I ordered my glasses on 26th march 2015. They cost £227.95 and it took a month for me to receive them. I struggled with them for a week and returned them along with my current glasses so as they could check the PD. What a mistake! It is now 28th may and despite several phone calls and emails to them my glasses have not been returned to me.not only do I not have my new glasses I don't have my original ones either. I wish I had read the reviews on this company earlier as I certainly would never have dealt with them.
I am now reduced to wearing an old pair of glasses with an incorrect prescription.
What a mess! Deal tith them at your peril!

Thank you, I'm very happy with the glasses. Regarding DPD delivery, I wish they could give the customers a time-slot of choice to arrange a delivery by sending the customers an advance Email. Perhaps you could mention this to the company.

Ordered and paid for glasses end of February. Despite repeated phone calls to their London phone number, I still have no glasses. First reason given was lost in the post, that was one month ago. Promised to send another pair of glasses as priority urgent. Guess what I still have not received any glasses. Really poor service.

Today I just got my glasses after a month and a half. I think that the frames are knockoffs since the box cover is glued and it got loose already by just opening the box twice!

Anyway, vision wise the glasses are OK but I think that they have put a slightly smaller frame. I can't find the model anymore so I can't see and the order says nothing! Considering the quality of the box, I don't think that the lenses are anything better.

I thought that I have saved some £££ but probably my optician round the corner will soon see me.

As regards the delay, after I placed my order, a guy called me saying that there will be a delay. He was indian and I couldn't understand what he was trying to say! He said that after 12 days the glasses will be shipped. After 2 weeks I spoke to them through their chat. This was 12th Feb. The lady said that the glasses were shipped on the 9th Feb. 3 weeks passed and no glasses. I talked to them again and this time round the excuse was - 'the courier lost the glasses and we have shipped a new pair.' I sensed that something is not right here. Anyway it seems luckily I got the glasses but I don't have high hopes on the durability and it is not that comfortable with a smaller frame - though vision wise is fine.

I won't buy again anyway.

Avoid, avoid AVOID. Pretends to be a UK business and uses a British Monomarks London address to perpetrate the scam. I wanted a simple pair of coloured frames - they offered a set that fit the bill at a supposed 50% discount, so cost me 'only' £23.

On receipt, it transpired that they were made of cheap polycarbonate that crack (not optical quality at all) even the hinges were plastic. They replaced the first two after I hassled them, and then offered me a store credit for the cost of the frames, but the £18 I spent returning the goods twice - which they promised to refund, was a lie.

EU consumer law does not apply, although their misrepresentation is fraudulent there is little chance I will get the months wasted in corresponding with them or the money spent in total.

There is nothing 'perfect' about their service or glasses, and your best bet is to avoid the glitz and avoid them at all costs - it will be cheaper for you in the long run, believe me.

Ordered the frames and the cash was debited from my account instantly.
I received the prescription lensed frames two weeks later, not 4 days as advertised.
The frames had been shipped from India, having taken a quick look perhaps whoever cut the lenses needs an eye test themselves. The quality is appalling although the frames are lovely yet the prescription just doesn't seem quite right.? I have returned them to a Central London address. Give this lot a wide, wide berth and try Costco. To where I shall be returning.

Prescription was correct. The frame is very light and fit me very well. I had tried progressive lenses from those so-called professional optical shops before, and all of them were much more expensive and failed, but the ones from perfectglasses worked out really well for me. They may be able to make the frame look to be of better quality.

I am simply amazed at the quality and care experienced by an online glasses provider! The frames I chose looked great, but my prescription was too high for the frame. The tech sent me other options to choose from, based on what I tried to purchase and they were spot on! These folks care and did a FANTASTIC job for me and my eyes are not easy to correct. One of the dimensions for one of the 4 pairs we bought was significantly different on the frame than stated on the website. It worked out fine anyway when I tried them on. My wife prefers the pair that were her second choice and so did I, So I recommend buying two pairs, since the price is good, that way one is your favorite and one is a back up pair. The free coating is good. All 4 pairs were correct vission, good to see out of.

We saved a lot of money and the quality is there. Lots to choose from! Was a little weary about ordering glasses over the internet, but after making the purchase at Perfectglasses, I am sold. All my glasses purchases in the future will come from Perfectglasses. The lenses are picture perfect and the frame is well constructed. With proper care these glasses should last for quite some time, or until I decide in the future I want a new style ( which I highly doubt), and decide to retire this pair. Do yourself a favor and purchase your next eye glasses from Perfectglasses, you will be glad you did.
