I have used this company twice now and have received outstanding service from them, they have always been extremely helpful with their advice and delivery has always been very fast. The website it extremely easy to use and with the added feature of using a credit card to measure the distance between your eyes is a lot easier than trying to do it yourself with a ruler.

Initially had issue with being charged extra for my prescription after ordered but customer service sorted it out quickly and satisfactory. Delivery was quick and glasses are good and work well

Every part of this experience worked really well. Options clearly laid out on the website, helpful additional information, very speedy delivery after ordering and great product when it arrived. Where else can you get a spare pair of occasional glasses for under £10?
Provides a good service and speedy delivery, good choice of frames and easy to navigate around the site. I had the one minor issue in that I was given a price on the website, and paid up. Couple of days later had an email to say there was an issue and call them. I did so to be told my prescription was more difficult and would cost more, and that they were sorry this is not currently reflected on the website. Considering only 6 months previous with the same prescription it was not a problem at all, I refused to pay the extra, to which they graciously agreed to waive the extra.
This is rhe 3rd time i have used this website. Its almost unbelievable how value for money my sunglasses we're. I got them in a special offer meaning they were a similar price to a non prescription pair in the shops. They got order to me in quick time and the glasses were great. Thanks alot!

First I thought hhhmmm rimless specs for under £40 must be a catch... but no, I did opt for free lenses but a lovely customer services guy rang and advised the thin ones are more suitable but my choice. I agreed and so pleased I listend my glasses are perfect! They arrived in a little over a week even happier!

Made a change to my order a day after ordering and my request was fulfilled
I have just replaced my driving, reading and sun glasses through Perfect Glasses and found the service, quality, speed of delivery and value for money outstanding. The one pair (of the three) I did not like when they arrived were replaced immediately without question so I have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Glasses.
I ordered my rimless glasses from perfect glasses as they provide excellent value- a fraction of what you would pay from a high street opticians - easy to check status of your order online.
Often worried about if the prescriptions are going to be correct when ordering online but perfectglasses got that right exactly - started wearing them the same day.
Poor quality lenses, poor workmanship, cheap frames. All made abroad most likely India. Also shipped from outside UK. Note; the UK address is only that an address it is not the companies actual address, check it out if you don't believe me there are many off-shore companies located at the same premises and more than one online glasses supplier too. Very slow at delivering anything with a high prescription. If they don't have the frame you ordered in stock they will make your glasses in whatever they can get hold of and send them to you! Yes they did that to me! Had to raise a Paypal claim.
I saw rimless glasses with titanium arms on the High Street priced at £167. On visiting Perfect Glasses, equivalent glasses were being offered at about £30!
I ordered one pair of 'distance' glasses, not expecting a quality product, but on receipt, found them to be superb! I immediately ordered a second pair of 'reading' glasses - and was equally satisfied with them They are, in fact, the most comfortable-to-wear glasses that I've ever had! I've been so delighted that I've been showing them to all my friends and recommending 'Perfect Glasses' to them. My husband is now going to order glasses for himself.
Throughout the whole order process, I was kept absolutely up-to-date with the progress of their production, and the delivery company gave us a precise delivery time, with 1 hour!.
