I like the experience and convenience of shopping with perfectglasses. The frame arrived looking exactly as pictured on the website. The prescription was sharper than I expected... but the best part of all was the price. I paid so little but received so much value for my money. Perfectglasses has and will be recommended to my eyeglass wearing friends and associates.

I ordered glasses from Perfect Glasses at the end of 2013, I struggled with them for a few weeks before going to a high street optician to get a second opinion. They told me the glasses made by Perfect Glasses were not to my prescription and were not fit for use. I sent them back to Perfect Glasses with the comments from the high street optician, they denied the fault and sent them back to me again. I took them to another High Street Optician who also confirmed they were incorrectly made, I once again sent them back to Perfect Glasses who agreed they were faulty and agreed a refund. I was then told that of my original order of £52.90 that they would only refund £45.00 the additional amount was postage, I also asked for £7.60 to be refunded for the postage costs for me to send the glasses back to them twice by recorded delivery. They refused to give any amount of compensation for stress or postage costs even though they had accepted the glasses were faulty. Anyway, I failed to receive the refund after a month of waiting so chased again to be told the processing had not been completed and a refund would be sent that day, a further month passed and no refund and another round of emails chasing finally actioned a refund sent via paypal. However, when I clicked on the link to accept the refund, I was going to be charged a further £2.41 for fees via paypal. My original order to Perfect Glasses was via a credit card payment and therefore I did not accept the refund and sent a further email to Perfect Glasses to complain of once again a further charge from my original order value. Lets not forget the glasses I ordered and were made were faulty and not fit for purpose therefore how is it that it is still costing me money! Why is it so hard to get a full refund from this company. I have now been involved in this process for nearly a year and with no end in near... This company is disgusting and is a bad example of internet opticians... Do not use them..

This was my first time using perfectglassses and I was skeptical, but after reading the reviews, I thought I'd try them. I needn't have worried.

I ordered a pair of progressives and a pair of single vision for reading. The customer service was first class. They actually emailed me several times to confirm the numbers I had submitted and to make any alterations where necessary as I had originally made a mistake on entering the numbers and they had spotted it. They also needed to make corrections to the prescription to allow for lens size on new frames.

They kept me up to date with the progress of my order and when they were shipped. On arrival, I opened the excellent packaging to find the glasses in separate plastic glass cases complete with protective foam and plastic film. They also included cleaning cloth.
When I tried the glasses on I was blown away. They are super light and the prescription was spot on. Every bit as good as the £300 single pair I had just purchased from Tesco. The two pairs, including shipping and a pair of clip on polarizing sunglasses cost me around £110. At that moment they had a buy one get one free offer.

Highly recommended and I will certainly go there again. Superb customer service sadly lacking in a lot of places nowadays. Lot of designer frames with lots of choice and variety.

I have three people who where glasses in our home. It's great to have a place to get affordable glasses these days. My parents are constantly losing them, at £15, it makes it easier on the pocket book. I order them at least every 6 months and always 3 pairs each. I can't imagine what I would without perfectglasses. I have never had a bad experience, will continue to come back. The first time I was a bit skeptical, not a concern after my first order. Great quality, styles and price. You cannot go wrong with perfectglasses.

This was my best experience shopping for glasses ever. It was much easier to find the perfect frame than in any store, as the frame search results can be limited by many criteria, and exact size specs are given. Also, in the store I cannot see myself while trying on new frames, as my vision is not good enough. Therefore, the try-on feature online is great for me. I was a little worried if everything would turn out alright, as it was my first time to order glasses online, but the prescription came out perfectly. Not to mention that the price was only a fraction of what I would have paid at the store! I highly recommend perfectglasses.

I am completely satisfied with my glasses from perfectglases. I had planned to order my glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses, you had a deal on buy one and get one free, so I bought glasses for my husband as well. They are wonderful and everyone loves them! We are very happy and the pricing is phenomenal! I tell everyone I talk to about your site. You prove that the big name companies are taking advantage of us. I will never get glasses anywhere else.

I have ordered 6+ pairs of glasses from perfectglasses so far and they are all exactly as I expected. I usually order the frames that are £25 or more, the quality is noticeably better than the super cheap frames. I enjoy spending a couple hours on a random Sunday and choosing 2 or 3 different styles to add to my collection. Why be stuck with just 1 frame in your life? (although that is what would happen if I went to a high street). Regarding the complaints about customer service, they are very clear on their website that this is a custom order and you must verify at least twice that the prescription you entered is correct as provided by your optician. I have never had an issue regarding product description to return or speak to customer service, so I cannot comment on their return policy. 1 tip, ALWAYS look out for the free coatings that might be available while ordering.

Perfectglasses is fantastic! Once you have your RX, (even without one to look) go to their website-upload a picture of yourself and begin ""trying on"" glasses. It will blow you away the selection of frames available---any kind you want----I have glasses for everything you can think of, because they are so CHEAP! My optometrist is also a gem. She writes individual prescriptions for me and labels them: computer, reading, contacts, progressive... etc., etc..."

I have had two pairs from them and delighted with both, semi rimless with all added extras like anti-reflective coating, anti-scratch, uv protection for £20.00 each. All the way through your order you are kept informed by text and email about what the status of your order is and if you have any questions they are quick to answer them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as my experience with them has been total satisfaction. My two pairs I ordered were a great fit and i am over the moon with them. I will not buy from high street opticians again, give them a go it is worth the money. My local opticians take £25 for anti-reflective coating and as you can see i got glasses frames everything for £20 what a difference. I will definitely buy from them again.

My sunglasses came in less than a week after I ordered them. The shape is a little more rectangular than I imagined, but they fit well and the prescription seems fine. They seem sturdy and don't slip off my face. Altogether prescription sunglasses cost me about £35 as they had some coupons on the front page. I had looked at sunglasses at two other sites, and decided to pick this site because the glasses style was more classic and less trendy. I thought Idee was a designer but looking it up it seems it's house brand (haha!) although the quality is really close enough to designer, and much cheaper, so it's not a bad bet. I would probably buy from them again.

I took advantage of the 50% off and ordered for a pair of police sunglasses for only £46 with all the free coatings and lenses. I was obviously sceptical about ordering from an online store with no one there to tell me what I needed. I called the optometrist and asked for my most recent measurements. Jumped on line and plugged in the details. It took about an hour after searching for the right size, shape, colour etc. I was happy to see they arrived today (6 days) and more happy to see the perfect pair of glasses. My left eye has a huge difference between the right eyes and the other places make me pay extra to have it thinned down. The difference is about a thickness of 2 business cards. Hardly noticeable. 99% the same as £250 the pair. BOO YAHHH
I am going to order more for myself and my family!

I would be last person to recommend buying glasses online.
Was not sure how buying glasses online really works, I did like the frame on this website for 50% Off. I called the customer support and placed an order over the phone. The asked to me email the prescription copy as I could not understand what was written on that. After 5 days I received the glasses, I was delighted that I was able to see through them clearly and it cost me less than £20. I do not remember buying glasses for less than £100 from my optician. I have already recommended perfectglasses and guess where all my purchases will be from, in the future!

I found out about perfect glasses from my college who had used them and was very happy with the service he had received. So I thought I would give it a try. I made sure the information I gave was correct and current by having an eye test done just before sending the information off. The glasses I ordered arrived really fast, within a weeks. The glasses were made exactly to my prescription and the price was less than half of what I would pay for the same at a high street. I could not be more happy and would recommend to anyone wearing glasses. I will use you and Thank you for your service.
