Until now I had to spend 250-300 quid, but Perfectglasses go this done for me in less that 85. They did not have -4.50 cylinder in the online option so I rang them an customer service was prompt enough to get me a quote and an alternate payment method of the extra 20 that they charged me for the high prescription. The glasses arrived in two weeks and can't find any fault in it. Now that I know the drill, I have placed another order and will highly recommend this company for the quality and price these guys offer.

Having returned glasses on "home trial" recorded delivery on 28th April, have had to fight to get refund which was finally recieved 2/7/14! I had emailed customer services at least 8 times who kept apologising and making false promises. Likewise there 0845 customer service number (which is in India!) also with false assurances day after day! The offer of cheap glasses is tempting but the service is abysmal and I would recommend that you DONT GO TO PERFECTGLASSES

I sent them £80 plus my Ray Bans to have Prescription Polarized Lenses put in, after 3 weeks with no comms I thought I'd give them a call for an update, they said they had to be sent them back to their lab for quality reasons and gave me the first of seven BS stories of delivery dates but could never give me a Tracking Number. After being lied to so many times it has left me very angry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND MY RAY BANS THAT ADD UP TO £200 THEY'VE GIVEN ME NOTHING IN RETURN... DO NOT USE!

The worst buying experience ever

Ordered a pair of glasses on May 17 for £121.95, paid via PayPal. Received a pair of incorrect, unusable ones with the wrong prescription on June 2. Immediately sent them back (using my own cash) and asked for my refund.

On June 18, PerfectGlasses offers either a refund of £36 as a "gesture of goodwill" or the glasses. Still chasing my refund, but going to try through PayPal now.

Anyway, avoid this company at all costs. Unacceptable experience and it's not worth the stress.

Update@ June 19,2014: Escalated my refund to a claim and PayPal has backed my claim and provided me a full refund. Good for PayPal! No thanks to PerfectGlasses. Avoid them!

The worst company I have experienced.

I ordered a pair of spectacle from Perfect Glasses to replace a pair that got broken.

I choose the frames and used the same prescription as for the broken pair which gave me excellent vision.

How disappointed I was when I received the new pair which took an age to arrive.

Frankly they were not fit for purpose and my vision was totally different from the pair they were meant to replace.

I contacted Perfect Glasses and they said I should return them so that their laboratory could check the prescription.

Weeks went by and I heard nothing despite several emails until I got one saying that they were as per my prescription and would be returned to me.

I disputed this and said there was no point returning them as they were useless to me and asked for a full refund.

This they refused only offering to refund the cost of the frames and not the lenses which are the expensive part.

Next they said they would remake them to rule out a lens fault!

This would suggest that despite them supposedly having been checked by their "laboratory", they did not have clue as to whether they had been correctly made or not.

I am still in dispute with Perfect Glasses, but I will never buy spectacles online again and urge anyone reading this never to use Perfect Glasses.

Don t touch with a bargepole. Glasses plastic and lenses made to totally wrong Prescription. Could have harmed my eyes they were so bad. Sent back for refund or replacement glasses, as per my script, but now they can t trace them. Wanted the Mail Tracking no but I can t get the e mail reply to send. Have tried all ways. Weird. Only 1 E mail address, phone is answering machine and if you do get to speak to anyone, you ll have a language barrier.

I have just read reviews about people experiencing the exact same thing as I did with Perfectglasses, and that is, I received an email not long after I sent my order in to them for a pair of reading glasses. They stated that my prescription was of a 'complex' nature, and as a result, I would need to pay an extra £25 towards the original £9. I refused, stating that I didn't believe it to be complex, and then they said they would cut it down to an extra £13, which unfortunately I agreed to. I now wish I had found 'Sitejabber' before I made that decision! I am now wondering what to expect when I finally get them. If I get them!

I found the company very good. Spectacles. I ordered were rimless titanium and cost with everything about £48, the same glasses and quality from the opticians would have been well in excess of £300. The order took about eight days to arrive. I have ordered another pair to keep as a spare in the car. At these prices you can afford the luxury of having spare pairs dotted around the place. If you are like me for ever losing them.:-)

Poor quality, slow service, poor communication and 2.5 months and still no refund from "No Quibble" Guarantee!

I ordered a pair of glasses on 25th November 2013. They were delivered in January and the lens were not properly fitted. Returned within a week. 2.5 months later and despite numerous calls and emails, I am still awaiting a full refund under the prominent "No Quibble" guarantee!
I did eventually (late Feb 14) received a partial refund which had PayPal charges deducted from the amount which was already less than the amount paid.
Don't use this poor service.
You can do far better and unless your transaction and prescription are simple, the hassle is not worth it!
